Across multiple vehicles and issues, from routine service and check-ups, to more significant issues like brakes, emission systems and engine maintenance, Pablo has been a great service provider. Clear and frequent communication, transparent pricing and works to find budget-friendly options, always on-time delivery, and just really awesome customer service and car care. As a woman, I've sometimes felt intimidated by dealing with car maintenance issues, but I have always found this business to operate with integrity and respect. I've never felt taken advantage of, or unclear of their diagnostic process. Absolute transparency and care in how they explain the issues and repair options. And you can tell it's a great business by the company they keep. Pablo has always made great recommendations for other service providers when the work is beyond his shop (solid recommendations for tire replacements, auto body work and more)....those providers have been equally high quality and always take good care of the customers that Pablo refers. Bottomline, this is the exact kind of local business you should support. Especially in a business category (automotive) that is expensive and feels tricky to navigate. Highly recommend!

Hello everyone! In couple words: i am lucky that i got to…read morethis repair shop, and very thankful for honest attitude!!! Thank you so much! I was sent here to repair transmission (the reason why i started finding answers was noise while driving and breaking), but instead, diagnostic showed that transmission is ok, and they said me "we don't repair things whish are not broken". And then i returned to the place (it was Akin Autorepair) which sent me to Dale Transmission, and here began conflict: they started scare me that my transmission is bad and axle can come out while driving(what was not true, i asked in official dealer), and complain that Dale transmission is not competent(what was pretty boldly and not polite from their side), and tried to send me to another transmission autorepair (by the way it would cost me at least 3000 dollars). I had not choice and went to official dealer, full diagnostic, which costed a lot. But they said "last word" - transmission is ok, and the reason of noise is bad front right hub, which need to replace. After that i came back to Dale Transmission and they changed my front hub, like exception, because they repair transmission only.
