I spoke to Keven over the phone, and after conferring my concerns and the necessity for a number of issues to bring my vehicle up to service, Keven stated he would write up and estimate and send it via email. Later on in the day, I received a detailed report via email of all the issues that needed to be addressed. These coincided with most of the issues on my list with a few added. Pictures and estimated costs were included with this report. After going over the repairs with Kevin, I brought in my vehicle the next day. After several days, all the work was completed, and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, the quality of the actual repair work was extremely disappointing and left me with the impression that the technicians lacked the experience needed for this job. I brought my car in to have all four door lock actuators replaced--a very common failure on older Hondas. I supplied four brand-new replacement actuators that I had already verified were the correct parts and functioning properly. Because I was replacing all four at once, I was offered about a 25% discount on labor. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning. About three hours later, while I was at work nearly 30 miles away, I received a call saying the parts I provided were incorrect and didn't fit. They told me they had left the door panels off so they could show me. I rushed back to the shop, only to discover there was nothing wrong with the parts at all. It took me only a quick look to confirm they were correct, and I plugged one of the new actuators in myself to demonstrate that it worked. Looking back, this should have been my first sign to take the car elsewhere, but I assumed it was simply an honest mistake. Later that day I received another call. I was told the rear actuators had been replaced successfully, but that both front door latch assemblies had supposedly "failed" and now needed to be replaced. This immediately raised red flags because there was absolutely nothing wrong with either front door before I brought the car in. The only issue was the faulty power lock actuators. When I picked up the car, the front doors were actually in worse condition than when I dropped it off: * The driver's inside door handle no longer worked, forcing me to roll down the window and open the door from the outside. * The front passenger door would only open if I manually held the lock pin up while pulling the handle. * I was still charged the quoted $550 (after the labor discount). Once I got home, I found even more problems. One of the front door panels had a tear in the upholstery, there were black grease smudges on the fabric and window, and the window no longer rolled up smoothly, likely because the door panel hadn't been reinstalled correctly. At this point, I no longer believed the diagnosis that both door latch assemblies had somehow failed at the exact same time they were replacing the actuators. It seemed far more likely that the door mechanisms had been reassembled incorrectly and the shop blamed the issue on "broken parts" instead of acknowledging a mistake. The next day I contacted Jay at S&R Motors in Hayward. He and his master technician inspected the car and called me later that day with the actual diagnosis. There was nothing wrong with either door latch assembly. They found that components from the latch mechanism had been removed and left loose inside the door. They retrieved the missing pieces, correctly reassembled both doors, and fixed the problems. When I picked the car up the next day, everything worked exactly as it should. Both front doors opened and closed normally, the inside handles worked properly, the door panels were correctly installed, and the window rolled up and down smoothly again. The outcome speaks for itself. The "failed" door latch assemblies that I was told needed replacement never needed to be replaced at all. The issues were caused during the repair and were resolved simply by properly reassembling the doors. I'm extremely disappointed with how this repair was handled and with what I believe was a misrepresentation of the actual problem. While Jose was courteous and helpful, my experience with the shop's technicians left me with very little confidence in their workmanship. I won't be returning for future service, and I would encourage anyone considering mechanical work beyond basic maintenance to carefully evaluate whether this shop has the experience required for the job.

In October, we paid a $1,600 deposit to have a rear differential replaced, followed by a final payment of $2,804.12 on November 25th. When we picked up the vehicle last week February 11, 2026 (yes they held our vehicle for months), it was still making the exact same noise as the day it was dropped off. We immediately did a ride-along with their own mechanic, who confirmed the issue was still present. Because they were entirely unable to fix the vehicle despite being paid in full, their mechanic explicitly stated that if we took it to another shop, Old Town Auto Care would refund the cost of the repair. We took the vehicle to a second, competent shop. They completely repaired it and confirmed that the rear differential did indeed need replacement, which was the exact work Old Town Auto Care charged us over $4,400 for but utterly failed to perform. We returned to Old Town Auto Care with undeniable proof: the new invoice, the actual old part, and a letter from the second shop. Despite their blatant failure to do the job and their own mechanic's verbal promise, management is now outright refusing to issue the promised partial refund of $1,900. I have included pictures of my credit card charges from Old Town Auto Care as well as the invoice form the different competent shop who confirmed and fixed the problem as proof. They will take your money, fail to fix your car, and then refuse to make it right even when presented with hard evidence of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid Old Town Auto Care at all costs.

Called them when I needed an alignment at the last minute before a road trip. They said they could do it no problem so I took it in and was told it would probably be done around 5:00 which is their closing time. When I return to pick it up I was told that they couldn't get one of the eccentric bolts loose to adjust camber. By the time I got home I noticed that my steering wheel was a quarter turn off meaning it was turned sideways in order to drive straight. Then I look at my wheel which was pointing out at the top about an inch and in at the bottom an inch. I still had to leave for a road trip in the morning and like I said they were already closed when I picked it up. So I drove to Washington the next morning and by the time I got back from that trip a brand new tire was mostly ruined. Furthermore the suspension was making all kinds of clunking noises and I wasn't even sure if it was safe to drive on. So I called them told them exactly what happened with the steering wheel the clunking noises the wheel and you would think that they would be eager to correct the mistake for liability reasons if nothing else. But I was told they didn't have an opening until next week. So next week I go in on the day and time that she suggested and she said they were too busy today try coming in at the end of the week. I took it to a shop down the street that adjusted everything correctly had no issues doing it, corrected the steering wheel the clunking noise, and alignment itself all for half the price of what this place charged me. As far as I'm concerned they put my life in danger and we're too lazy or it was too late in the day for them to finish the job so they just said I had a seized bolt. If they want to buy me a new tire id be happy to take this down.

I thought I would come in here to get a tire rotation, which is a free service that they provide four tires that are theirs. I normally go to the one in Concord like I mentioned, but I happened to be closer to this one, so I thought I would take advantage of it. I was told after the rotation that I would need to get a new tire because there was a nail that was unrepairable on one of the tires. No problem, I thought, since I had paid for an extended warranty on all the tires a few months ago. I was led to believe this would come at no cost to me as a result. I also had paid for a three-year alignment previously, which I thought was a good deal. So, Tim quoted me with an invoice that had $136 alignment on it, but he assured me that it will be taken care of because I had paid for the three year alignment. He also showed me that everything else would cost zero. After an hour and a half, I was up sold on an extended tire warranty, which didn't make sense to me since I thought that the warranty would cover every tire, but I figured it would be fine since Tim told me it would cost $41. Then when they were about to give me the keys, I was charged $140 for services. I thought we were all included in the warranty, not to mention, I was quoted at zero. I was charged for taxes on the new tire (even though the tire was zero dollars), mounting and balancing, alignment, a tire recycling fee, and other labor costs. The extended tire warranty was quoted at $62 even though I was told it would be $41. In my mind, I still couldn't make heads nor tails of all of these things. I even questioned them about it. But I had an appointment elsewhere in the East Bay and needed to be on the road and ended up agreeing to paying $140 for a zero dollar service. I would've been happy paying $41 for the tire warranty but lo and behold I paid three times that. Don't come to this place unless you're prepared to get screwed. I recommend big brand tire in Concord if you must go to big brand at all - at least that place I had been going to for years and I know I could have counted on the folks there and could have trusted them not to charge me extra and not to lie to me about a zero cost service. Heck, go to any other tire place if you have to stay in Dublin or Pleasanton. Some tire places treat you like family. This one treated me like a couple of dollar signs.

By 8:00 p.m., the new furnace was professionally installed, the work area was spotless, and our home was once again warm and safe. The service was truly outstanding. I bought a used 530i and I noticed the lane assist camera wasn't functioning, we all thought it just needed a calibration and I was informed it would be taken care of at no cost. Once Everardo got it, he discovered it was because the windshield had been replaced at some point by a non oem windshield, and that was the problem. Obviously it's a lot more expensive for the dealership to cover an oe windshield replacement when compared to a camera calibration. I signed for the car as is, they could've totally screwed me if they wanted to, but that's not East Bay BMW's style, they told me that it would work and they made good on their promise, even though it was more work than anticipated. Legally speaking, they didn't have to do that, and most dealerships would've taken the opportunity to make some money there. I'm blown away by such honest business in this day and age, it's so uncommon, especially when dealing with larger companies. But these guys are awesome. And to top it off everyone is hella chill, friendly, and fun, but still professional over there. Salute!

They ended up scaring me about engine mounts falling apart and a wheel controller joint breaking any time. Basically normal wear and tear but they made it sound like emergency repair. They pointed out an oil leak I was aware of and asked them to take care of that. Here is what happened: They took 3 days for spark plugs and $1k Replaced leaking valve cover gasket for $250 When I picked up the car it wouldn't start as they had screwed up the battery terminal and initially lied that they didn't touch the battery terminal. Anyways, I had to replace it myself in the end. After I left within 24 hours my tpms shows low air pressure in the tires but there is actually air in all tires with adequate pressure.i got it checked a few times. Within 7 days I saw a lot of oil in my garage from the car. I didn't get a warning but my oil dip stick showed almost no oil. I had to put in 6 quarts. I don't know what more leaks they have caused. It's a terrible place to go and they are incompetent and dishonest!

Here is the Story: On June 27, 2026, went to Minute Muffler (another shop nearby) to change tires, who recommended me to go to Dublin RT tire which is just on the opposite side of the plaza. Purchased and changed two front tires on June 27, 2026. Yesterday on July 21, 2026, one of the tires blew out while driving. There is a hole on the sidewall. See images. The life of the tire is only 24 days!!! It happened very suddenly with a big BANG. The vehicle lost control and hit the curb and drove onto it. Very dangerous. Have to call AAA to replace it by backup tire. Feel uncomfortable in my neck.

It hasn't fully worked since July 2015 when it inexplicably went out in the middle of a road trip in 101 degree weather. My two passengers and I tried to bear it for an hour, but ended up having to pull over for 3 hours to wait til dark to drive home the remaining 2.5 hours. I took the car to Nissan Capitol Expressway two days later where they spent an entire day (and tank of gas) trying to figure out the issue only to come away with no solution. It only seemed to be replicable in 80 degree or above weather and after driving for more than 30 minutes on highways. I knuckled down and made it through the summer, the car had about 18,000 miles at that point and was still in warranty. December 2015 I took the car back to Capitol Nissan for 25k maintenance and had them examine the AC unit again. Another full day of "work" and no solution. The AC continued to work intermittently, I kept up with routine maintenance and always mentioned the AC issues when I was in for service and still under warranty, always at Capitol Nissan. By late spring 2017 the AC had stopped working altogether, no cool air came out at all and the weather was only heating up. In June 2017 I took it to Nissan with 37k miles on it (Nissan warranty stops at 36,000 miles) and had Capitol Nissan spend another whole day working on it. They immediately agreed it wasn't a functioning unit and spent the whole day with it, by end of day finding a "solution." This solution was to drain the freon from the system and re-fill, this seemed to solve the problem. I asked the associate why that hadn't been done before to solve the issue and he said he didn't know. I then asked how he knew it was fixed and he said he couldn't guarantee it and re-read me the description of work done like I was a kindergartener who just didn't understand. He then only charged me for the new AC fluids and "helped" me with the labor cost by charging me $200. I drove away angry and rightfully so as the AC unit stopped working two days later. I called the associate at Capitol Nissan to let them know and never heard back. I then opened a case with Nissan Corporate to have the car declared a lemon as the AC unit will clearly never work. In that call I told them I truly thought this was a one-off case and that until then I had actually liked everything else about my Rouge. I told the representative that if Nissan awarded me the new car I was actually planning on upgrading to the Nissan Murano and would finance that upgrade through them. Nissan Corporate kept my case open for approximately 18 hours only to dismiss it because the car was out of warranty, they offered me one monthly payment ($350) for my troubles. I did not accept this money as it didn't even begin to cover the amount of time I had spent away from work and the money I had spent fixing this issue. The way Nissan has treated me has made it abundantly clear I will never buy another Nissan and as soon as I am financially able I will be getting rid of this junk Rouge and buying a Toyota. read more

Came here to purchase a Nismo Juke (closest dealership that had them) and months later completely regret giving them any business. I told the sales guy exactly what I wanted (color, model, extras, etc.) and there was one that matched what I wanted in Fresno. He said he would talk to his manager and call that dealership to see if they could send it over and do a trade. They said that was not possible. Later found out they lied and never called them. I ended up leasing this 2015 juke and saved $5,000 because it had been sitting on their lot for a year. When about to leave with the car, the sales guy couldn't get the tech package installed so had to leave with no car. Car was delivered to my work the following day, but had a couple scratches and an area with paint chipped. Texted the sales guy I had been working with and he said they would repair the damage at no charge. I later called to schedule it and it only went further downhill. I had a couple other areas I wanted repaired under the extended warranty I purchased and when I called to schedule to drop the car off they told me to bring it to Dublin. They said come at 8am and talk to a sales person about the extended warranty before going to service department. Get there and find out the sales department is closed. I go to the service department and talk to a technician (not the original guy Jose that I had been speaking with between him and the sales guy) who said that I'm not to drop the car off and isn't sure the other things I wanted repaired would be covered under the extended warranty. He took some pictures and said he would talk to Jose. He also suggested I talk to someone in sales about the extended warranty. Go inside the main part of the dealership to find out that I should talk to someone in finance but they don't show up till 11am. A sales guy came over and said perhaps he could help. Talked to him about the extended warranty and all he ended up doing was read off what was written on the form I signed. ok... great I did that as well but wanted to know if it would be covered. I drove the car home and waited a week or so before Jose texted me saying that the autobody shop that they use is busy due to Thanksgiving but that they'll take care of it and get everything fixed. He said he would be calling the extended warranty people and start a claim. Found out no claim had been started. Jose stopped returning my text messages. And now 2 months later after trying to get this all taken care of... nothing is fixed. I completely regret dealing with this dealership. I am leasing this car to purchase it eventually and this is the first time I did this on my own and it's been a terrible first car purchase experience. Hi.,i would like to update my review..due to the fact..that after purchasing a car from them..2 weeks later they called me to change my contract..brandy called to be more specific..she left a voicemail saying she had good news and all this stuff. When i returned her call..she was a totally different person..she got very upset because i told her i wasn't going to change my contract. So she told me. Ok " if your not willing to Change the contract. I need the car back right now" i was like okay..when i get off work i Wil return it. She goes, oh so ur workin..i said yea. Oh ok. Just bring it tomorrow..so the next day i did brought the car back to them. I guess what. They told me i couldn't returned because ive already purchased the vehicle. They make me waste my time and i also lost 3 hours from work...brandy was very rude n very self defensive..i DON'T understand why shes working with you u guys..customer service should be a priority for ur business..she has not skills whatsoever...ANYWAYS after all this back and for to trying n changing the contract..i decided to go in person and returned the car. It was like a nightmare...horrible expierence..i can't believe how this place says they are a reputable company..when they treat customers very bad...last but not least it took them two weeks to give me a refund..for the down payment...very disappointed..and finally i purchased a set of tires for the car. I had a terrible experience with Dublin Nissan's parts department and online return process. I ordered 4 bottles of NS2 CVT transmission fluid and paid about $109 total. When I requested a return, the refund amount showed only $87.86 because the original shipping cost was not included. Then I went to UPS to ship the items back, and UPS charged me another $18. So basically, I lost money twice just trying to return the order. What makes it worse is that their return email said the request would be reviewed in 2-3 business days. It has now been about two weeks, and I still have not received a proper update or solution. That is unacceptable. When I called Dublin Nissan for help, the customer service was very poor. I felt like they were just passing me around and avoiding responsibility. The person from the parts department was especially unhelpful and did not know how to treat a customer properly. Instead of explaining the return process or helping me fix the issue, he made me feel dismissed and frustrated. I was also told to bring the fluid back to the dealership in person, which makes no sense because I ordered it online and already started the return process. If they want customers to return items in person, they should explain that clearly before making customers pay extra shipping. This whole experience felt unfair, confusing, and poorly handled from beginning to end. I would not recommend ordering parts from Dublin Nissan online. Their communication is bad, their return process is unclear, and their parts department customer service was very disappointing. read more

My Vehicle was in need of a transmission replacement so I took it to Dublin Nissan. What could've been a holiday curse turned out to be a Christmas Miracle! Knowing how much the replacement would cost me was very hard to manage but with the help by Nissan's good will opportunity helped me manage the cost of the repair. First off I would like to give my most appreciation to one of their service advisors Ander Gregory! This guy is the man and there's not enough words to say how much this advisor has been there for me every step of the way. From the very beginning process through every immediate responds on updating me about my vehicle repair. My car was in the dealership for nearly two weeks and this guy made sure I was fully informed and always made me feel at ease regarding the estimate outcome. He made sure I got the best treatment as possible and no matter how busy this place can be sometime and having so many repair orders I was assured mine is part of the priority. Human kindness and integrity is how I can describe Ander. He gives you all he has to give when it comes processing details and by having a cool vibe that says everything always works out in the end. I'll write my review regarding the service dept. again, because the last review I wrote, it's not listed any longer. Last December 2014, I brought my Nissan Xterra for service and ask if they could check the engine because I felt it has a rattle noise on a cold start, the cost for this diagnostic was pretty high, but I agreed and they informed me that the cause of this issue were the spark plug wires and they replaced them and also replaced the drive belts. After that, the truck continued to fail and then suddenly the check engine light turned on, so I came back in February for a second revision and the service dept. personnel told me that apparently the spark plug wires replaced were not original (so I asked myself... the agency is not using original parts???) so I left the truck again for couple of days and they called me to say the truck had nothing wrong! Currently the check engine light turns on and off and I believe the engine is shaking even more than at the beginning. What is really frustrating is that I believed that the Nissan service was going to be professional and accurate but it was really disappointing, and as I was not willing to pay again almost a thousand bucks for a wrong diagnostic, I took it to two different mechanics for an opinion and both told me that the problem they found is the loss of cylinder compression and unfortunately the Nissan dept. never found the problem!!! read more

This review is way past due. I went in to have my Altima serviced on 8/11/18 and I was surprised at how accommodating the service advisor was with my appointment. I was skeptical at first because I've gone to this dealership before to have my old Sentra serviced and had the worst experience ever. However, by giving them another chance I got the best customer service treatment I have every gotten at any dealership. I show up to drop off my vehicle with Kriss, the service advisor. He openly admitted that he was new but he seemed eager to learn and cared about my experience as a customer. My car is still relatively new so at first he tells me that my service is under warranty and wont cost me a thing. I was very happy to hear this so once their billing department was done giving me a preliminary invoice, I leave on the complimentary shuttle to my house and wait for the call back. When I return he sadly informs me that he made a mistake and I do, in fact, have to pay for the service. He felt so bad that he offered me a 10% discount off my next service appointment. Not sure if he was authorized to offer me that but nevertheless, I appreciated the gesture. I paid and was on my way. I don't know if he still works there but if he does, then Dublin Nissan should do everything in their power to keep this guy on the payroll. His attitude and work ethic is exactly what you need at that dealership. read more

on 5/3/2025 me and my wife went into Dublin Nissan to look for a new car. When we walked in, we where introduced to Carmen. Carmen made us feel right at home from the time we arrived. She asked us what we where looking for and right away went to work. She hustled hard to make sure we were happy! upon looking at the car and going for a test drive me and the wife had soo many questions about the car and options what not. I have to say she was a real Soldier! she answered all the questions and concerns that we had. she was very kind, polite, and nice to us. she went above and beyond for us both to make sure we purchased the car we wanted and liked.....Sadly the color we wanted was not available on the lot so she looked around in the inventory found one out of state, was not too far, soo she offered to pick up the Vehicle and also LITERALLY asked us if we would want it delivered. well because we had to wait I think 3 days for delivery to her dealership, then she asked if we wanted it to be delivered to our house and that she could do that. She also fought for us on the price WE wanted to pay and where comfortable with, she was amazing. Im very thankful and glad she was our sales rep.! I took my car in for a recall on the computer system on my Nissan Altima 2015. I was experiencing some severe delays in action between when I pushed the pedal and when the car would respond. (Almost got hit in the side because of this.) But of course, they couldn't recreate the issue and said that a code would fire if it happens again due to the new computer update. The issue has happened multiple times since then and still no code. The worst part was they found tons of "new issues," including "major oil leak" that would cost $400 in parts and $2600 in labor!! All this in the middle of a pandemic and lack of usual pay! Shocked, I took it to a local mechanic down the street to get it checked out, and they said they couldn't see where the leak was coming from, so they needed to put dye in the engine. (already a huge difference to the dealership apparently knowing exactly where it was coming from...) The local mechanic said it was a tiny leak on the oil pan after bringing it back, and it only needs silicone to fix. They said it was so minor that I should just wait until I needed new oil. SO HAPPY I DIDNT LISTEN TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! NEVER going back, and I am seriously questioning buying a Nissan ever again. read more

We came to the dealership wanting to buy a new Nissan Murano. Paul and Timo (salesman) were very helpful and courteous and because of them we wanted to buy from this dealership.... until we met Steve, the sales manager. In discussing prices and which year of Murano we wanted to buy, he was extremely rude and offensive. I had to take our son home for a nap, while my husband continued the conversation. Steve and his higher ups (can't remember their names) repeatedly insinuated that my husband wasn't a "man"since he didn't want to make any final decisions without coming home and talking them over with me first. They repeatedly walked out of the room while we were mid-sentence and gave us false information about cars. They had no explanation why their sticker price was higher than MSRP for a vehicle and then got annoyed and got super aggressive trying to push a different vehicle on us. We left convinced that though we wanted a Murano, we did not want to give any money to this dealership. We drove to Petaluma, where they had fantastic service and prices. I'm sorely disappointed that I will have to come to this dealership to service my new Murano... hopefully the service center is better than the sales department. read more

Dublin Nissan has the nicest people there working hard and keeping their brand new space beautiful and inviting to customers with great Hot Creek coffee and cold bottled water! My Service Advisor is David Herrera and he's super awesome! He's been helping me order parts for my minivan and calling me to schedule my service appointments. He's on top of it all! He's super friendly, fast and efficient. Every time, David greets me with a great friendly welcoming smile and he has all my paper work ready even before I know it. It's like magic: how did he do it so fast? I'm very impressed with his great customer service skills, especially with his communication skills, I feel like I'm always heard and very appreciated, and I really feel like I was treated very special every time. I've been bringing my 2019 Nissan Altima to Dublin Nissan for months since COVID shut down San Leandro Nissan (now back up), and I've been extremely satisfied and grateful for the service and attention to detail, and I will continue to drive the extra 20 minutes to service my Altima at Dublin Nissan. Edward my service advisor has been so helpful, knowledgeable, and has gone above and beyond for me, and Kristie made the check out process pleasant and seamless. From their attention to detail, to offering rides for me, they have made sure my car is running well and looks great too. They hand wash the vehicle after service which is amazing and I wish I could bring my car their regularly for a wash! In addition to routine maintenance, I have had my car detailed at Dublin Nissan (photo attached!), and was so impressed by how clean and polished they had my more than a year old car looking! I will make sure to have the car detailed their at least once a year to keep the car looking new. Dublin Nissan has my car running to manufacturer specs, and looking great in the process. Came in originally just to do a quick service on my 2013 Nissan Leaf and ended up buying a new one a few hours later. While waiting for my car that was in service, I was looking around the dealership website and saw an insanely good deal on a brand new 2025 Nissan Leaf S. I found the salesman Dev and he confirmed the deal was real. Dev took me out to see the car and showed me around the car and listened to all my questions and gave me all the answers I needed. After some lunch and with the approval from my wife, I came back to the dealership and began the buying process with Dev and his team (Jessie from finance was great too!). The paperwork process was smooth and quick (digital too). Dev took me out for a test drive to go over the entire car and its various features. He made sure I felt at home with the new Leaf. Although I couldn't take home the car the same day (I drove my old Leaf there and was not trading it in), he held the car for me and detailed it for me to pick up today. Outstanding customer service. After dealing with a creeper at Premier Nissan in Fremont, we came here bright and early on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend. We knew that we wouldn't have the time to sit through finance and everything as we had family plans later that day, but we thought we might be able to see what's on the lot, work something out, mull over the deal, and come back in the evening. And that's exactly what happened. Eagle greeted us, showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn't hover. His sales pitch is no sales pitch and it was splendid. He brought us into the office when we were ready and introduced us to Mark. Mark ran the numbers with us and as we were really running short on time, said we'd be back later in the evening. He suggested that we take the car for the day and leave our trade-in on the lot. We did just that and returned later in the evening, signed all our paperwork and took our 2015 Nissan Altima home. My life wouldn't be the same without a cross-over type SUV. I have driven mostly Nissan cars because they're well-constructed, dependable and a good value for my dollar. In the Fall of last year, I was in the market again for an SUV and set my heart on the new Rogue Select. Passing through Dublin on my way to work I decided to stop into Dublin Nissan and check one out. My sales associate Pamela Whitehead showed me their entire inventory of Rogues and was obviously knowledgeable about all of its features, dealer offerings, and financing alternatives. I started coming to Dublin Nissan parts & services in July and I have not stopped. The employees here have impeccable service. I met Perla during my first visit and she let me know that I was going to be taken care of and that she would provide updates every step of the way. She explained all the in's and out's of the service that I was getting and also set me up with a technician that provided even more detail. Even though I had to return for a part I didn't mind because I had such a positive experience. I recommend that you do get here early because people know about the amazing service Perla and her team provide. I have had other body shops look at my car and I always left confused. Perla made sure I understood all the details after payment and advised me on future visits so that my car is always up to date. I have had my car for 9 years, after working with her I feel like my car is going to last even longer because she advised me on how to take better care of it. Thanks Perla! read more

Like I need my husband's permission to buy a car (I managed to buy the last 2 without help). I doubt you would have asked my husband that if he was at the dealership. Instead I finally talked to a woman (my service advisor) who finally cared enough to grab keys to show me the inside of a car because the men just chose to dismiss me. It wasn't even her job guys! It's 2026. Please do better.

The biggest issue is that after we discussed and agreed on the numbers, the salesperson, Peter, included an additional $1,900 charge for LoJack that appeared in very the fine print at the bottom of the paperwork (sneaky, right?). We did not appreciate finding such a significant extra charge presented that way. It felt like something that should have been discussed clearly and upfront rather than buried in the documents. To make matters worse, after agreeing on the deal, we were left waiting for nearly two hours with very little communication while waiting to be called into the finance office. We spent most of that time simply sitting there looking at the ceiling with no updates, which made the experience unnecessarily frustrating. Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. After driving the vehicle for a longer distance, we discovered that one of the tires was defective. To Dublin Honda's credit, they eventually replaced the tire. However, this was sold to us as a Honda Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, and a defective tire is something I believe should have been identified during the certification inspection before the car was offered for sale. Because we live in Redwood City, returning to Dublin meant another long drive, additional time away from work and family, and a great deal of inconvenience for an issue that should never have occurred in the first place. Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve complete transparency, a thorough inspection process, and respect for their time. Between the surprise $1,900 LoJack charge, the excessive wait to complete the purchase, and having to make another trip because a certified vehicle had a defective tire, this experience fell well short of my expectations. I hope Dublin Honda takes customer feedback seriously and improves its sales process by being more transparent about optional products, ensuring Certified Pre-Owned vehicles meet the standards customers expect, and treating customers' time with the respect they deserve.

I found them to be easy to work with and very helpful in the process of scheduling each step we could do the other things that had to be done to be ready for our move. They did everything they said they would do and the process became one of the most worry-free parts of our move. This was my first time working with Livermore Toyota, but if I would not hesitate to turn to them if I need help in the future.

When I made the appointment that morning, I specifically explained that I needed the service completed quickly and was assured it would take about 45 minutes. I arrived at 12:40 PM and pulled into the service drive. For over 10 minutes, multiple service advisors sat at their desks and completely ignored me. Not one person acknowledged my presence. Then another customer, who was Caucasian, pulled in behind me and was immediately greeted and helped. At that point, I honestly began to question why I was being ignored. It certainly felt like I was being treated differently because of my race. When I finally approached the advisor helping the customer behind me, his only response was that he "didn't see me." That explanation made no sense considering my vehicle was parked directly in front of the one he had just walked up to. Was I somehow invisible? Eventually I was assigned to Daniel Oliviera, and my experience only got worse. From the moment we spoke, he made me feel like I was an inconvenience and that my business was not wanted. He was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. Instead of addressing why I had been ignored, he simply blamed another advisor. I came in for exactly two services: an oil change and tire rotation. Rather than focusing on what I requested, Daniel immediately tried to sell me additional services I did not ask for. When I declined and repeated that I only wanted the oil change and tire rotation, he began using scare tactics to pressure me into spending more money. I then asked how long the service would take. He told me about an hour and a half. When I explained that I had specifically been promised 45 minutes when I made the appointment, his response was, "They lied to you. This is the real world now." He repeated "the real world" multiple times in what came across as a condescending and unnecessary remark. While waiting, I received the dealership's inspection video followed by another text stating my vehicle was finished and that I could pay electronically. I paid immediately through the dealership's own payment system and received confirmation that my payment was successful. After waiting another 10 minutes, my vehicle was brought out. Since I had already paid through the app, I grabbed my keys and left. About 30 minutes later, Daniel called me and accused me of leaving without paying. He threatened to report me to the authorities unless I returned or called him immediately. I checked my payment confirmation again, and everything had processed successfully through the dealership's own system. I had done exactly what their text message instructed me to do. To make matters even worse, when I reviewed my electronic service paperwork, it stated that I had run to my car without paying and that I would be reported throughout the Toyota dealership network. That accusation was completely false. I paid my bill before leaving, and I have the payment confirmation to prove it. Being falsely accused of theft after paying in full was humiliating. Combined with being ignored upon arrival, feeling like I was treated differently from another customer, and then being threatened despite having proof of payment, this became the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I attempted to contact Daniel, the service manager, and the general manager to discuss what happened and give them an opportunity to make things right. To this day, I have not received a return call. Livermore Toyota lost my trust completely. No customer should be ignored, treated with disrespect, pressured into unnecessary services, falsely accused of not paying, or threatened after following the dealership's own payment process. I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience.
