Horrible experience. Horrible sales manager Frank!! Horrible service and horrible attitude!! Lots of mistakes in their paperwork and overcharge. Be very very careful if you buy a car here. Went to buy the used odyssey. Have been working on the details and numbers with another sales guy Yama and the finance manager who have been very nice and patient. 1. Extremely bad attitude. When I tried to negotiate down even $40, Frank was yelling and screaming 'Not even a penny!!' in the whole showroom. Everybody heard that. This was super rude. Can't believe a dealer treated a customer with such attitude!! 2. Lots of critical mistakes in their contract. When we worked on the paperwork, terrible mistakes happened three times. Basically nothing was correct in their paperwork. #1. He put in wrong address in the contract even I provided correct address. We had to reprint everything and redid everything. #2. After that he put wrong sales date in the contract. And we had to go over again everything. 3. Overcharge After I went back home I found he put zero down payment in the contract even though I paid $2k down payment. I didn't check it very carefully while at their dealership because I trusted they have been doing this for years. And Frank was extremely impatient and wanna us to finish quickly and leave. So we didn't have much time to check. So the monthly payment was $50 more because of their mistake. And they could over charge me over $3k over the payment period!!! Then I had to drive one hour and go back to their dealership the next day and redid all paperwork again for the third time!!! Bought cars at different dealership in the Bay Area. Never met such rude sales manger. Never met any dealer who had so many mistakes in the sales contract. Very super careful if you get a car there because you could lose thousands of dollars there. And they could even humiliate you. read more

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I recently received at Livermore Honda's service department, specifically from Service Writer Daniel and Shop Foreman Tony. I brought in my wife's new Honda Passport due to some glitchy software issues and, more concerningly, a safety-related incident where the SUV completely shut down while backing out of our driveway. Daniel and Tony took my concerns seriously from the start. They listened carefully, didn't dismiss the issue, and immediately began working with Honda to get to the bottom of it. It's reassuring to know that the service team is not only competent but also genuinely concerned about customer safety. On a separate visit--completely unannounced--I dropped by to ask for help with unpairing my Android phone. Nena, a service writer, had offered to see what she could do to help until Tony was available. Then, despite clearly having a full plate, Tony personally took the time to walk me through the process step by step. That kind of customer support is rare these days and very much appreciated. To top it off, one of the other service writers (Omied), overheard our discussion and offered insight into why my Android phone was automatically pairing to the SUV without me initiating it. Omied explained that it's a known behavior in some Honda vehicles until a software update resolves it. His explanation was helpful, practical, and gave me a much better understanding of what to expect moving forward. Kudos to Daniel, Tony, and the rest of the team at Livermore Honda. Their professionalism, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out. I left feeling confident that both my concerns and my time were respected--something you can't always say about a service visit. read more

Yelp says what could improve? Do yourself a favor and don't take your car here for service. We came for some simple service under our Honda service agreement and got turned away for their fear that Honda wouldn't reimburse them. Luckily a trip to another dealership was different. They scratched their heads and said they weren't aware of any such reimbursement limitation. So I called Honda of America and they told me the same thing; that they weren't aware of that limitation. After the first week, I noticed that my vehicle was having problems and the service team "made repairs". I've had this vehicle 5 months and drive in town locally, now they want to charge up to $3k for a repair they didn't catch on my last oil change.
