They have one of the Best sales and finance staff. Very knowledgeable and professional. Straight forward and up front. It took my wife and to buy a CPO 911 less than two hours. Sunny and Omar were great. They greeted and opened the door for us as we approached the front entrance. It was very warm and welcoming. Everyone should buy their Porsche from this dealership. Tons of parking and great inventory. Thank you for making it a memorable experience for my wife. She got her dream car! Special thanks to Sunny for taking his time and explaining everything and making sure we understand everything in his office, very patient. read more

I used to love this dealership, and my previous reviews below show it. I don't like writing one-star reviews, and I spent enough time explaining to them how important it is to be fair and not forget the dealership's longtime clients. I was recently offered a 2026 GT3 Touring. They asked me $50K over MSRP to "start building a business relationship." I heard those familiar, luring words all over again. They apparently forgot that I've bought multiple GT cars from them, paying more than $50K in markups on each one. I made it clear that I was uncomfortable with the markup, but they still asked me to come in, so I agreed to have a dialogue. During the negotiations, I reminded them of my history with the dealership, including how many cars I've already bought and the nearly $200K I've paid in ADMs over the years. Their response was, "Its new ownership, and you need to give us something." Apparently, my entire purchase history was wiped out the moment new ownership took over. They obviously want my business, but only under their terms--and, in my opinion, those terms are sketchy. I'm actually glad they approached me at a time when I don't need to buy from them. Nevertheless, I would always consider buying a cool car. I hope this review helps some Porsche enthusiasts who are excited about building a relationship with this dealership, as well as people like me who may be seriously considering coming back. read more

Empty promises. I signed an agreement for a future allocation that will never be honored. Since then, three price increases have come and gone while I've been left on the sidelines. I've purchased multiple new Porsches from this dealership & loyalty will get you nowhere with Porsche Livermore. The service department even managed to damage my brand new 911 during a PPF install. Leaving knife cuts directly in the paint across the entire front end. I had hoped things were improving under the new ownership group & gave them the benefit of the doubt... but nothing has changed. I continue to get the runaround, and I'm exhausted by the games the dealership will play with customers who genuinely care about the Porsche brand. I own aircooled 911s, and sadly the best era of Porsche feels long gone. What was once about engineering and passion now seems driven by shareholder value and squeezing every last dollar from customers. I strongly recommend taking your business to a more reputable Porsche dealership. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!!! Omar and Sunny at the dealership fed me a bunch of BS just get the sale and my money. I had to call Porsche corporate just to get them to do the right thing that should have been done in the first place which was too pay off my trade-ins. They are unethical and untrustworthy. Excellent service department. They go above and beyond to accommodate customers. It's a little difficult to locate but worth the trip.

To all who are considering doing business at a LAPIS dealership (be it Porsche, Audi, Land Rover, Honda, Ferrari or Mercedes-Benz). Here is my experience...and it's not a good one. I had sought out a particular vehicle and finally found one of interest; the problem was, it was over 500 miles away in Southern California (I live in Northern California). However, even if the vehicle was in the area, I would still need to perform some type of due diligence, in order to assure I was purchasing a sound/functional vehicle. That said, I found a Lapis Dealership only 20 minutes away from where the vehicle resided and made an appointment for a Pre-Purchase Inspection (cost $740). Days later, I was contacted by the service manager and told the vehicle was in good condition, although it still needed some suspension work and to replace a few leaking seals. With this endorsement in hand, I purchased the vehicle and had it shipped to Northern California. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the following: * No AC * No headlights * Windshield wipers inoperable * Antenna won't retract * Parking brake won't hold * Tachometer won't go above 2,000 * Windows require manual intervention to operate * Each door lock is keyed differently and neither works with the keys * Erratic Idle/RPM * Rear shocks leaking * Fuel leaks * Oil leaking from bell housing/main seal For those of you not familiar with cars, most of these items (some safety-related) would have been easy to identify by either pushing some buttons in the driver's compartment or readily visible with the vehicle up on a car lift). THE TOTAL COST OF RECTIFYING THESE ISSUES HAS RESULTED IN A REPAIR BILL EXCEEDING $30,000! Of course, I was less than pleased and contacted the dealership. While they were willing to refund my $740, they were totally unwilling to accept any responsibility for their obvious mechanical oversights...essentially just patting me on the head and hoping I would just go away! Well, $30,000 is a huge chunk of change and I wasn't willing to go away quietly. I contacted the Customer Care Manager and Customer Service Department for the car manufacturer and both told me the COO of LAPIS/Mark Venti would be my main contact for resolving this issue. However, after numerous attempts to contact Mr Venti to resolve this issue, my communiques (email, as well as certified mail) have fallen on deaf ears - NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. While it took every fiber of my being while writing this, I have refrained from utilizing 4-letter expletives to portray my displeasure, although a $30,000+ bill to cover their mistakes is pretty close to a living hell. In short, BEWARE the LAPIS Dealership Group does not have your back! I would highly recommend you seek out alternatives to a LAPIS Dealership! read more

Livermore Porsche was fantastic. Had a little issue but Ray a manager and Omar GM were fantastic. I must of called Ray over 15 times and he picked up the phone every-time. I've purchased a lot of high end cars and these guys were really on it. I was shocked to see Omar the GM so engaged to make sure I was pleased. Everytime I called Ray, Omar would also be on the call. Matter of fact I was so pleased I didn't just purchase one car but 2 Cayennes(1 Cayenne se, and one turbo hybrid. Honestly, this dealership from manager, finance, to GM were the best. I very rarely write a review but felt this dealership went above and beyond what any other dealership I've dealt with. Matter of fact most Porsche dealerships I've dealt with make you feel like they are doing you a favor. This dealership (Livermore) was completely the opposite. You guys rock (Omar, Ray, and Sunny in finance). Anyone thinking about buying a Porsche this is by far the best customer service read more

Ordered a Taycan for my partner from Daniel. He was down to earth, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable about the car and all the options. The car wasn't luck enough to arrive before the tariffs (that said thank you PCNA for eating the majority of the tariffs), but in time to do the lease buyout thing before EV credits went away. All processes were simple, straightforward, and optimized to the best experience for us. Some paperworks were done remotely; some they drove to our home instead of us driving to them. It has been an incredible journey finding my true love, the 911 GTS. Huge thanks to my amazing sales advisor, Vlad. Owning a Porsche 911 has always been at the top of my life bucket list, and it took quite some time to make it happen, from patiently searching for the perfect one I had always dreamed of, to finally finding this little monster. Vlad was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process, and always made himself available every step of the way. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to find this car and to work with Vlad and the team. I highly recommend Porsche Livermore to any future owners. What I thought might take much longer was made possible here, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. I have purchased eight Porsche's all over California dealerships and it has always been the Porsche experience. I found a vehicle at Livermore Porsche and drove 2.5 hours to purchase. From the start, it was horrible. The sales rep didn't know the true details of the Macan EV. After the test drive, I was taken to a non-lit room upstairs by myself for over two hours! Not being checked on or offered anything. I arrived at noon and explained to the sales rep I had a 2.5 hour drive home and if we could hurry things along. They couldn't figure out how to program my profile, so I had no nav getting home except my phone. Now the best part, I purchased on 7/6/26 and as of today 7/31/26 my trade-in still isn't paid off with my bank. I have placed four calls to the finance Mgr who still hasn't responded to my 7/22/26 email or any of my calls. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THIS IS NOT A TYPICAL PORSCHE DEALERSHIP!!! I've also called Porsche North America for assistance. This is really sad because you should feel really good about bying a new car. read more

I recently purchased a Cayenne Coupe GTS from Livermore Porsche, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Vlad was fantastic from start to finish--extremely knowledgeable about the car and great at explaining the features in a clear, confident way. During the test drive, he took the wheel for a moment to show me what the car was truly capable of, which I really appreciated. The entire process was efficient, which was important to me since I didn't want to spend hours at the dealership. Communication was clear the whole way through, and everything felt smooth and well organized. One of the highlights was the thoughtful touch at delivery. They brought the car into their indoor garage, where it was waiting for me beautifully presented--with a bottle of wine and a handwritten card. Those small gestures made the experience feel special and personalized. I would highly recommend Vlad and his team at Livermore Porsche. They went above and beyond to make this purchase enjoyable and memorable. read more

This dealership is low low low they'll sell you certified Porsche with balding tires that are chunking and say oh they've got a life lots of mention there was definitely an accident and they knew about it and didn't even point it out. I bought it from out of state so Really sucks the door panel was completely screwed up and they glued it in took the mechanics forever to get the door panel out because it was completely screwed and rolling up in the window had to replace the whole thing go somewhere else definitely not honest. read more

TL DR: 10 STARS if I could give that rating. You will be hard pressed to find this level of EXCELLENT SERVICE at ANY auto dealership--FULL STOP. I am in the process of selling my beloved 911 and brought it to Porsche of Livermore to get the car readied for the sale. I'm used to receiving satisfactory service when I take my vehicle to a dealer for maintenance. The Service Team at Porsche of Livermore, led by my service advisor, Ezequiel H., eclipsed satisfactory by a Million Miles! Getting my 911 into top condition was critical for me, as it's fairly collectible and will be worth the most $$$ when it goes to market. So, as you can imagine, I had A LOT of very specific, detail-oriented requests for my vehicle. Heck, some of my service requests weren't even in Porsche of Livermore's wheelhouse (removing sun faded protective film from the vehicle's body, adding an aftermarket carbon fiber front spoiler, securing an explainer video from his technicians about my 911's overall condition). This is where Ezequiel and his team of pros really shined. NONE of the service requests I threw at Ezequiel made him break a sweat. He personally curated a host of service items, several of which were complex and really important to me. Porsche of Livermore's Service Team executed perfectly, without error. 100% Meticulous. I received bi-daily communication, keeping me updated on every detail my vehicle underwent, at every point along the way. I could not be happier with the results. My vehicle was delivered on time, as promised, with any excuses or surprises, and on budget. Thank you Ezequiel and thank you Porsche of Livermore! read more

I miss my previous service experience provided by Kayla as the transparent, customer focused and no bull straight discussion. While I still believe this dealer is a good one and stay behind my 5 star review comment previously posted, I am updating my current review to 3 star. Still better than average, but i am unsure if my recent experiences are matched with that straight forward discussion with Kayla as the customer service manager before. She was knowledgeable and able to advocate for her patrons. It's just not the same with Kayla no longer works at this service center. We didn't purchase our Porsche from this dealer, so no comment regarding any purchase experience. read more

These are not serious people. These people will refuse to service your vehicle if something is diagnosed from another dealership. I had a vacation cut short because my Macan S was flashing warnings. Took it to nearest dealership 100 miles away from home town because it was on the way home. First dealership, that one that diagnose the problem did not have the part. Said they would send it over to Livermore Porsche so they could fix. Livermore refused to fix problem because they detect nothing now. So I either waste a day to go back to dealership 100 miles away, or don't get it fixed. Porsche does NOT back there product. This whole adventure of buying a Porsche has been a nightmare. Tread very carefully when doing business with Porsche Livermore. read more

Save yourself time and frustration by going to another dealership. I scheduled an appointment for potential services to be performed and simple speaker warranty issues. My appointment was for 10AM on Thursday. Car was dropped off day before. After multiple calls to check status on Friday, I was told that they are running behind and could not tell me when they would get to my car. They noted that "due to low staffing and scheduling there was nothing that they could do about it." I told them I would pick up my car and take it to another dealership. They acknowledged the situation as being unsatisfactory but said that there was nothing they could do about it. Shameful to book appointments for people to leave their cars for days with no intention to honor the appointment or provide reasonable follow-up. Visit Porsche Walnut Creek. Service advisors are way more responsible and responsive. read more

Great service. Sales people were very helpful and made the buying experience very easy.

Buying a car is like dating. Most people shop around, do a bit of research, check things out online, reach out, email, chat, text, phone, follow up. You know the drill. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes you get ghosted, sometimes you meet IRL only to be disappointed. I can only speak from personal experience as we all have different circumstances. End of the day, buying a car is a transaction and selling a car is a business. Porsche is a luxury brand, bespoke to your liking if you are willing to pay the price, from paint color to matching color stitching on your chrono. Point is, you know this already if you are looking to buy a Porsche. If you don't, it's pronounced por-shuh. You can skip this review if you are shopping for a GT3 or can properly pronounce Doppelkupplungsgetriebe. This is just my personal experience, buying a Porsche for the first time in bay area. Full disclosure, I won't name specific sales personnel or specific dealerships for parts of this review because end of the day, we all gotta eat, not trying to mess up someone's bag just because they fumbled it. There are three stereotypical types of sales at a dealership: deadbeat (been in business longtime, pays the bill, seen it all), slick talker (loves to talk, best dressed in the office, lies to your face with a smile), desperado (new in the game, needs to hit quota, annoying). Each dealership have different ratios of these people, I don't need to tell you where but you know when you step in. You know the vibe. Buying a car 101. Why are sales important? Because they negotiate for you on the floor. They are the middlemen, the gatekeeper. They talk to the manager to finalize the deal. You want someone who can bat for you and at the very bare minimum, someone willing to try. The waiting game? That's all bullshit, the manager knows the number already. They do this everyday. But before ChatGPT replaces everyone, this is the way. Let's talk about Porsche Livermore. Of all online inquiries, they were the most responsive and consistent with followups. Now, the way dealership work is, they get assigned cars based on a various amount of factors. This isn't a huge deal, if you are looking to custom order, as they can do that for you. But if you are on a budget or looking for a specific trim, you got to shop around and see what is available. Because truth be told, those online listings aren't always accurate, those stock images all look the same. Which is why, it is important the visit the dealership. Those small options can add up and next thing you know, you got to cut your daughter's piano lessons. Point being, figure out which options are important to you or make more money, so easy. Now, let's talk about JR. He was our guy and this was by chance. When you submit an inquiry online, it gets randomly assigned to one of the five people on the team. He gave us a deal, negotiated and gave us a great deal. Being a kid at a buffet, I had to sample everything before committing. Let's just say, at the end, I got an even better offer from another dealership. However, I did not enjoy that experience at all. I won't go into details besides *cough* it's at a place that starts with nut. Long story short, JR was able to match the offer and did it without hesitation. I am not the first customer to be singing him praises and I will not be the last. Porsche Livermore is currently undergoing renovations. Not gonna lie, almost walked off because I wasn't sure where the office was or even which door to knock. But here is the thing, I was there to buy a car. I wasn't there to be impressed by pristine polished floors or fancy glass offices where managers sit and never come out. When I went to Porsche Livermore, I met the entire team in a trailer, even the guy that detailed the car. They have a tight knit team and everyone feels like family. You don't get that vibe at a lot of other dealerships. End of the day, we all want to be fast & furious in a new Porsche but the most important thing is family. Just a note, there are tons of mixed reviews for any dealership. Salesforce being borderline unusable seems to plague the industry, same with paper jams. Now, this might be urban legend or a completely fabricated story but one sales rep told me, allegedly he tried to sell Marc Benioff a Porsche 20 years ago but it didn't work out because the car was too small. Like I said before, sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. I have nothing but great things to say about JR and everyone at Porsche Livermore as a dealership. read more

My wife and I ordered our Taycan 4S from Porsche Livermore. The entire experience from beginning to end was amazing. A lot of the credit goes to our Porsche Brand Ambassador, Daniel Fox, who was awesome to work with. It's been by far the best car purchasing experience we've had. He's is super knowledgeable. During the ordering process he gave me useful feedback on the car options, even suggesting not to option some things (e.g. the Mobile Charger Plus), which gave me budget to spend on other options. After the carrier dropped off the car, he immediately texted me a photo and let us have an in-person sneak peak before PDI. We even got to take off the factory shrink wrap! And that's not all the awesome things about our experience! I could go on and on about the ways Daniel accommodated us and made this a special experience. I really hope Daniel can be our PoC for our next car :) read more

So, I was in market for a Porsche Cayenne. Shopped the internet and found a couple that I was interested in around my area. Emailed my contact info to Porsche of Livermore and Daniel Fox got right back with me. I think the internet is a game changer in purchasing a vehicle these days. No more spending hours at the Dealership, just shop from home. On Tuesday went in to test drive the Cayenne and everything checked out. Daniel told me he was off until Friday which gave me time to get some competitive financing rates. Wednesday morning after getting my financing approvals, I texted Daniel about setting an appointment to purchase. He came in on his day off to complete the deal. 5 star experience, cut to the chase negotiation, in and out. By the time the car was prepped the paper work was about done. Highly recommend Daniel Fox a knowledgeable Porsche professional. read more
