    We started our hunt for a very particular car at Steven's Creek BMW. We left that location feeling almost like we were a "bother" to the sales person. There no one wanted to show us even a comparable car to the one we were looking to obtain, nor test drive, nothing, just an interior tour AFTER I suggested it. The next day, East Bay BMW called us up offering to UBER us to the store. They had the dream car and were happy to wash it up and get it ready for a test drive. From the receptionist greeting, the quick hand off to our sales person, and even the ease of talking through final packages in financing, I was dumbstruck with how hospitable and understanding the staff was. Nothing felt forced, it just felt like they wanted to welcome us into the BMW family with open arms, and in a way that was comfortable to our household. Thank you creating a standard of BMW I will forever associate to this luxury car. I'm glad it worked out and we were properly taken care of at this wonderful facility.

    $50 touch up paint that doesn't match!!!

    I'm not sure why the touch up paint looks so obvious. Bought it think it would match it does not! Pictured provided. As a BMW Mini dealership I expected better results. Just disappointed

    Lito was our costumer care crew member from the first minute we entered to the company. He is absolutely caring and wants us to find a great dealership option , Lito tried his best to work with our budget and he was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended him and his team

    I usually don't waste my time writing negative reviews unless it's well-deserved, and unfortunately, the sales team at East Bay BMW did it for me. I'd scheduled a test drive for a particular vehicle for Saturday, and we'd confirmed on Friday. To my surprise, I arrived early and a nice sales rep offered to track down the vehicle for me, only to inform me the vehicle wouldn't be ready until the following Wednesday due to needing service and parts having not arrived. There was no communication beforehand this would be a possibility, and no communication afterwards from the sales rep I was supposed to meet with (see attached photos), and I wasted at least two hours driving from San Francisco and back. On top of that, they send an automated message that I've "missed my appointment" and asked me to reschedule. Really disappointing, especially how they have a sign posted in the showroom which reads, "The customer's time is most important." Ridiculously ironic. I don't think I'll ever be back here and would actively advise against shopping here.

    These guys are the epitome of what a car dealer should be like! The salesperson (Lito), the manager (Greg), the finance person (David) and all the receptionists that I've encountered! They must all get trained on really focusing on making their customers happy :) . I can't really say what they did for me but what they did was beyond good customer service! I have to say that I've never been to a car dealer with this kind of service...they are excellent!!

Yelp reviewers didn't disappoint. I called Rich to get an estimate, and his knowledge, professionalism, and fair pricing were enough to convince me to make the drive. Once I met Rich, he inspected both the front and rear brakes and explained that the front brakes were actually more worn than the rear--and that both truly needed replacement. Rich was very accommodating and respectful of my schedule, completing the work while I waited. He also took the time to show me the condition of the old brakes, rotors, and sensors and walked me through everything he found. His assessment was spot on. After finishing the job, he even showed me the new rotors and gave me recommendations on how to properly break in the new brakes. Rich provides the kind of excellent, personable customer service that is rare in many businesses today. In fact, this level of thorough, hands-on service is something I've never experienced at any dealership. I can highly recommend Performance Autowerk!

The price was hefty and I decided to get estimates from BMW service specialists. Based on the super high ratings for Performance Autowerk, they were high on my list. When I reviewed the work that needed to be done, Rich suggested that I bring in my car so he could check it free of charge to make sure the work was needed and not being upsold. He provided a quick and very reasonable estimate. In the end, I decided to use another place because his shop is a long drive for me. But I would recommend him to anyone in the Dublin area.

He claimed work will take more than a day. Upon drop off he did not warn me that i would need to pick up by 5 pm and return rental at that time also. He called me at 3:40 pm and i called him back once i could at 4 pm and he pretty much raised his voice at me to return the car asap as another client is waiting for it first thing in the morning. I never could find an independent Auto Repair shop which I felt comfortable with. But because of the escalating repair costs at the Dealership, I researched Precision Auto Repair and its knowledge specifically with Honda and Acura Vehicles on Yelp. I spoke to Keven over the phone, and after conferring my concerns and the necessity for a number of issues to bring my vehicle up to service, Keven stated he would write up and estimate and send it via email. Later on in the day, I received a detailed report via email of all the issues that needed to be addressed. These coincided with most of the issues on my list with a few added. Pictures and estimated costs were included with this report. After going over the repairs with Kevin, I brought in my vehicle the next day. After several days, all the work was completed, and the price was very reasonable. I found their work to be extremely thorough, and I will for sure be using Precision Repair for all my future Acura needs in the future. Thanks, Kevin, for your knowledge and Professionalism!!!

    If I could give Old Town Auto Care zero stars, I would. Save your time, your money, and your…read moresanity, and take your vehicle anywhere else. In October, we paid a $1,600 deposit to have a rear differential replaced, followed by a final payment of $2,804.12 on November 25th. When we picked up the vehicle last week February 11, 2026 (yes they held our vehicle for months), it was still making the exact same noise as the day it was dropped off. We immediately did a ride-along with their own mechanic, who confirmed the issue was still present. Because they were entirely unable to fix the vehicle despite being paid in full, their mechanic explicitly stated that if we took it to another shop, Old Town Auto Care would refund the cost of the repair. We took the vehicle to a second, competent shop. They completely repaired it and confirmed that the rear differential did indeed need replacement, which was the exact work Old Town Auto Care charged us over $4,400 for but utterly failed to perform. We returned to Old Town Auto Care with undeniable proof: the new invoice, the actual old part, and a letter from the second shop. Despite their blatant failure to do the job and their own mechanic's verbal promise, management is now outright refusing to issue the promised partial refund of $1,900. I have included pictures of my credit card charges from Old Town Auto Care as well as the invoice form the different competent shop who confirmed and fixed the problem as proof. They will take your money, fail to fix your car, and then refuse to make it right even when presented with hard evidence of their incompetence. Do yourself a favor and avoid Old Town Auto Care at all costs.

    I had an appointment to drop off a vehicle at 9 AM when the shop opens. I arrived at 9 and no one…read morewas there. There were laminated signs posted on the door saying they are not at the shop yet and they commute. It also said to drop keys in the drop box. I asked the guy at Supreme Auto Film next door what time they get in, he said around 9:30. I stayed until 9:27 AM before leaving. What is the point of having the hours of operation starting at 9 AM when you are going to be 30 minutes late?? I had to take time away from work (that I am on time to) to have work done on my vehicle. When making appointments, someone should be there to take it and explain the work to be done. Most importantly give a written, itemized estimate according to California law. The fact that the signs are laminated tells me that this is a normal thing. Getting to work on time is not hard. Everybody commutes to work. Grown adults should know time management to open up on time. If they can't even do that, I would not trust them to touch anything of mine. Disrepectful. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
