I don't remember the seats being so clean when i bought them. Chris pays some major attention to detail The inside was flawless and the exterior looked like shiny glass when he was done, no streaks! I have been going to classic car wash for a long time (obviously not a real detail) but i used to think it was a nice quick OK job. Let me just say that the extra cash is soooooooo worth it. His rates are actually very competitive for what he does, not bad =) Yay! i don't have to be ashamed of my nasty car anymore! looks shiny and new =) Thanks Chris!

So I agreed upon the $275 service which includes an extra Teflon coating.. he gets to my place and asks me to take the car to a car wash place first because he didn't bring his water hose.. Who washes cars for a living and doesn't have a water hose?? He went to buy a hose and came back and started washing.. he then told me it would cost more money.. $275 already and now he wants more... I agreed to pay him $25 more so he would be happy and do a good job.. he was still polishing the car when I decided that I didn't want the extra Teflon and I told him.. he told me it was already done... I looked at him in disbelief because the exterior looked horrible.. lots of spots weren't even touched yet.. how can you put a protective Teflon coating on when it wasn't even clean yet?? he told me to leave him alone and let him finish.. so I left him alone... I even mad a cup of coffee for him cause I felt bad that it was cold outside.. I left him to do his work.. He called me a couple of hours later and said it was done... I went out here and this wasn't a detail.. this was a good car wash.. yes he polished out most of the scratches.. but there was no detail.. there is too much to list.. he did a horrible job. Everywhere I looked I saw something that wasn't clean or even touched.. We argued about the work.. He wanted $200.. I paid him to get him to leave.. I was not happy paying $200 for a good car wash... My brother and friend were over and saw the job.. they didn't believe it either.. I got RIPPED OFF. Don't let it happen to you.

Please note that one day before my car wash, I wanted to confirm if he was going to arrive and his reply was "we'll be there". On the day he was supposed to arrive, I didn't receive any notifications or even what time to expect him, so I took the initiative to send him a message and ask if he and his team would still be arriving. His reply was that he was "backed up". I understand that someone is busy, but it was way past noon and if I didn't ask if his team was coming over, I was sure I wouldn't receive any notification from him that day. Also, he asked if we could rescheduled, which wasn't really possible for me at the time because I was relocating. (I contacted him at least 1.5 weeks prior to my relocation and even asked which day was best for him) and his last reply to me was "Let me see what I can arrange". I did not receive any follow up for more than a month and that's the reason I'm providing my feedback. (Obviously I did not wait a month and not get my car cleaned. I had my car cleaned a week later after assuming that I would never receive a reply.) Overall, I'm sure his team does a good job cleaning and detailing cars, but absolutely poor time management and customer service. I would've rather receive a "sorry, we're currently booked at the moment" and be on my way to look for another car washing facility rather than waste my time waiting on someone that was not going to arrive.

Johnny the owner of the shop was outstanding for so many ways and went above and beyond the given service. First he couldn't get me in for a couple days, but he said he would jerry rig they piece so that I could drive it in the meantime. What also was amazing was that he personally came to pick me up after the work was done which was sooner that expected. The best part? He's the "mgr." and usually answers the phone. After 3 months I was experiencing some hesitation in acceleration and Hung said to bring it in and they'd put the diagnostic "code" reader on it to see if it was the tranny they installed. Turned out it only needed an oil-change and NOT the oil-sensors or tranny that I was afraid of. $65.00 for the diagnostic and oil-change and I'm sleeping like a baby again! Deal with Hung and he will tell you straight-up where you stand. Why believe me and travel to this "rough" side of town? Been in the auto biz for 19 years (sales) and know a BS artist from 20 paces! Just dress down and head over; you'll be pleased.
