Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Bio Car Care. I asked for an interior detailing with extra steam cleaning, rug shampoo, and pet hair removal. After a couple of hours with a portable shop vac, the tech left. When I went out to inspect the car there was obvious dust, dirt, and dog hair visible in every crack and corner, between the seats and cushions, under the seats, and so on. I expected "detailing" to mean serious deep cleaning of those areas and not just wet-vaccing the main areas of carpet. The photos attached are after the detailing! They sent the same guy back with the same equipment, and he worked on a it a little longer and it was somewhat improved but still, not really clean. I can't believe I paid over 400 bucks for this. A complete ripoff. I actually just feel sorry for the cleaner they sent out. It's embarrassing. read more

My experience with this company, and its employee Kevin Ramos, was amazing. I have a 2008 Acura TSX that has treated me well for over 12 years. For his 200,000 mile birthday I decided to give him a much needed spa day. This was my first time getting a car detail, and I didn't know what to expect, considering My Car is an older gentleman and looks nothing like the crazy automobiles gracing the pages of most detailing companies. After perusing the website (which is very user-friendly and efficient), I decided to call as I was a bit leery paying immediately online with no prior experience with the company (now in the future I will definitely use the site form). I immediately received text messages asking what I was looking for, and was able to set up an appointment for the very next morning, with the option to pay then. (I had passed on the first company I called because they didn't have availability until the following week; Bio Car Care had immediate and extensive availability). This communication was also after normal business hours/5pm, which was very convenient. I received a text from the technician early in the 1 hour appointment window the next morning informing me that he was 20 minutes out. He arrived on time and we chatted for a bit about the car and what I was looking for. He was super kind, and invested and eager to do a good job for me with a car that wasn't fancy and that needed some TLC. Kevin took his time and worked meticulously through the Combo Detailing and Headlight Restoration. Every time I checked in he was working on some little detail that I thought was almost TOO detailed. After what was a bit more time than was estimated on the website (in a very good way), My Car (yes, that's his name) looked absolutely flawless. Beautiful. What was once a dirty, dusty interior filled with grime and sunflower seed shells in every nook and petrified french fries and Skittles in every cranny is now an immaculate specimen, inside and out. I'd never seen My Car looking this good! I feel like Kevin didn't necessarily have to do such a perfect job, but that maybe he sensed that it was meaningful to me, and he really cared. Or maybe he just does this every time. Which I think is closer to the truth. As we settled up he pointed out some things that vexed him, like my permanently stained rims and a crystallized ketchup spill under one seat. They look beautiful to me now. And I never thought the hundreds of bumper cracks from 12 years of City parking could look so good. Thank you Bio Car Car, and thank you especially Kevin Ramos, for an exceptional experience. I will definitely have you guys back to take care of My Car the next time he needs a spa day. read more

Great service. I use them every few weeks on my Macan for exterior waterless wash and a couple times a year for exterior detail with claybar and wax. I am very particular. Naim was here today and gave another great wash. Highly recommended if you want to get time back and keep your car shining. Tip: before they arrive, rinse off loose dirt then drive a short distance at high speed to shed water. read more

1. Technician did not clean the exterior properly when i got the exterior package. Mentioned they will not clean anything with contamination with the basic exterior package. However, when i mentioned it to them, they proceeded to wipe really hard to get it off and it did get off. 2. Contacted customer service. They mentioned that contamination will require clay bar or else it may scratch. Well, why then did the technician scratch so hard when I asked why it wasn't clean? 3. Technician also entered my car without my permission. I asked for exterior cleaning only. Do not use Bio Car Care. read more

My car was stolen and left in a gross condition -- between the thieves, the salvage yards and the 6 months in a repair shop it was in rough shape. It reeked of smoke, they left a ton of garbage and there was residue from all the repairs. They were quick, responsive and we spoke through the whole situation. The recommended a package, quoted a rate and sanitized it so I'd be comfortable in my car again. After the wonderful Ever's hard work it's literally as good as new. My 2020 Honda Accord was driven by my partner, who is groundskeeper at a golf course. This work can be very messy and muddy. Plus, he drove around a ton with our Akita, who shed his coat like crazy.
