Review for purchasing a 26 CAMRY HYBRID LE and first service after 5k complimentary oil change. Had a great experience as far as the purchase . Went with 26 LE Camry hybrid over the sport package top of the line because I wanted the most MPG. It's funny the more you pay the less mileage you get. Sales people don't really hustle you because you can just go on the internet and print out the MSRP these days with no fuss they will work with you . As far as the dealership , it has everything , wi fi , lounge plenty of parking plus easy exit off 580. Lots of inventory , apparel, veh specific various accessories , compliment coffee machine and small snacks. Our first service was pretty simple you park the car in like someone will tag it with a number take your keys then you briefly go over the service s to be done with a service rep. Our first service on a busy Saturday took roughly just under 2 hrs, they message you when complete. They take pics of the work and surprisingly we found out a rodent likes our warm engine and starts chewing up some engine wires most likely a rat or mouse, but no damage was really done but they replaced what was eaten up. Free extended service warranty is 5 visits or 25,000 mileage oil change . So far so good. Ease of making an appointment was by far so easy as you can chat with a AI appointment maker online only takes a minute. Looking forward for the rest of my visits here in the future.

He is friendly and very transparent with you. He took his time to explain the process from start to finish. We have been to Dublin Toyota and have had to walk out because they were pushy and trying to hide fees, APR, etc (Stay Clear) but not here in Livermore, Rick walked you line item by line item. New Car Prius

Hi Fellow car shoppers, I recently was nearing the end of a Hydrogen fuel card withe my purchased Mirai. The Hydrogen Fuel Cell vehicle was amazing to drive, in my 5 years of ownership I truly learned how to drive to conserve. But with a $$ DMV Reg looming. I narrowed my search to a 26' Prius Hybrid. With 3 weeks before DMV was due, I was scrabbling/panicking to buy and sell. My wife was a HUGE help here. Called most Toyota in a few hundred mile radius to find my Prius. With less than 3 weeks and heading to a dealer with little choices my Wife received a call from Livermore Toyota Manager of Internet Sales, received off the Truck earlier that morning the Prius with all I required and Colors I was searching for. I was so impressed with our Sales rep Arkadi Bober and the Finance Manager Kevin Wood, literally the best/stress free Car buying experience my Wife and I have had; they also met our realistic pricing set by our CU use True Car buying program was great took the fight out of buying a car that can turn into a negative experience. Plus we walked out financed new car in just a little over 3.5 hours. It was fun, I would give them a try, if you want a stress free experience. Thanks for reading

We had the pleasure of meeting Tony N. and ultimately ended up making our purchase with him. We had only intended on test driving during our trip to the dealership, but after speaking with Tony N. and one of the sales managers (Nick) and getting a very fair offer on our trade-in vehicle, we decided to go ahead and move forward in the process rather than shopping around with other dealerships. It was a great experience. Tony did not try to up-sell us on anything, was patient, answered all of our questions or got the answers for us, and made this experience quite pleasant and easy. Both Tony N. and the sales manager (Nick) were easy-going, professional, genuine, and accommodating. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to go see Tony N. for their vehicle purchases. Overall I give it a 10/10, and a 5 star experience.

SHADY! I went in to look at a car, things seems normal at…read morefirst so I put a hold on it and came back after the weekend. I purchased the car and drive it home. As soon as I got home (45minute drive), the alarm started going off. It eventually stop after a few minutes of leaving it alone. I went to bed hoping it was a dud and would fix itself by morning. Got in the car the next morning and the same thing. Alarm kept going off, I put the key in and was able to start it but nothing would turn it off. Long story short, I had to drive the car back another 45 minutes to the dealership only for it to die completely down the road. I ended up having to push the car down the street. Thankfully some guy at the wiener-snizle next door came out to help me push it to the dealership. (Shout out that guy.) Then I went in and ask for a refund, which couldn't be completed because the bank hadn't even cleared the check yet because again this was less than 24 hours later. Alex told me he would handle it and get the money refunded the next day. I call the next day, they have a "power outage" and can't do it. I call the day after that, they were able to Zelle me all but $60 for the bank fees and immediately jumped to accusing me of breaking the security system. Hey bud, why would I break a car I just bought???? Shady, rude, very unprofessional. Not cool guys. Don't waste your time or money with this place.

What could improve? I have one idea…read more.. I went here once, about 10 years ago. I was a teacher on a budget with no car savvy and single mom of a 14-year-old at the time, so I was trying to put all the money l had on a basic, reliable car that would hopefully last me for several years. Some blowdried side of beef (l think his name is Joe), was minding Mrs. B.'s shop that day, and after hearing about my situation, he musterd all the charm he possessed and knowingly sold me a total lemon. He knew it was a lemon because after l brought the car back when the "Check Engine" light came on 2 days later, he had his mechanic turn off the "Check Engine" sensor, and then told me the problem was fixed. Of course the light came back on the next day, and back to Mrs. B.'s l went. I could hear him whispering to the mechanic while l waited outside, for God's sake. He repeated his "fix", and the light again turned on on the way home. I then took the car to a real mechanic, and that was when I found out that not only was the catalytic converter bad, but that normal cats are not compatible with that car (a Chevy Aveo), and could only be replaced by a part from the dealer: $1,600 plus labor. I had bought the car for $5,000 in 2015. When I called Joe and told him what I had found out, he said that since I had bought the car "As ls", he was under no obligation to do anything about it. Just like that, all that charm was back in mothballs, too. My friend went back with me for support. She's not a mechanic,, either but she's had used xars before, and she's just very calm and logical besides. My friend told Joe that he was correct about the "As ls" part, but that he had also knowingly sold me a faulty vehicle. Joe denied having known anything about the catalytic converter being bad, and he got very defensive, very quickly. He strident demanded of my friend, "Are you accusing me of being dishonest?" She calmly responded, "No, I'm not. I'm just telling you what the law is." Seeing that she wasn't intimidated at all by his male blustering, he rapidly changed tactics and became sulky, whining that he had been very nice to me, that it was just a sensor problem, and that the mechanic I had taken it to was just trying to cheat me. He went on, saying that after everything he had done for me, here we were trying to ruin his reputation. His whole demeanor was very unhinged and alarming; we were watching a whole man-sized person unashamedly throwing a fit like a spoiled toddler. We left. I don't know if Joe's mom is still letting him do business at her dealership or not, but I just hope he hasn't completely snapped his cap at a customer by now. The Aveo was eventually taken care of by the wreckers, and I have since bought a much better car at a way more reputable dealer at JRA lmports - exactly what I had been hoping to find in the first place. Who found it? My brilliant, now-grown daughter and her savvy husband. The agent there was knowlegeable and honest, the process was smooth and simple, and my new car is an absolute dreamboat! I highly recommend JRA imports at 1117 W 11th St, Tracy, CA. Lesson learned: get a team behind you when you don't know about cars, and run far away from shmaltzy, unstable car salesmen! You will end up much happier for it, like me.

I lowballed at first if I'm being honest (big time thrifter I do it by nature) & Joe's response alone gave the gut feeling it was the right choice to head over because most of the time I get cursed at for the offer I gave originally. I've had 5 cars in 6 years (not by choice) so I've had plenty of experience dealing with buying used cars from dealerships to private parties. This was bar none the best experience I've had without a doubt. Joe & Mrs. B are definitely a power duo, both wholesome, honest & are just regular folks who just happened to sell cars really. No nonsense, no deception. Transparency is elusive when buying a used car from a smaller dealer 90% of the time, but that was present clear as day. I HIGHLY recommend you pop in & take a gander if you're looking for something, my fiancée & I are super hyped.

Doesn't sound like much, but depending on how much your car is sold..it can be close to a couple hundred they would be skimming off your agreed amount. Consignment Motors was previously called "Entrust Motors". Their premise sounds good, but their follow through was disappointing. They offer to help sell your car for a flat rate + a % of the sales price. They never called to provide any updates. We had to call them each time. Even after notifying the manager, there was no improvement. I would offer half star, but that wasn't an option. I was unsatisfied with the service.

When I signed for this, Mo specifically said '3 days after you drive it off the lot'. Now, I just moved to California from Virginia, and at 21 Ive never owned a credit card. They had to send everything to Virginia to have my parents cosign for it. Obviously this took a few days, even though my parents sent the paperwork the same day they received it via overnight mail. Suddenly they told us that as soon as they received the paperwork, I had to drive the car off the lot that day or they would put the car back on the lot for sale, because my 3 day warranty was up. When did this warranty suddenly turn into a storage fee instead of insurance? They acted as if they didnt know this sale would take a few extra days. When I asked for my money back for the warranty because it was useless and contrary to what was promised, the owner refused, stating that the money was given to the car seller because the payment took longer. What??? If this lady is so desperate for money, why does a few days matter when its a guaranteed sale? All of the paperwork was signed and I had already paid them $1000. Isnt that enough for a few extra days on the lot? What kind of place would risk putting the car back for an indefinite period of time over a 4 day period? Wow, way to be thankful that I purchased a car from you. This was about 3 months ago, and I just received a bill from the DMV for registration, which they were supposed to take car of. Also, they have not sent the necessary paperwork for collateralized loans to my bank. This place obviously isn't thankful to received business. I don't expect a red carpet with a shower of confetti for making a purchase, but I do expect them to keep their agreement for things I paid extra for. Good thing I didn't purchase any other warranties from them.

He was communicative, checked in a few times as we went through the decision process, and always made it clear that he was there to help, not to push us into anything. That kind of low pressure approach is rare in car shopping and it made a big difference. The other Yelp reviews mentioning this were absolutely right. It felt like he truly listened to what mattered to us and respected our pace. Even though we did not buy a car, we walked away with a very good impression of both David and Livermore Honda. The whole experience felt straightforward and honest, which is exactly what you want when you are trying to make a big decision. If you are looking for a dealership that treats you well and a salesperson who is friendly, patient, and real, I would absolutely recommend reaching out to David.
