    Service Only Review -- I purchased my 2020 Audi Q7 elsewhere with very low miles. LOVE the car! Didn't love not having the special code you need on the tag when you buy new.. I didn't get it, went through hoops and need to ask for it from dealership and just too much work. The car is amaaaaaaaazing without it. Needed an oil change but super appreciate when I called in asking if it was part of the warranty (you never know for the price you pay right?) and found out past owner paid for service and had onecleft. Yay! They didn't have to tell me that, but they did. Solid thank you! A service they normally charge over $1000 for is most appreciated. Love the video overview of my car Love the super fast Uber service to/from service appt Love the warm friendly service Love all my questions were answered Just wish I had actually purchased my car here. Super warm vibes with customers satisfaction first. Thank you so much! It's what one would expect of the price you pay for these cars, but just don't get in real life. Not true here... you get excellent service too!!

    Amazing...my one word for my experience with Audi Livermore, specifically with James DaSilva and Louis Garcia. If I could I would give them more than 5 stars I would. From the moment we stepped foot into the showroom we were greeted and listened to. Our test drive was hosted by James who was a walking encyclopedia of Audi and the vehicle...wow...we were provided with useful information on the car's features and performance. We were impressed with James's ability to interpret our comments which lead to the ultimate buying experience. Thank you Audi, James and Louis!

    The Audi Livermore team was awesome to work with and I definitely recommend considering them for your next car! A special shout out to Nick, Jen, Adrees and Chris for their help. I'd been in the market for a new car for a while but was taking my time researching and test driving different models. The team was super helpful and available but not pushy at all.     An Unforgettable New Year's Blessing - Thank You, Livermore Toyota…read more New Year's Eve started off stressful when I got a huge mongoose nail in my tire at 11:30 PM. I called Toyota Roadside Assistance and was towed to a dealership, but unfortunately, the experience there did not go well at all. I went into New Year's Day feeling worried and discouraged. Then something incredible happened. On New Year's Day, I received a call from the General Manager of Livermore Toyota, Mr. Mark Hashimi. I was genuinely shocked, in the best way, that on a holiday he personally reached out to me and let me know that if I could bring my car to his dealership, he would have his team take care of it. That alone spoke volumes. I immediately had my car towed from Tracy Toyota to Livermore Toyota, since I wasn't able to get a response from Tracy. When I arrived, I met Mr. Hashimi in person, and from that moment on, I felt completely taken care of. He and his team assured me every step of the way that if anything went wrong, they would communicate immediately and do everything they could to fix it. I handed over my lavender keys, signed the drop-off envelope, and took the shuttle home. To my absolute amazement, one of their wonderful sales team members, Mr. Humza Loinab, personally drove me all the way to Tracy. That level of kindness and care is something you rarely see. They truly went above and beyond. Work on my 2026 Prius started promptly at 7:00 AM, I received text updates throughout the entire process, and they had everything handled in one single day. To top it off, they even sent a shuttle 20 miles to Tracy just to pick me up and bring me back to the dealership. An Uber would have cost me $45, but instead, they looked out for me without hesitation. The best part? They took care of my tire at no charge and even included a complimentary car wash. My service advisor, Jose Coyotzi, reassured me from the beginning that he would take care of everything and that I wouldn't have to pay a thing. That peace of mind meant more to me than I can express. As a young woman getting ready to start at Cal State, trying to get my bearings and figure everything out, this experience was truly a blessing. I have worked at dealerships myself, and I have never received service like this, not even close. The contrast between this experience and my experience in Tracy was night and day. Every single person I interacted with was memorable, respectful, and genuinely kind. I even stopped by the parts department, they had the cutest items, and once again, the staff was warm and welcoming. This team didn't just do their jobs, they looked out for me. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend Livermore Toyota enough. It's a bit hidden, just off the Altamont near McDonald's, but it is absolutely worth finding. 6200 North Front Road, Livermore, CA Starting the new year with this level of kindness, care, and generosity genuinely made me emotional in the best way. This situation could have been far worse and far more expensive, but instead, they made it smooth, convenient, and stress-free. This dealership is everything and more. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Livermore Toyota, for restoring my faith in true kindness and what a neighborhood dealership should be.

    What could improve? I have one idea…read more.. I went here once, about 10 years ago. I was a teacher on a budget with no car savvy and single mom of a 14-year-old at the time, so I was trying to put all the money l had on a basic, reliable car that would hopefully last me for several years. Some blowdried side of beef (l think his name is Joe), was minding Mrs. B.'s shop that day, and after hearing about my situation, he musterd all the charm he possessed and knowingly sold me a total lemon. He knew it was a lemon because after l brought the car back when the "Check Engine" light came on 2 days later, he had his mechanic turn off the "Check Engine" sensor, and then told me the problem was fixed. Of course the light came back on the next day, and back to Mrs. B.'s l went. I could hear him whispering to the mechanic while l waited outside, for God's sake. He repeated his "fix", and the light again turned on on the way home. I then took the car to a real mechanic, and that was when I found out that not only was the catalytic converter bad, but that normal cats are not compatible with that car (a Chevy Aveo), and could only be replaced by a part from the dealer: $1,600 plus labor. I had bought the car for $5,000 in 2015. When I called Joe and told him what I had found out, he said that since I had bought the car "As ls", he was under no obligation to do anything about it. Just like that, all that charm was back in mothballs, too. My friend went back with me for support. She's not a mechanic,, either but she's had used xars before, and she's just very calm and logical besides. My friend told Joe that he was correct about the "As ls" part, but that he had also knowingly sold me a faulty vehicle. Joe denied having known anything about the catalytic converter being bad, and he got very defensive, very quickly. He strident demanded of my friend, "Are you accusing me of being dishonest?" She calmly responded, "No, I'm not. I'm just telling you what the law is." Seeing that she wasn't intimidated at all by his male blustering, he rapidly changed tactics and became sulky, whining that he had been very nice to me, that it was just a sensor problem, and that the mechanic I had taken it to was just trying to cheat me. He went on, saying that after everything he had done for me, here we were trying to ruin his reputation. His whole demeanor was very unhinged and alarming; we were watching a whole man-sized person unashamedly throwing a fit like a spoiled toddler. We left. I don't know if Joe's mom is still letting him do business at her dealership or not, but I just hope he hasn't completely snapped his cap at a customer by now. The Aveo was eventually taken care of by the wreckers, and I have since bought a much better car at a way more reputable dealer at JRA lmports - exactly what I had been hoping to find in the first place. Who found it? My brilliant, now-grown daughter and her savvy husband. The agent there was knowlegeable and honest, the process was smooth and simple, and my new car is an absolute dreamboat! I highly recommend JRA imports at 1117 W 11th St, Tracy, CA. Lesson learned: get a team behind you when you don't know about cars, and run far away from shmaltzy, unstable car salesmen! You will end up much happier for it, like me.

I lowballed at first if I'm being honest (big time thrifter I do it by nature) & Joe's response alone gave the gut feeling it was the right choice to head over because most of the time I get cursed at for the offer I gave originally. I've had 5 cars in 6 years (not by choice) so I've had plenty of experience dealing with buying used cars from dealerships to private parties. This was bar none the best experience I've had without a doubt. Joe & Mrs. B are definitely a power duo, both wholesome, honest & are just regular folks who just happened to sell cars really. No nonsense, no deception. Transparency is elusive when buying a used car from a smaller dealer 90% of the time, but that was present clear as day. I HIGHLY recommend you pop in & take a gander if you're looking for something, my fiancée & I are super hyped.
