Avoid this dealership. Brought in car for oil change. They told my wife battery failed test and needed to be replaced. I declined a new battery believing battery was still under warranty at Walmart. Get home and realize the battery had been purchased at Nissan dealership and was under warranty. Next day wife drives the car back to this dealership. Now, realizing it's under warranty the service rep who tried to sell me a new battery yesterday instead insists on a multi hour "deep charge"stating it will be over 3 hours (past my already 1 hour wait) with no loaner available before they can decide if they will honor the warranty. I left and instead purchased a new battery at Walmart. They lost all my trust and business over a $300 battery . Pitiful read more

These people use aggressive sales tactics and will not take "NO" for an answer! I have been getting letter after letter after letter from them after my debts were discharged in bankruptcy court a couple of months ago. I have been writing "REFUSED: RETURN TO SENDER" on the envelope each time I have gotten them, and I have called and emailed numerous times asking to be removed from their list. I even spoke to someone by the name of Vishal, who agreed to remove me from the list, but I am still getting letters as of today (September 23). I have already filed a complaint with the state Attorney General's office. If the letters keep coming, I will take further action to report them to the BBB and FTC. read more

UPDATE - Thursday, March 5 I am updating my review again because the situation with Dublin Nissan continues to escalate and I want to clearly document the timeline of events. On Tuesday March 3rd, I picked my vehicle up from the dealership after it had been in the service department for a warranty repair for a WEEK. When I picked it up, the service manager, Kenny, told me my key fob battery had been replaced "as a courtesy" and that my car had also been detailed "as a courtesy." After leaving the dealership and making a few stops, I immediately began experiencing electrical issues that I was NOT having before I dropped my vehicle off for service. My doors would not lock using the key fob or the buttons on the driver side door and my windows would not roll up automatically. I called Kenny to report the issue and was told that the car's computer "needed to calm down" and that I should call back the next morning if the problem continued. The following morning the problems were still happening and instead of a solution I was given additional explanations. I then spoke directly with the General Manager, Mark, who arranged for a loaner vehicle to be delivered to me while they picked my vehicle back up again. At this point my vehicle has now been dropped off and picked up multiple times throughout this process. When the loaner vehicle was delivered, I did not drive it after it arrived. This can be verified through my Ring camera system at my home. When I went to use the vehicle the following morning, I discovered that numerous warning lights were illuminated across the dashboard. I will be uploading a photo to this review showing the dashboard with all of the warning lights that were already on. At this point I am extremely frustrated and concerned. I feel like I am repeatedly being placed in unsafe vehicle situations. I should not be picking up my own vehicle with new electrical problems and then be provided with a loaner vehicle that also appears to have serious issues. To make matters worse, when I informed the General Manager about the condition of the loaner vehicle, the only response I received was "ok" with a thumbs up emoji (photo attached) There was no follow up, no attempt to resolve the situation, and no effort to provide a safe replacement vehicle. That response felt extremely dismissive and unprofessional given the seriousness of the situation. My vehicle has now been picked up and returned multiple times and there seems to be a new issue every time, despite the fact that I originally brought it in for a warranty repair. Because of the repeated repair attempts, the new electrical issues that appeared after service, and now being provided with a loaner vehicle showing multiple dashboard warning indicators, I am formally documenting this situation as a potential warranty failure and safety concern. At this point I no longer have confidence in the dealership's ability to properly diagnose or repair my vehicle. If this matter is not addressed immediately by the dealership owner, I will be pursuing formal remedies available to me under California Lemon Law and initiating a legal review of my case. This review serves as part of my documented record of events. This entire experience has been stressful, time consuming, and completely unacceptable. I truly wish I had never purchased my vehicle from Dublin Nissan. read more

I just got back to work after spending my afternoon driving out to Dublin and back for no reason apparently. I had made an appointment for repairs after being involved in an accident. The dealership took the appointment and followed up asking if I wanted other services. Since my Rogue did have it's second recall I was thrilled. That is until I got there. "Oh, you're the collision repair? We don't do that." It turns out that they accepted my body repair job knowing that they couldn't do it. They had no problem being dishonest and wasting my time just so they could get whatever profit the recall would have earned them. So if you want to be treated like a idiot from a shady car dealership like in the movies, I recommend this place. If you have self respect, I'd avoid doing any business here. read more

DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE! IT'S A SCAM. THEY WILL ADD USELESS SERVICES + ACTUALLY BREAK YOUR CAR. Negative stars. I visited this dealership for a tie rod recall and an oil change, but my experience has left me deeply disappointed and suspicious. During my visit, Zachary from the service team suggested I get a 20k-mile brake fluid change. Initially, I agreed, but after reconsidering, I backed out within five minutes. His attitude noticeably changed after I declined. After picking up my vehicle, I started hearing a high-pitched squealing noise coming from the driver-side tire. Naturally, I was concerned. Was there an issue with my brakes? The timing felt suspicious. Right after I declined the brake service, my car develops a weird noise? Not suspicious at all. I decided to take a look and removed my wheel to check the dust shield on the rotor. The shield was in excellent condition, except for a small, deliberate indentation hidden on the bottom side of the shield. Turns out the dust shield was rubbing against the rotor when I was driving, causing a high pitch squealing sound. It just so happens that there's signs of tinkering (rust at indentation point) on my otherwise perfect dust shield. It's clear this wasn't accidental. I called the dealership to address the issue, and they informed me there would be a $280 diagnostic fee unless it was proven to be their fault. I suspect their intent was to charge me for diagnostics, claim there's an issue with my brakes, and then upsell unnecessary services. Meaning $280 + a fake brake issue. This isn't the first time I've felt scammed here. On a previous visit, I came in for a warranty fix, and Zach claimed there was an issue with my rotor, which ended up costing me $800. Now I can't help but question if that repair was even necessary. To be honest, it was most likely fake. Furthermore I was quoted $80 for a fully synthetic oil change over the phone when making the appointment. I even confirmed this multiple times with the representative. Yet, when I arrived, Zach informed me it would cost $180. I thought I had a $40 coupon so I'd just eat the cost. Turns out it was expired. I'll take blame for my expired coupon, but are we oil changing a Porsche? It's a nissan. $180 for an oil change is crazy. The pattern is clear: they push for additional services, act annoyed when you decline, and possibly tamper with your vehicle to force you into returning. This is not only unethical but dangerous. I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. Their practices are scummy, and their pricing is exorbitant. Save yourself the headache and find a trustworthy service center. read more

Had a phenomenal experience here! Sam A made it clear that customer experience was his top priority and he proved it when connecting with my 3 yr old, my antisocial husband, and my boomer dad with no hesitation just pure joy. That's hard to do hahaha. from snacks and entertainment to just truly getting to know us genuinely and naturally we really loved our experience. He was super knowledgeable which we really appreciated and was ready to walk us through each step and truly find the car that made our hearts sing. This was a rare dealership visit that I didn't hate and that I didn't have to be there all day fighting for the right deal. we left feeling so satisfied and with our sanity still intact haha. He took us to view the beautiful property of this dealership and it's gorgeous. it was cool to get introduced to the service staff and felt like we were solidifying a relationship not just a transaction. Don't buy a car here if you are female, full stop. I went in with my male partner, and they automatically talked to him like he was the decision-maker. When I asked to see the terms and conditions of the repair package (huge upsell for them), they sent another salesperson out to try a different approach. The salesperson (piknay) explained GAP insurance to me like I was an idiot after I said I wasn't sure we needed it. They did not have the charging cord for the EV vehicle that was purchased ready to go with the car. They made me drive back (over an hour + Golden Gate Bridge away) to the dealership to get it, claiming that it was locked in an office they couldn't access; I agreed after being promised $35 in toll/gas. I drove out there and they not only acted like toll/gas money was never discussed (they relented and topped off my tank for about $20), and then they gave me an off brand EV cord. The manager (Vishal) tried to tell me that hybrid models don't come with their own brand EV cords. When I said they absolutely do, he doubled down and walked away. His colleague tried to do damage control and say that what his manager meant was that used cars rarely come with the original charging cord. If felt incredibly dismissive for the manager to straight up dismiss me with information that was not factual, and I had the perception from all of the staff that it was because I am female. read more

We purchased a 2022 new Nissan Pathfinder from Dublin Nissan in February 2023. We had a great experience all the way around. In April 2024, we were rear-ended in an accident. The insurance totaled our car. We went back to Dublin Nissan to sign some documents to get a refund on a product we had previously purchased. We still had not decided upon another Pathfinder. We met with Phillip Thai in finance. He asked about a replacement vehicle and he looked at their stock. They had one 2024 Pathfinder, with the exterior and interior color and the trim that we had purchased the year before. He had his salesperson, Billy Mustafa, bring the car up. Billyanswered all of questions and explained the new options that were on the 2024 that were not on our previous vehicle. Philip and Billy both stated that they would take care of us and customer satisfaction was key to them. We agreed on purchasing the 2024 and the both of them made the rest of the afternoon pleasant. The dealership is new, spacious and modern. We couldn't be more pleased with our entire purchase, not once but twice. I brought my 2025 Nissan aria in to the repair shop at Dublin Nissan dealership, and I'm sorry to say that I did not have a very good experience. I was visiting the Bay Area, and on my trip from Los Angeles, I had an unexpected issue with my vehicle and had to have it towed to my repair shop in Los Angeles. They were able to temporarily fix my vehicle, and stated that they had put notes into the system so I could go to a shop in the Bay Area when I got there. Dublin Nissan was the closest shop. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to arrive and help me, and I waited over 15 minutes and ultimately went into the dealership to ask for somebody to come to the counter. They stated that they were too busy to look at my vehicle at that moment, and stated that they would need to keep the vehicle overnight. I had to call them multiple times four days later since I had not heard from them, and was informed that somebody would get back to me which they did not. then, they stated that my vehicle was ready for pick up and when I got there stated that there was no issue with my vehicle. They also stated that they had reset my dash to delete the notification I had stating that there was an issue with my vehicle. I discussed the issue that I was having with the vehicle again, and also included the notes that I had from the dealership I normally use in Los Angeles, and also shared the information that the Los Angeles dealership had told me to say. They denied having any notes in their system, and stated that they could not find any issues-despite the Los Angeles dealership stating the opposite. My car did end up having issues a couple of days later, which were the same problems that I had prior. I had to take it to a different dealership due to my negative experience with Dublin Nissan. I will not be using this dealership ever again, their customer service was poor, they did not communicate properly, and did not repair the problems that I had with my vehicle. TLDR; Classic bait and switch. They do not honor the price match deal that is prominently displayed on their own website! The details: I'm a loyal Nissan owner who gets both our vehicles serviced at this dealership. Last week I made an appointment to get my tires replaced. I noticed on their site that the price of the tires were higher than those of other tire shops in the area, but they had this large message claiming that they price match. I spoke with the parts department on the phone while scheduling my appointment in order to verify the exact tire model they had available for my car. A quick check online shows that other stores in the area had the tire for 20% less. When I ask about price matching they told me that I needed to discuss that with the service department since I was getting the tires as part of a service appointment. I get passed over to service who after going over all the other details of the appointment tell me that price matching is something I need to discuss with Parts. So I get transferred back to the Parts department where I sit on hold. After a few minutes I hang up feeling like I would just come to the appointment with proof of the price at their competitor and get the price match done at that time. Wrong! I stopped by the Parts Department to discuss the price match with them but was once again told to discuss it with my service agent first. After waiting around for the service agent, he takes my printout of the competitor's price to speak with someone and comes back to say that they will not price match because "They don't price match anymore." He blames the Parts department but claims there is no one there for me to talk to about this cause the parts supervisor is not there today. So, I'm supposed to complain to "Mike" on Monday. Needless to say I cancel the tire installation and wasted half my day with this dealership. read more

Very, very poor experience. Negotiated on a new 2022 SUV, they reject my last offer, which is fine, then come back and say it's fine. 6 months later on my first oil change, I find out they replaced a comprehensive service contract (prepaid maintenance) to an "oil changes only" policy. Only way they could make the deal, I guess, but they didn't mention the change - to the end they said it was a comprehensive coverage contract. $2,755 maintenance contract that will basically provide 5 to 7 oil changes. Don't believe me? See the picture. SHADY. OH, and the best part, went in for one of those overpriced oil changes and Alex (service guy) says I don't have a maintenance contract.
