    Great job, fast and good for the price. Best if it's not a big line. The 1 star below was talking about the self serve next door.

    Outside great, inside not so much! I brought my jeep in for a clean. I bought the middle package…read more I'm not a picky person, I just wanted a basic wash and clean inside and out. The jeep looked great on the outside when they were finished, so I tipped them and left to run errands out of town. I noticed the screen on my radio had finger prints all over it and thought that was odd since they just cleaned it. Went shopping, opened the back of the jeep to put items in back and realized they didn't touch the back at all. Looked around the rest of the vehicle and noticed what a crappy job they did. It was my son's birthday, so no time to go back. $42 plus a tip for a half you know what job is irritating. I won't be back. Not worth the money.

    Extremely disappointed. First time visit, paid for the Ultimate. What I got was basically a hose…read moredown and 2 minute wipe by one person. Items on the description: Hand Towel Dry - Water stains on hood and down sides of body Dash, Door and Console wipe down. - I requested that the instrument panel not be wiped. Shift boot was vacuumed, door panels were not wiped down. Cracks and crevices, blowout with compressed air - Not performed. Door panel crevices untouched, hard plastic switch services still coated with dust. Fuel Door wipe - not performed Leather Seat Wipedown - the only wiping done produced a couple of stains that I have not been able to completely remove. My back seats have not been touched in the 9 years I've owned the car and are in new condition. Interior carpet vacuumed - No vacuuming was performed interior or the trunk. I did not see the trunk opened in the post-wash area. Brake dust removal - Nope. Not even sure why this is on the list, unless brake dust removal consists of squirting it with water as it rolls through the rinse Bugs removed - Nope Tar Removal - Nope Rust Gard - I don't believe this exists, what is it? Ceramic Duragard - I don't believe this exists. Nothing applied to car body post-wash tunnel. If it's just sprayed on in the tunnel, ok. It doesn't seem to do anything. Car does not feel waxed or otherwise any different than bare paint. The attached pics show pollen sticking like a magnet. Exhaust Tips - Only touched when the rag wiping the bumped brushed over them. Wiping down the body, they didn't even wipe the rocker panels, there is still dirt on the body, taillights were barely touched. Some of my photos were taken the next day, and there is a dusting of pollen, but the uncleaned areas can still be seen. I wasn't expecting a full detailing, but this isn't even a decent wash, let alone paying for 'upgrades' that weren't even performed. Complete rip-off, and actually produced damage. (Seats) I get it, it's a car wash, but don't offer services or upgrades that don't get done. If I have to do half the work after I get home, it's not worth it. I wouldn't go back if I was paid to go there. 1 star rating is still too high.

    Updated Review: I…read moreoriginally gave them 4 stars, but my experience with their "one month free unlimited wash" with purchase promotion changed that. I signed up, canceled through their website as instructed, and even confirmed in person during my last wash that I wouldn't be charged. The next morning, I was charged anyway. I called corporate, submitted an online ticket, and heard nothing back. I went in person a day or two later to ask about corporate turnaround time (about 4 days) and decided to wait it out. Over the next several weeks, I opened three more tickets and made multiple calls--each time with no response. After not hearing back for 5+ days on every ticket, I went in person again. They submitted a ticket from their end, and I explained that I had now been charged twice after canceling. They told me the turnaround was 24-48 hours. I waited again. Nothing. They escalated it, but said that was all they could do. When I asked for a manager (not associate manager) to call me, I was told they wouldn't. They could simply "follow up" with the manager and resubmit the ticket. Eventually, someone from corporate called--only to blame the car wash location for management changes. But my frustration wasn't with the local staff; it was with corporate ignoring every ticket and voicemail for over a month. I had to show them detailed logs just to get a refund. I received a half-hearted apology and no offer of goodwill--not even a free wash. They said they'd "look into" the issue before processing the refund, and at that point I told them I didn't care. I just wanted the membership canceled and my money returned. Their internal investigation wasn't going to benefit me at all and was for them to figure out to better their customer service. It's unfortunate because I actually had decent experiences here before all this, and I would have kept coming back. But after this ordeal, I'm beyond frustrated and won't be giving them my business again.
