I made an appointment and received confirmation for my car to get washed at my previous work location. I told Jeff my availability and he was the one who picked out the specific date. Please note that one day before my car wash, I wanted to confirm if he was going to arrive and his reply was "we'll be there". On the day he was supposed to arrive, I didn't receive any notifications or even what time to expect him, so I took the initiative to send him a message and ask if he and his team would still be arriving. His reply was that he was "backed up". I understand that someone is busy, but it was way past noon and if I didn't ask if his team was coming over, I was sure I wouldn't receive any notification from him that day. Also, he asked if we could rescheduled, which wasn't really possible for me at the time because I was relocating. (I contacted him at least 1.5 weeks prior to my relocation and even asked which day was best for him) and his last reply to me was "Let me see what I can arrange". I did not receive any follow up for more than a month and that's the reason I'm providing my feedback. (Obviously I did not wait a month and not get my car cleaned. I had my car cleaned a week later after assuming that I would never receive a reply.) Overall, I'm sure his team does a good job cleaning and detailing cars, but absolutely poor time management and customer service. I would've rather receive a "sorry, we're currently booked at the moment" and be on my way to look for another car washing facility rather than waste my time waiting on someone that was not going to arrive. read more

I too was defrauded by Jeff with Dirty Details Auto Spa. We purchased a package of washes and it was always very hard to get Jeff to come and actually wash the car. We bought 20 over a year ago and have had 2 car washes performed. Last request for service unanswered for a week. Follow up request for service resulted in - sorry but van was stolen - should be back up and running next week. Ok fine - I text again - please schedule me for when the van is back up and running Next Friday? Response received - sure - yes. Ok - You'll never guess, Friday came and went no text, no call, no service. Word on the street is that the family / business are no longer in town. Off they went with our money and our remaining car washes. ???? If so, it's fraud. And...according to FB posts there are a number of people in our community who have also been taken - which now I believe, makes it felony fraud. read more

If I could give a zero I would. Hired this deadbeat to detail our car. He charged $299.99 onto our CC and then came up with excuses why he couldn't show up on the scheduled day. (Broken hoses, email problems, etc...) I have tried to reach him numerous times via text and phone (No reply). I am working with my CC company to resolve the issue. Bottom line, NEVER use this company. read more

Jeff did an interior detail on my 2006 civic, it hasn't looked this good in years. Compared to local places, I much prefer his offering: Better quality work (doesn't try to rush the job or the inspection). Way more convenient. Comparable pricing. Good attitude, positive experience. read more

I just had my Porsche detailed by Jeff. It came out looking as new as it did from the factory. It was gorgeous. He took his time and was careful with the car. He is very professional and his pricing is very fair. I am going to sign up for the monthly car washing service he offers. I highly recommend this company. read more

Jeff was great! He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us a deal for doing two of our cars at once, and was also quite efficient and fast! I think he finished cleaning the interior of both cars in around 3 hours, including getting out stains and smells from spilled food. He came to our house, which was very convenient. We don't get our cars detailed often, but for the price and convenience of Jeff's services we may start doing it more. Definitely recommended! read more

Jeff detailed the outside of my 2001 BMW and it looks amazing. His attention to detail really shows with the result . He also detailed the Interior of my 10 year old work truck which has never been detailed before. It looks like a brand new truck.Jeff is very easy to work with and I would highly recommend him. read more

Jeff Thank you for a great detailing job. My sons' used cars look and smell new and clean. Appreciate the ongoing and prompt communication when you were running behind schedule. Oh, thanks for spraying an odor neutralizer in my husbands HVAC. It definitely helped remove that stale smell. read more

I had a similar experience that other customers are mentioning. I used them once and it was great. Last August I tried to get another appointment. I did the appointment online and when the day came they mentioned that their online system overbooked them. We went back and forth on when to reschedule, but then it never happened. My cc was charged $280. I asked for a refund and we went back and forth for months about the refund, but I never received it. I was really hurt and upset that they stopped answering my texts and took my hard earned money!!! I would NOT recommend using them and be VERY careful and don't pay online if you do decide to use them. read more

Jeff spent nearly 5 hours at my home yesterday METICULOUSLY cleaning every inch of an older Prius and a newer Honda Civic. My husband I were blown away with the fantastic outcome on both cars! (We're preparing the Prius to sell.). Although we are not regular consumers of any kind of professional car Detailing Services, his service was by far the highest quality we have ever received! Thank you for your great service and your professionalism, Jeff. read more

Jeff's team detailed our Xterra this past weekend, and it looks brand new! The vehicle is 16 years old and was looking a bit worse for wear but once Jeff's team finished it looked brand new. They did such a wonderful job that I am going to have him come back and detail my other car. Highly recommend!! read more

We had our 10 year old Mazda 3 detailed by Dirty Details at our home, in preparation for sale a month or so ago. Overall, the car looked quite nice inside and out. The refurbishing of the leather seats came out pretty well, though some creases and child seat indents were still apparent. Though we had original manufacturer touch-up paint for some minor exterior scrapes, but the detailer (forgot his name) didn't come up with a way to make it look better than just leaving the scrapes. So, we agreed to go without the paint. The pricing seems roughly comparable to what you could get at a local car wash, but with the convenience of at-home service, I prefer Dirty Details. read more

Just had Jeff and his partner Jesus come out and detail my cars. My poor 2003 Mustang has been neglected, and these guys made it look brand-new again. They have a complete mobile service. They use their own water, power, everything. I couldn't be happier. Dirty Details is the real deal! read more

When I first saw Jeff's special when he started this business during the holidays, I had to take advantage of the half price special. He came and did my 2011 VW Sport Wagon and did some pretty remarkable things like resurfacing my badly chewed up wheel rims due to my poor parking skills : ) I was so happy with my "new car" that I asked Jeff if he would allow me to purchase a gift certificate for a gift to a good friend of mine whose car is twice as old as mine. Well, with all the rains we have had this season (thankfully), we finally were able to have him do the work this last weekend. My friend and I went to lunch and when we got back to my place, we saw another "new car" on my drive way! Her front floor mats were literally absorbed with grease and grim and they now look almost like new - she had planned to replace them and now is tickled pink with the result. Needless to say, this guy and his crew are the best and you will not go wrong with entrusting your ride to their carefully trained hands. They use only the best and go over every detail with great attention to achieving the best possible results. read more

I had an excellent experience with Dirty Details Auto Spa! I had a full detail and my car looked brand new. They were very friendly and Jeff followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend them! read more

We had an unusual situation with a work truck that most detailers wouldn't touch and we needed someone to come to our location same day. Not sure who to contact I sent out a batch of quote requests, and Jeff was one of the first responders saying he's in our area and what time can he come look at the truck. Perfect! He gets here, examines the situation, and gets down to business. He thoroughly cleaned the vehicle, left no evidence he was even there, and did a little extra for a coworker. Bottom line I'm so glad we found him and yes if we ever have detailing needs Dirty Details Auto Spa is who'll we'll call. read more

I just had my 2014 BMW 335i detailed by Dirty Details and their work exceeded my expectations. Making the appointment was very easy and they showed up on time as scheduled. Their attention to detail on both the interior and exterior is excellent. Using their mobile service to come to your house or office with a fully equipped van makes the service more than worth the price. My neighbors utilize their services and I will do the same going forward. read more

My car has never looked this good. My kids had DESTROYED it and it was disgusting. Jeff came and took care of that. The car looks brand new. And the best part is that they did it right in my driveway! I didn't have to wait around for hours at a shop. Excellent job, guys! read more

Jeff Does a fantastic job, Just detailed my Tacoma which needed some love and I don't think it ever looked this good. He has great attention to detail and doesn't rip you off for the service he provides. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a detail. Did I mention that he also cleaned the tree sap off my car been dying to have that off for a while now. Overall very satisfied with quality and price, he could of charged me double and I still would of been happy (My dad always said you get what you pay for). read more

Dirty Details performed excellent customer service and left my vehicle like brand new. Highly recommended.

I feel that I have a new car even though it is a 1995 Honda Accord. Jeff and his assistant did a Super job! They spent a long time on making sure the job was a superb one. The inside looks clean and well done. The outside looks like a new car. I highly recommend their service and the price is right. They can do their magic at your place of business or at your home. Their truck is self contained. Give them a try, you will not be sorry. read more

Jeff and his team came to my home to detail my Honda Odyssey minivan that faithfully hauls our family of five to soccer, swimming, vacation and anywhere and everywhere else. Not only did he and his team clean my car to perfection, they tilted up all the seats to get any and all built up grime under the seats that had been deposited by our three young children over the last 2+ years. My car looks like it is brand new! Jeff also removed some paint from having scratched a fence off of the side of our car with ease that I had spent several minutes scrubbing and decided was a futile endeavor. Jeff was very responsive to email for scheduling and when he experienced a family emergency (which happens to all of us at some point) that delayed his scheduled service until later in the day, was very apologetic and gave me a discount for my trouble. I like to detail my car every couple years and will continue to use Dirty Details from this point forward. Since I work from home, the convenience of having it done at my home and by a team of detail-oriented guys is fantastic and their price is MUCH LESS than what I would have paid for such a complete, thorough detail at the car wash just down the street. (Really! Go price it out yourself!) Thanks Dirty Details for the fantastic job! read more
