I came in earlier today for a smog check. The employee, Melvin, was pleasant and helpful. I also happen to overhear a conversation between Melvin and another customer. The gentleman had some very unreasonable demands however, Melvin stayed calm and assisted him as best as he could. I was able to use the $50 smog check coupon I received in the mail. The Smog Check itself was incredibly fast and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great value and fast service. Highly recommend! I will be back to support this local small business.

No attempt to take ownership. His solution was to tell me to leave if I didn't like it. That's not customer service -- that's arrogance. Telling a paying customer to leave because they asked a reasonable question about a 30+ minute delay is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of training, leadership, and professionalism. I had my 4-year-old son with me and chose to stay calm because I refuse to model bad behavior in front of my child. Unfortunately, the staff member had no such restraint. This business doesn't just have poor service -- it has a culture problem. When employees feel comfortable being openly disrespectful instead of resolving issues, that reflects ownership and management. I continue to get the runaround, and I'm exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand.
