such a great experience! Car dealerships can be such a nightmare and we're so grateful to have had the experience we had. Yuri was wonderful to work with. Genuine, informative, patient, and consistent throughout the entire process. We test drove some cars the first day and came back the second to purchase the car, and he was helpful through the entire process start to finish. John in finance was also amazing. He worked incredibly hard and put in a lot of effort to make sure my boyfriend got the deal and the car he wanted, and even included some additional perks that were incredibly kind and appreciated. Overall, they made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you so much to Yuri and John and highly recommend this awesome dealership. read more

I am writing not about the service department but the sales department. I don't mind that you don't have a person waiting to help me test drive a car when I immediately get there. I'm happy to wait 10 minutes for someone who can. I am not terribly upset the car I want to test drive is unavailable. It would have been nice to drive it. Or even see it. But no one bothered to show me the car. Or any car. What I am upset is that you saw I was wearing a wedding ring and asked me if all my decision makers are here. Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better. read more

I love Heather in the Service department. Lately we've been getting other people which are great. Sometimes feels like we're debating about what we want and wound like when we're voicing my opinion as a woman. Overall I still love and recommend this Service Department at this location. Just would like the service advisor I started off with originally no disrespect. Sometimes feel like I'm incompetent because I'm a female requesting certain services preferred on my vehicle. read more

Zubair was the salesman that helped us purchase our Mazda. I called the day before to inquire and he invited me to come into the dealership the next day to take a look at the car. He was really proactive and did his best to get us a great deal on the car. He was very helpful in showing us all the different options that we had and was great at explaining everything. If you visit Dublin Mazda, please ask for Zubair! He will take great care of you. read more

We recently visited Dublin Mazda and were initially helped by Clark Datuin, who was very nice and helpful. We really liked one of the vehicles and, based on our positive first interaction, we scheduled an appointment with him about two weeks later with the intention of purchasing the car. Unfortunately, our experience when we returned was completely different. Despite having a scheduled appointment, Clark chose to assist another couple who did not have an appointment instead of helping us. We were then passed around between different salespeople and ultimately left waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes without anyone properly assisting us. At that point, we decided to leave. It was extremely disappointing, especially since we had specifically made an appointment and were serious about purchasing a vehicle. read more

Dublin Mazda is the real deal -- professional, personable, and full of good energy! They always remember your name and treat you like family. My husband's been bringing his car here for a while, and every time I stop by, I'm impressed by how well this team works together. There's real respect and teamwork here -- something many businesses could learn from. We recently got new tires, an alignment, and a few other things I can't even pronounce -- but the car drives like new! Damon, Paul, David, and Frank (hope I got all your names right!) are honest, kind, and truly know their stuff. If you're looking for a car or just great service, look no further than Dublin Mazda. They're simply the best. read more

Ive been coming to Dublin Mazda to get my car serviced for years, Frank, David and Heather are a dream team! They're always there to help and support me with my car needs. Truly appreciate their expertise and ability to help me understand my cars needs. After a long overdue need for a new car and a bit of personal hesitation Frank was kind enough to introduce me to Keith Morita, beyond thankful for the introduction. Keith was exceptional! Keith went above and beyond in every way. He was kind, friendly, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and family oriented. I had my daughter with me, and he made sure she felt included and comfortable throughout the leasing process, showing her genuine kindness. From the VIP style appointment to the test drive and final paperwork, he supported us every step of the way. Truly an outstanding experience. read more

I had a great experience here as a first-time customer. Frank was patient and communicated everything clearly, which made the whole process fast and easy. I called to schedule an appointment to bring my car in for a diagnosis. Since my daughter and I had a free day, we waited in the lobby while they checked it out. When they didn't have availability to complete the repair until the following week, they made it incredibly convenient by letting me bring the car back and providing a loaner. Not having to arrange a drop-off or pickup was a huge plus. All communication was handled through text, which made everything even easier. Overall, a smooth, stress-free experience -- I'd definitely recommend them and will be coming back! read more

We could not recommend Clark from Dublin Mazda enough. He was professional, kind, thorough, patient and knowledgeable. At no point did we feel like he was pushy or dishonest. It felt like we were able to make the decision to buy freely with his help. We ended up buying a brand new CX-50 hybrid and are thrilled. Thank you Clark and Dublin Mazda! read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a few months now. Here we go: Just when I think customer service couldn't get any better at Dublin Mazda, they go and outdo themselves. The funny thing is, the customer service here is absolutely genuine. I took my CX-5 in for its first service and was greeted by my service advisor, Heather. She was super cheery and personable--she made conversation and immediately gave friend vibes. She's clearly been in the business for a while because she was confident, knowledgeable, and never once felt salesy. When my car was done, I went on my merry way. I got home and parked in the driveway like normal. I didn't leave again until just after 6 p.m. when I noticed an oil spot underneath my car. Obviously alarmed, I called the dealership knowing service had literally closed two minutes earlier. Someone in sales answered, listened to what happened, and actually walked over to the service department to see who was still there. That's how I got connected with Damon. Who, spoiler, is the service manager, yet never once took that credit. He just jumped in and handled business. Damon immediately apologized and had me set up with a loaner car. I'm not exaggerating--it coordinated everything in about 15 minutes. I drove my car down, picked up the loaner, and went back home. Seamless. Now, it was my decision to drive the car in, I didn't feel the leak was so bad it was inoperable to drive. Damon offered to have the car picked up and brought in, I declined. Heather called me first thing the next morning to apologize again and let me know they were sending someone out to clean the oil off my driveway. I'm sorry... what?! Who does that?! Dublin Mazda, that's who. After a thorough inspection (and cleaning because there was oil everywhere), they found the culprit: a faulty oil filter. And even if it had ended up being due to mechanic error, oh well, things happen. Heather then went out of her way to get me reunited with my car, even offering to deliver it to me. The entire service department went above and beyond. None of it felt forced or like they were just checking boxes. They handled everything graciously because they genuinely care. As someone who's been on both sides of the counter--having worked at a dealership for years and, more recently, having spent way too much time dealing with a GMC lemon--I can honestly say I've never experienced this level of customer service. Beyond grateful for the service department at Dublin Mazda. Thank you for putting your customers first. read more

Purchased a used 2023 BMW X1 that had all the goodies with my mother and the team knocked it out the park. George was very warm and welcoming after having negotiated them online over the call and he walked us through the deal right away. Additionally, John from the F&I department was very patient and straightforward with us when we were finalizing the financing for the car. He even checked in with our lender to see what was the issue on our end and as promised, beat it and walked out with the keys to our X1. Would highly recommend shopping with them if in the market for a vehicle. read more

We purchased a used vehicle and there were several items that needed to be looked at on the car. It's been almost 6 months and I can't get anyone to call me back to s hedge a service appt. I have never been a fan of the whole car buying process. It's very overwhelming and leaves me feeling mentally exhausted. But this was a different experience than what I was used to. My husband had emailed someone from Dublin MAZDA and Keith Morita was our guy! He was very responsive and attentive. He helped us take a lot of the stress out of the car buying process. We came back and forth multiple days to test drive different models and finally we had to come back to make a purchase with Keith. We knew that the car searching process was made easy, fun, and painless with Keith. He was knowledgeable and had a lot of fun facts about Mazda! We highly recommend going to see him if anyone is on the market for a Mazda. Thank for all of your help, Keith! read more

The mechanic side of things is good here. The salesman and manager are horrible though. Never do a trade in here, always take it to CarMax. Insane what these people push on the unsuspecting. read more

Extremely good customer service. Called me a Uber which was great. A 3 hours work turned into 7 hours. Didn't have a loner available so I had to stay at home. They did sent me a Uber back to Mazda. I've been taking our cars to this dealership for the past 7 years and have always found the team their to be professional and friendly. Frank Gonsales in the service department is excellent. I dread car shopping, especially dealing with the high-pressure and sleazy tactics at the dealerships in SJ even with their "Be Happy" motto, I've never left happy from the multiple new car purchases or service at their different dealers. After all the frustrating experiences in my area and their nickel-and-diming customers, I decided to expand my search radius -- and I'm so glad I did! I decided to try Dublin Mazda, which is an hour away from my house, and from the first phone call, the experience was completely different. George was friendly, transparent, and zero-pressure. They had a couple CX-90's I was looking for and George had no issues with me wanting to test drive multiple vehicles. One of the ones I was interested in was on their showroom floor, so I was going to test drive a different one so they wouldn't have to move it out, but George and the sales manager Keith insisted it was not an issue for them to pull it off the floor so I can test drive that one too. The hour drive was absolutely worth it. This was the best experience buying a new vehicle I've ever had. George was accommodating and honest from the beginning and put my interests first. Even when coming back the next day to pick up accessories, George stayed with me to make sure I received the right items. I highly recommend Dublin Mazda. Sometimes, going the extra mile (literally) makes all the difference! Thanks again to George, Keith, and Harry (finance manager) read more

My family and I decided to come to the Mazda dealership looking for a car to bring with me to college, and our salesman Keith Morita was beyond exceptional. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he is also one of the most down to earth people we have ever met and helped us along every step of the way. He was the most welcoming not only to me, but my family as well. Thanks to him I now have the perfect car! Thank you Keith! read more

Bought a CX-50 from Mazda Dublin, had a great experience thru the sales process. Post sales, I've had to bring the car for an oil pan leak that was found during an oil change. Initially I was quoted 3 days. Came back 3 days later to find that the car wasn't worked on. I received no communication from the service department that it wasn't close to being ready. I even tried calling them before heading down, I got voicemails with inboxes too full to leave a message. I tried calling sales and having them route me to services, just to be held on the line for 10 minutes and get hung up. I went down to the shop and found that it wasn't even started. I had to go out of town that next week, they told me that it would be ready when I got back. I was given the car when I returned, and a few weeks later the same oil leak returned. I've been trying to schedule a service appt thru the my mazda app and the app is broken, won't connect me to scheduling. Tried calling to schedule the appointment and on many occasions haven't even connected with someone to schedule the appointment. Tried 5 separate days. Even their AI assistant couldn't help me schedule an appointment after it looked up my profile via my phone number I hope others are getting a better experience thru the services department here but I haven't had a good experience. I would advise people to get services & work with other Mazda dealerships read more

We been bought our car and taking our car to this dealership for the past 6 years and have always found the team is professional and friendly. The saleswoman near the door overcharged more than 2 thousand dollars for battery replacement because of "finger slippery". This guy always sale unnecessary services to customers Edit: after posted the comment, observed the license plate was folded by someone when picking up the car outside, not sure if it's just coincidence read more

I came in because my car was vibrating and suspected an engine mount issue. They diagnosed it as a radiator mount and replaced it -- the vibration never went away. When I asked the guy at the front desk about it, he shrugged it off and said "my car does that too." That's not a fix, that's a dismissal. A few months later I brought the car in for routine maintenance. They came back with a laundry list of repairs totaling several thousand dollars. One item: a full control arm replacement at $1,200. Something felt off, so I took it to Tri Valley Automotive down the road. Their mechanic inspected the control arms and told me they were completely fine -- no work needed. So to summarize: they couldn't fix the problem I actually came in with, brushed off my concerns, and then tried to sell me $1,200 worth of repairs I didn't need. If you're coming here for maintenance, think twice. Tri Valley Automotive is nearby, honest, and I'd much rather give them my money. Lesson learned. read more

From the friendly greeting to completing the whole process in under 2 hours, everything was smooth and stress-free. David the good Samaritan at Dublin Mazda welcomed my old Honda after I mistakenly drove into the wrong service department. My tire pressure light had turned on so wanted a check. He said, "sure, we'll do it. Honda is next door but that's ok. It happens from time to time." They did a quick check and reset of the sensor light and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Excellent custome service! Thank you David!! read more

My wide and I were looking to buy either a Mazda CX-90 or an Acura MDX on 2/9/2026. I was on the fence as to which one. I was on the lot for 35 minutes, and not a single person came out to greet me. I then drove around the lot 2 times thinking someone would come out and greet me but that never happened. I guess I looked like I had not money to spend. Not the case. Never will I recommend this dealership. I decided they didn't want to sell me a car so I went over to the Acura dealership in Pleasanton and I am the proud owner of a 2025 Acura MDX SH-AWD. The better choice! Buyers Beware! I will also send a letter to Mazda Motor Corporation about this dealership. read more

Had a wonderful experience yesterday buying a car from Keith Morita at Dublin Mazda. He was responsive, prepared, efficient, and very friendly. I was in and out in 3 hours, and the process would have probably been even faster if Keith and I were not happily gabbing about cars and life so much. Keith is a car fan like me, and a gentleman. Highly recommend the dealer and the man. I was driving in from Fresno and he had the car prepped and ready for me, sending me pics of the car including the nice printout in the photo. And the CX-30 is awesome! Best value on the market, hands down. My $37k Turbo Premium Plus literally has everything, does everything, feels solid as a rock, is quiet as a mouse, and runs like a dream. Most importantly, it is really easy to drive the CX-30 very smooth and gentle when needed. My daughter gets car sick easily and this is going to make our upcoming road trip to see her cousin at college very comfy for her. read more

i came in with an online quote and spoke with Erin - nice guy; helpful. I told him right off the bat that I wanted to negotiate as the quote is close to what my budget ceiling was. He said yes, we'll work with you. after the test-drive and in the office, essentially no budge. the same online price was what we essentially looked at. i offered to come up a few hundred dollars above my ceiling, and we were still $1k apart. still no, so i thanked Erin for his time. he said, "let me talk to my manager and see..." the sales manager came and offered nothing more other than perhaps to see if i was...i don't know... a human being? i told him i'm showing a willingness to come up with $500, but nothing more (which is already above my budget). he never came off his price - not even $1. i felt i was upfront with everything, but getting me in the office to offer nothing more than what could have been said upfront so that time is not wasted - that was frustrating. integrity is often overlooked; it has become underrated. read more

I am so glad I came to Mazda Dublin. I emailed Michael Barrileaux and agreed for the out the door price for a CX-50 Hybrid.
