Most of the jobs were for full PPF + ceramic coating of new vehicles, but they've also performed a couple of non-PPF paint correction, detailing, and ceramic coating work on well-used vehicles not eligible for PPF. In all cases, California Detailing produced fantastic results that made the new cars look better than they were at dealer delivery and the well-used vehicles look as close to new as possible. For vehicles that we've subsequently sold, California Detailing's attentive work helped protect their resale value. Even when we don't have big jobs pending, we drop by their shop a few times a year for installation inspections and touch-ups (no charge during PPF or ceramic coating warranty period). In addition to being skilled professionals, California Detailing also have great customer service that easily makes my family and me feel at home during our visits. Excellent and lasting results, great people, convenient location, and timely scheduling. We'll see them again soon!

I had never had my car detailed before because it never seemed like a necessity, but was prepping for family to visit and it hit me that the car looked pretty beat up inside and out. Not gonna lie - it felt expensive - but they did an amazing job. They were up front and explained exactly what they were going to do. They did need to see the car before confirming a final quote. They did the full internal and external job and went through every nook and cranny until it shined. I dropped the car off at 9am and picked up a little after 5pm. While I was tempted by the convenience of mobile detailers, i ultimately chose the fixed location and don't regret it.

The workmanship is top-shelf as Danny knows his stuff and is an artisan of his craft, which requires lots of attention to detail. Between Danny and Gena, they run a beautiful shop in SSF with competitive prices on Llumar tint. I recently had to get some warranty work done on my ID.4 as the back window started "rippling" and distorting after only a couple of years, making rearview mirror images harder to see. Gena was able to get the work approved under warranty (it was an adhesive defect), made an appointment and brought the car in and the work was done in about an hour -- I can see clearly out the back window again. I will continue to go to Grizzly Tint with all my future vehicle acquisitions in the future....the best window tinting service in the Bay!

After I called Lim, he was able to get me in within just four days. He inspected the issue, corrected it in only a few minutes, and the finish now looks absolutely flawless. Lim was professional, friendly, and genuinely the epitome of excellent customer service. He clearly takes tremendous pride in his work, and it shows in both the quality of the results and the way he treats his customers. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and so committed to doing the job right. If you're looking for someone you can trust with your vehicle, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lim.

When I first reached out to Detailed by Precision, it was because I wanted to do something…read moremeaningful for myself for my birthday. I wasn't just looking for a basic clean: I wanted a deep, intentional transformation of my car. Inside and out. Its been YEARS. I had contacted a few different places, but Lim immediately stood out. The way he communicated, his responsiveness (thougutful, caring, considerate), was really meaningful. Even though his portfolio mostly features higher-end luxury vehicles, he didn't make me feel out of place. If anything, he understood what I was trying to do and genuinely wanted to meet me there! The booking process was easy. He walked me through what to expect, and we started sharing photos back and forth. He even pointed out things like chipped paint and small areas of rust that he could help improve--things I hadn't fully considered. And I didn't know could be accomplished (thought I had to go to other shops, etc). Before I even met him in person, I already felt a sense of trust. When I dropped off my car, he did a full walkthrough and pointed out details I didn't initially notice. His quote felt fair, and more importantly, it felt honest. Throughout the process, he kept me updated with progress photos, which I honestly loved! I felt like I was part of the process: getting little previews of something I was really excited about. By the time pickup day came around, I already knew it was going to be special. But seeing it in person was something else. He walked me through everything they did--inside and out. Some areas needed extra care, and he clearly put in that effort. The inside reminded me like when I first got my car. The ceramic coating added that final layer of protection. And he even took the time to recommend other places if I wanted to continue restoring certain parts of the car. All of his recommendations have been stellar, kind, and Im proud to say I was recommended by Lim. What really stood out to me is that he treated my car with the same level of respect and attention as the high-end vehicles he usually works on. He even mentioned that it reminded him of when he first started--when someone is truly invested in transformation. And that's exactly what this experience felt like! Driving my car afterward didn't just feel like driving a clean car--it felt like a reset. It felt empowering. Like stepping into something new. That's exactly what I needed. Lim is not only incredibly skilled at what he does, he's also just a genuinely good human being. You can tell this is someone who cares deeply about his craft and about people. I honestly wish I could give more than five stars. His work speaks for itself! Attaching photos of how shiny, like mirror/glass, the ceramic coating and shine my car has! Thank you Lim/Detailed by Precision!

I was referred to this place by my cousin and I am so glad he shared!…read more I had reached out to 8 places in east bay and they were all 700+ for the 68% heat rejection and 900+ for the 98% heat rejection... I was getting very reluctant to move forward. Thankfully, I ended up chatting with my cousin who is very knowledgable about cars and got all his own and his siblings' cars tinted here and it looked very well done so I had to reach out. William's prices and offerings are extremely competitive and unbeatable. You really cannot beat the pricing he has for almost all the windows in a model 3 for 99% heat rejection and uv blocking for $700. He is also quick to respond to all your questions and is very friendly. Customer service is top tier. He dropped me off at a nearby location to get some work done as well!! They cleaned the car very well on top of it and my car practically feels brand new from their work.

The black sunroof panel paint was also peeling off on the front. Overall paint was starting to lose that luster. At 8yo, my car was at a point where it could start to look really old and beat up if i didn't do something about it. After doing some paintless dent repair at a separate business, I found Enzo Auto Beauty in my neighborhood. (I usually support local and small businesses.) First, William called right back, very prompt with phone calls and texts. We had a quick phone chat, brought my car over, listened attentively, and carefully explained the options he recommended. Also weighed in on the pros and cons of some of the options. I felt like his explanations were very balanced, not over the top. He was transparent what he could do vs. couldn't. And finally offered an option that worked out perfect for me, that included a black PPF trim restoration over my sunroof panel, and a 2-step paint polish / paint enhancement package (with clay treatment, polish, sealant, etc.). He scheduled me the next morning, which was awesome. And while i was expecting it to leave it overnight or more, he was able to get it back to me at the end of the same day. He sent me updates via text and shared the invoice in advance so no miscommunication. You can tell from his work how detail-oriented and careful he is. Great service, communication and work quality. If you own a Tesla or any high-end car and care about quality, this is absolutely the place to go. Joe, the owner, is always welcoming and clearly pours his passion into the business. You can tell immediately how much he values his team. He treats his staff like family, and it shows in their work. Everyone there genuinely enjoys what they do, and they really do live up to the "OCD" name when it comes to attention to detail. I learned the hard way that not all highly rated Yelp shops deliver real quality. After going to another popular place, a friend pointed out several issues in the work that I had completely missed. Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. Most recently, I had a front PPF and tint done on my Tesla, and the results were flawless. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. They were also kind enough to help install hub caps I purchased separately and recommended a great source for blacked-out emblems. My car turned out beautiful. The only downside is that I live in San Francisco, so the drive is a bit out of the way, but it was absolutely worth it. I recommend OCD Detailing to all my friends whenever they're looking for high-quality PPF or tinting. If you care about your car, this is where you take it.

I've been hesitant to write this because I genuinely like supporting small local businesses. But…read moreafter this experience I think others should know. We had ADS install a PPF wrap and ceramic coat on our brand newly built Porsche last year. Unfortunately, the workmanship has not held up. Multiple areas of the film are being lifted, separating and peeling. Edges were poorly trimmed, sections underneath are coming apart and there are exposed areas where the wrap was not properly applied. These issues weren't something we were nitpicking because they were actually pointed out. ADS did attempt to address some areas on the second visit, but when you are paying thousands for a professional PPF installation, the expectation is that it is done correctly the FIRST time. Having to return to fix basic installation problems should not be the standard. For a premium vehicle, this level of workmanship is unacceptable. When the latest issues were brought up ADS refused to stand by their work. So with other reputable shops available, I urge those looking to skip this one especially if you have a luxury or high end sports car. We ultimately found another shop that corrected the issues properly and stands behind their work.
