When I picked up my vehicle, there were several issues. There was a scratch on one of the rear panels, I found a bag of McDonalds in the back and my floor mats were dirty. He's the "mgr." and usually answers the phone. After 3 months I was experiencing some hesitation in acceleration and Hung said to bring it in and they'd put the diagnostic "code" reader on it to see if it was the tranny they installed. Turned out it only needed an oil-change and NOT the oil-sensors or tranny that I was afraid of. $65.00 for the diagnostic and oil-change and I'm sleeping like a baby again! Deal with Hung and he will tell you straight-up where you stand. Why believe me and travel to this "rough" side of town? Been in the auto biz for 19 years (sales) and know a BS artist from 20 paces! When they took it back in to see what would be done they both got the same answer: "These cars are sold as is and you must drive like a maniac" HAHAHA. One was brought 100 miles later and the other didn't make it 12 miles! Brakes were low, transmission leaks, black dirty oil and on and on. I found one of his mechanics' car on Craigslist list. That car ended up not being something that would work for me. While discussing my options Tony had two cars on his lot that were in my budget. He picked the car that he was going to let his niece drive that weekend. He said the car that he was selling me he would have no problems driving to New York City from San Francisco. After their truck pulled up right on time, I was surprised to learn that Dan would be doing the detail himself. I felt more at ease knowing the owner would be doing the detail himself rather than someone being paid minimum wage! By the time he was done I was shocked! My car looked brand new! Tanis happens to walk up to me to see if I needed any help. He worked on my truck for quite a while before determining it was something other than a quick fix. We pushed the truck over to his shop and he put Joe on the job. These guys are not only super friendly but really know their stuff. They nailed down the problem, ordered the parts and had me on the road much faster than I had expected. Their prices are very fair, their skill is superior and they are passionate about what they do.
