It's got a controlled intersection (signals) right there, so it's easy to get back on the freeway. Restrooms closed? Because of Covid-19 restrictions. But the big neg is.....the cashier didn't refuse service to the lady behind me who wasn't wearing a mask inside the foodmart. If you're not going to enforce the mask rule, you might as well open up the restrooms. I got my car washed there. It was very dirty with dog hair so I knew this would cost me. They quoted me 100. When it was done there was still some dog hair (brought a dog hair remover, they didn't want to use) the back interior windows where not wiped, when j rolled down my widows that part of the widow was still gross, they didn't wipe the dash very good. They didn't vacuum the back cargo area. I drove home and stopped at a car wash where they have vacuums and did some more cleaning. I got home and had to clean the windows. Disappointing! read more

A week ago I filled up on gas late in the evening. The machine didn't print out the receipt, which I needed for a business transaction. There was no attendant available because of the late hour. I've called every day for the last week, and nobody is able to assist me with sending over or retrieving a receipt. Horrible. No attention to basics. There is so much pressure to move cars through these guys just have to work fast and miss a lot! If you expect to get all the i's dotted and t's crossed forget it. This used to be my GO TO for the postal service. Used to be kind people, reasonable and customer service oriented. Covid has changed them. I needed 2 pieces of tape to secure my already taped box to mail. I was told because of covid I can't use their tape- which I understand is probably not covid related but cost management. If I buy the tape, it is a solution so I do! No problem. They gave me a roll of packing tape with no cutter- no scissors. When I asked to used the scissors they said due to Covid they aren't allowed to. BUT THEY HAVE FLOWERY PENS ON THE COUNTER FOR ALL TO USE. Don't sell something that can't be used! She says to me that next time I should come prepared. I was prepared for customer oriented business- not asking them to box my items. Just a little help. Back to my point- don't sell an unusable item. A roll of packing tape with no cutting edge. Seriously. When the manager said she doesn't want to argue with me, it was in response to when I tried to get her to listen to my my suggestion to sell tape with a cutting edge. I will NEVER BE BACK. I'm a 63 year old male, I can normally count on Chevron to have a public restroom. I don't care if they're gas prices are the highest. On 3/20/21 at 7:30am I paid $4.20 a gallon and asked to use the bathroom. I really was in great need. I was told "no, go down the road and use Walmart's restroom" Lesson learned! This isn't about the gas getting experience or car wash aspect. I have experience with neither. Inside, they have a neat shop with cool birthday cards, postcards, and other nifty items. As an avid postcard-er, I had to check out their postcards. This is the only place in town that I know of to find local postcards. They're cool to buy and send to family that lives out of state. They're 3/$1 which is kind of expensive for postcards, but it's a gas station and the only place I know of that sells "Livermore" postcards. So i'll stop in once in a while and pick up some postcards. They also have a rack with some funny unique cards. Also, what's up with that older bald guy who stands by the car wash? Did not do a great job, no attention to detail, quality check is terrible. Externally the car is clean, but truly a lack of attention to detail on the inside. There was still dust on the center console. Nice location, easy on/off freeway access, fairly quick, just inspect before leaving. Horrible Car wash. the employees are very rough and dont care about your car. I brought 2 different cars there, and both came back with something broken. The first scratches all over the dashboard because the towel they used to wipe dry had some kind of a stone in it. The 2nd, they couldn't figure out how to lean the seat back, so they decided it would be best to just break the handle off!!! PLUS they took all the coins in my ash tray! that was the only tip i left. Horrible Place!! Today, 10/24/20 @12:15p, I purchased the $38 special with interior clean along with basic exterior and tire dressing. The men did such a poor job that they didn't even wipe clean the huge black stains at driver's window and handle. I could see it from 4 feet away when they called me over after the wash was complete. Then when I pointed it out, the guy did a mediocre job to correct it; I could still see spots. They also forgot to wipe down the center console surface where there was some black stains from normal use. Again, I had to ask them to wipe it down. I didn't get pictures because they corrected it. They did a poor job applying tire dressing - skimped out because I can not see the nice tire gloss. All in all, don't bother paying for higher packages; better yet, go somewhere else if you really want value for the money you pay. Low standard and poor service. read more

This car wash has gone down hill. The past few times I have gone were a huge disappointment. They are NOT cleaning the cars... lazy... and then they want a tip!? I ended up cleaning my car again myself. The inside of my car was not vacuumed well. They tore my foot mat right out of the carpet liner and broke a piece off of my bumper... I think this is absolutely ridiculous. They did not wipe the inside of my car very well at all and I highly suggest no one use this establishment. I was treated with utter disrespect at this Chevron. I needed air & gas and when I pulled up there was a mini van in the air station so I had to wait in order to use it. After about 5 to 10 minutes of noone coming I went inside & asked the clerk. His response was it's my Boss no problem I will ask him to move it. After waiting 5 more minutes he came & said my Boss is gone..dont know where he is or what to do now for you & goes back in. I park & get out go in within a couple minutes & ask who is the Manager and this guy who I was just told is gone interjects it's my vehicle I am his Boss it's broken & I am waiting on AAA. Remember the clerk said no problem my Boss will move it..then said my Boss is gone now the van is broken. My response so you are the Manger & he becomes completely hostile & says I told you it is broken. I asked the clerk for the Managers name & the Boss first says John I believe but since I wasnt sure i asked again and the he yells at the clerk dont give her my name & the clerk says hes my Boss I cant tell you. I left the store but not the immediate area & he moved the vehicle that I was told was broken 2 stalls over. I've taken my cars here before, and it's been decent, nothing special, however my last few experiences have been poor. I brought my new mini-suv there on a Wednesday around 5:15 pm (they close at 6). It was not busy, only 2 other vehicles were being worked on. I paid $26 for the "works" They did a nice job on the interior. The vacuuming and interior wipe down was great (although, truth be told, my car wasn't that dirty). They brought my car out and parked it, and immediately brough another car out and parked it next to mine, so close in fact that it worried me because the workers were opening the doors of both vehicles and they couldn't physically have both my door and the other car door open at the same time. As they were drying and doing the windows, I noticed the people working on the car next to mine was spraying the window cleaner, which immediately, with the breeze, blew over onto my car which was almost "dried". They seemed to rush through the drying process, i've never gotten out of there THAT fast before. It looked alright, ,although I didn't really inspect it too carefull, until I got home that it. My beautiful black car has water spots ALL OVER IT. I'm not one whe expects perfection, but damnit, for over $30 (with tip), I expect them to dry to the whole frigging car. It basically has to be rewashed and dried. They put the mirrors in a "closed position". they did not open them back up and dry aroudn the that way...so when I drove off and opened the sideviews, water gushed out and down both sides of my car. The roof was jacked up with water spots as well as the trunk area. Oh, and as a bonus, on the passenger side, the window cleaner I mentioned earlier, was ALL OVER the passenger side. I won't be back. Be careful of what you buy here. Went for a car wash there this morning, the car wash was ok however while I was there I purchased an Apple USB charger for my iPhone. Later in the day I tried to plug the phone to charge with the cord I purchased there and it does not work. Guess it's partially my fault for assuming I could trust buying something like that from a gas station... Went to try to exchange it but they wouldn't exchange it without a receipt. I gave them the receipt when I got my car back from the car washer... I can totally understand not giving money back without a receipt but this is an exchange. I just took my car to be washed here. Was very disappointed. I spent $40 and I had to ask them to vacuum my car seats and then to find out they didn't even vacuum the trunk area of my prius. So I guess I needed to tell them to do that too. I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

After spending over $30 on a car wash during a non-busy time what did I get? The opportunity to spend the same at a different car wash to actually have a clean car. The back wasn't vacuumed, the windows have a lovely glaze of Amorall and hard water spots everywhere. I can only imagine that last occurred because the young man in the brown hoodie who was supposed to be drying the car was more interested in talking with his buddy who was working on the dark orange Dodge Charger. The plus? The passenger area was vacuumed and the light dirt on the car was washed off. I also had a lovely conversation with the owner of the Charger. Beyond that I won't be back for a car wash. Why should I when in one week I get to spend $60+ to get my car cleaned because a 2nd wash is needed to undo what happened here. read more

The gas prices are set ridiculously high, the air and water services are not free and the place kind of had an odd smell about it. Moreover, there is only one stall bathroom per gender and they aren't anywhere near hygienic. You'll feel like you need a shower just for entering into one of them. Lastly, there is a small selection of over priced snacks and that can be a huge disappointment sometimes. Typically, this carwash does a mediocre job. There is always a problem. Yesterday, I ran my car through. This morning, I noticed that there was some dried soap scum on the roof. This tells me that they didn't wipe down the entire roof and I have a small car. Problems range from forgetting to put the antenna back on, to using dirty rags on the windows, to putting the mats in upside down, etc. etc. I go to this carwash, because it is the nearest one to my home. I'm writing this review because I'm on the Internet searching for a new carwash to take my vehicle to. Hints to management: you need a detail oriented inspector, to inspect the cars before they are released. If you want an example of an excellent carwash go to Lozano's in Sunnyvale. Not only do they have a cadre of experienced workers, they have inspectors that go over the car with a fine tooth comb, before it's released. It's a gas station car wash, not a Beverly Hills car boutique, I brought in my filthy pickup with cow poop splattered up the quarter panel and dog hair all over the back seat and in the car wash it went while I looked at all the freaks who come to this establishment and out came my clean truck. Two guys cleaned the interior and after they stole all my spare change and porn booth tokens they wiped down the exterior and slathered tire dressing all over my tires, they then waived their towel and said "ready !" And I walked over and with a wink I tipped them some more porn tokens and got in my poopless hairless truck and drove off slinging globs of tire dressing all over the side of my truck..... A somewhat happy man.... Minus a star because they flooded the interior with a lemon scent that made it smell like my dog farted under a lemon tree and I didn't ask for a scent..... Went to get the interior of my car cleaned. Pulled up and explained I wasn't really worried about how the outside looked and that the main focus was the inside. The employee explained that each package includes the inside as well as the outside. Came back in 20 minutes and they told me it was done. I got my keys and sat back in my car and looked in the back seat and they where still dirty. I pulled one of the employees aside and explained that the back isn't even cleaned yet. He said that they normally don't really look at the back and that I should have mentioned it in the front when i dropped off my car.I explained that I already told the guy in the front. The guy cleaned the back with attitude and by cleaned i mean he didn't do Sh*t! I drove off pissed and had to go buy more shit to clean the back seat myself. Now... had I know the stupid rule that I needed to explain I guess in more detail that I wanted to inside cleaned I would have. NOT only this but i don't remember seeing anywhere in fine print on the stupid brochure that "They don't clean the back seats" are you kidding me??!! please don't waste your money at this place. Asgar Padash and his employees are the best! I limped into their establishment with a blown tire. Within 10 minutes I was on the road again, after they replaced the destroyed tire with the spare. I usually bring my car here for an average car wash, usually just get the cheapest wash,$19.99, and leave satisfied. I dont expect much, other than my outside to be clean, windows clean without streaks, and a quick vacuum and wipe down inside. However, the last two times my experience has been less than satisfactory. Two washes ago, they neglected to completely wipe clean my center console, leaving cleaner all over it and forgot the air-freshener I paid extra for and I was forced to wipe down my center console at home to get the cleaner off. Two days ago, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try them out again. My experience was even worse than the time before. They didnt clean any of the center console, left debris crumbs of some sort all over my back seat, and left streaks all over my windshield - not only annoying, but interferes with my field of view while driving at night. Needless to say, I am stuck vacuuming my back seat, wiping out my center console, and cleaning my windshield. I feel as if I paid to clean my own car. Complete waste of money, I will never pay Splashes for a car wash again!! read more
