I brought my 10-year old Honda in. The second car, the one the labrador climbs in after an afternoon at the beach. It hadn't been washed in over a year. I ordered the premium, and they added seat shampooing. Wow is right! The car looks amazing. Every inch is spotless! It looks brand new. I highly recommend W. Really nice crew, too. read more

My detailer appointment at another spot was canceled without any advance warning ("jury duty" when I called to double check) and I had to hustle to find one nearby that had a lift and could do the undercarriage. Called to see if it was possible and when I drove over I got a solid price from a very clean looking shop. Good communicators and car looks new after a heavy mudding from the playa. Underpromise, over deliver. Would come back again, they care about quality work. read more

Nolan and crew are fabulous, professional, reasonably priced and honest. This is the 2nd time I've brought my car in for engine cleaning due to mice getting too cosy under the hood. Nolan took his time answering all my questions and when I went to pick up my car, it looked like the day I got it! The car was super clean and his services are a good value, especially if you purchase the membership. They also offer window tinting, PPF, and ceramic coating. Will be coming back here for all my maintenance! read more

Nolan's work quality is absolutely top notch as I had brought my car in after going on several long distance road trips and thus was in need of some serious TLC both inside and out. He was super easy to reach and communicate with and it was clear almost immediately how knowledgeable and how passionate he is about the ins and outs of his trade as he walked me through the various options. I opted for the silver package for my SUV based on his recommendation and have to say I am beyond thrilled with the end results. He had me turned around in ~2.5 hours as it was just him by himself that day so he was a little backed up but he was very communicative throughout. I will definitely be a return customer for all of my future detailing needs and would strongly recommend Nolan's services to anyone looking for high quality workmanship, competitive pricing and overall very friendly but professional service. read more

Service is amazing. I took my car in after I had a smelly milk spill and they took so much time and energy into cleaning the mold and smell for me. The waiting area is nice and feels luxury. They were so attentive and kept offering me things to make me feel comfortable as I waited. The wash and clean job was immaculate. So clean. They had to do a few vinegar rinses so the car smelled like confuse after but that was much better than the rotten smell from before. I would absolutely go back and will be going back soon. read more

I had my Harley detailed here today!! I swear I didn't think it could look this great! I got 5 star treatment at a very affordable price. Nolan was great, professional , took time answering my numerous questions and his efficient staff made me feel like i was their only customer! It's a beautiful space - like a spa for vehicles. Overall the detailing was awesome! Great work all around, with the car looking better than when I first got it. (Specifically: the car had accumulated quite a few water stains and a ton of tar from some recently-paved roads, which I found extremely difficult to remove while hand washing!) Definitely would highly recommend! read more

My car had an unfortunate situation where cleaning chemicals leaked through the garage ceiling, damaging a few patches of the roof and glass. My own attempts to clean it only made it worse. Nolan and his team were super helpful and able to patch up all the blemishes that this caused. We also did some quick painting, and added ceramic layer to help protect the paint in the future. Looking forward to working with them in the future to keep the car feeling like new read more

Friendly, efficient, excellent quality and value. Detailed my new used car to showroom ready status. Highly recommended!

Got set up with Wow Auto Detailer and to say I was impressed is an understatement. They came to my house, which was a huge plus because I could get my house stuff done. On top of it being convenient, the overall outcome was nothing short of extraordinary. I purchased my challenger when it had less than 5k miles on it. The reason I'm sharing this is because Wow Auto Detailer had my car looking better than the first day I drove it off the dealership! The interior and exterior were immaculate. And if your interior looks anything like mine did, you will be happy. I didn't want to drive it after because I didn't want to get it dirty again lol Worth every penny. I would give more than 5/5 if I could. I will be a return customer. Great work read more

I highly recommend Nolan and Wow Auto Detailer if you're looking for excellent service from an hardworking and honest small business owner. Nolan was able to schedule me in for a next day appointment after I reached him for a quote. His prices are extremely competitive, especially because he offers mobile services (coming to your home or pick up/ drop off if you live in areas with apartment parking garages and limited street parking options). He originally expected to need 2.5 hrs to complete the silver package but it ended up taking 4 hrs - late into a Friday night might I add - due to his attention to detail and wanting to do the best job for my car that I've neglected for the past few years. Nolan is honest and a man of his word which I value, not wanting to charge any extra for the additional time spent or trying to oversell me on by telling me to come in earlier than needed for my next wax. He also told me to reach out if he might have missed any spots once I saw my car in the daylight and he'd come back to fix. I'm already looking forward to my next detailing and will be recommending him to my friends in the area! read more

From start to finish, no complaints, excellent customer service, and my car looked better than when I picked it brand-new from the dealership. I sent a message via Yelp app and got a timely response back including responding to my question if they were familiar with my special type of paint (Infiniti's dynamic sunstone red) as it's a special process and requires special care. The owner Nolan came out immediately to assess my car and was very personable, engaging and knowledgeable as we agreed to what was needed and some possible issues with the interior if necessary. The shop is immaculate and very stylish with a nice lounge with refreshments (even foosball) that overlooks the garage so you can watch while they work. I got the platinum package as this was my first detailing and was so worth it. My car was ready as scheduled (5 hours later) and Bachka, who closed me out was also very pleasant/personalbe - they did not require any type of payment in the beginning. Nolan came out to give me a walk thru and I immediately had to take a video and pics as the car never looked so good! Will be back for maintenance - car washes (never again will my baby go thru those car wash machines again) and detailing as Nolan earned him a lifelong customer. read more

Nolan is amazing. My Tesla X looks better now than when I first bought it brand new. Best car detailing experience I've ever had. Extremely high quality work and a wealth of knowledge. He spent a lot of time really helping me understand what's worth it and what's not when it comes to all of the variety of detailing options. Happy to have met Nolan and I'm now only coming here. My car was messy inside and out! Hadn't washed it for months and the interior hadn't been vacuumed since I purchased it. I called Wow Auto Detailer and they fit me right in! A team got to work on cleaning the car right away and it's literally sparkling. There's not a single piece of cat fur on the interior (did I mention my cat sheds anxiously in the car?). Their pricing is astonishingly low (I'd shopped around quite a bit), so I tipped generously because I was so happy with the results. Will be back! read more

Amazing work done by Nolan. Great guy and easy to communicate with. He was the first to respond to my inquiry when I was looking for someone to restore my headlights and fix a few minor scratches. He also inspected my car multiple times to ensure everything was perfect. Even though he has a busy schedule, he also took the time to explain about all his other great services! Nolan was able to slide me in the next morning and the work was phenomenal. And at a very competitive price! Nolan and his team do incredible work. I (like many of you reading this review) was a little hesitant to just hand over my car keys to somebody who showed up at my door, but this business is legit. I contacted Nolan on Wednesday afternoon; he showed up promptly Thursday morning to pick up my car and had it returned by Thursday evening as scheduled. On the pickup, we talked through options and I immediately knew I had found the right guy for the job. He's a friendly guy and his attention to detail was spot on. He was honest and fair - he talked me down from services I didn't need and only offered what he felt was necessary. And his work - wow. Car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot. He found all sorts of issues I didn't know were things (did you know sunscreen can get into your leather seats?), and addressed them all without raising the price. Only downside of working with Nolan is that he does such good work you probably won't need to see him again for another six months! read more

After reaching out to several car detailing shops I decided to give Wow Detailer a shot. Nolan's THE man. He's every car enthusiast's dream detailing guy. He's an enthusiast himself, and takes care of cars like/better than his own GT3. I came to the bay for a long-term visit from Oklahoma. Since we drove halfway across the country, our car had soooo much buildup of dead bugs, dirt, and watermarks on the exterior...not to mention the natural mess that happens on the interior from a trip like that. I heard about Wow Auto Detailer from a friend. Nolan was extremely responsive, came to my AirBnB, and did an excellent job. AND it was a super fair price. I used to live here. So you better bet that every time I come home, I'm a call Wow Auto Detailer to keep my ride fresh after a cross country drive. read more

Okay, people!! This is the real deal!! I have a 2017 Range Rover Evoque convertible (pretty cool car!) w black exterior. I've never detailed it before and even tho I've maintained it w regular washes etc, it was recently in the shop and their car wash was broken so when I got it back it was a filthy mess. It's also sustained a bunch of scratches over the years. Enter Nolan. I decided to set up an appt and went to meet him based on what I'd read here, and everyone was spot on. Hes still in the first year of his business and so there isn't a "shop," per se--he'll meet you outside his building's garage where he does the detailing. He spent (no joke) a full hour just chatting w me about the car, about the methods he employs, what he'd be able to do and also what he can't do (re the deep scratches) so that realistic expectations would be set. When I tell u my car was filthy, inside and out--I was almost embarrassed to bring it to him in that shape--but I wanted so much for my car's shine to be restored again, to get all the layers of grime off, etc. he told me to come back about 6 hours later (and was super flexible w me about pick up time--car was ready at 430p but I couldn't get back till 5:30 PM because of work). I COULD NOT BELIEVE MY EYES!!!! My car looked nearly new (save for those damn deep scratches)!!! It looked like friggin sunshine!!! He had worked so hard on it--Nolan is so devoted to his work and shows such a sense of pride and ownership. When steaming the inside leather (red), he lifted all this dirt and uncovered some areas that had gotten discolored and scratches up by my dog. He offered to order red interior leather touch-up paint from RR and then have me bring back the car once he gets it so he can fix it up--at no charge!! (I'm waiting to bring it back and will update this review when I do and include some pics of the fix). His company also offers simple car washes, including mobile washes that come to you. When I first looked at his website and saw the prices for the washes, I kind of gawked bc they seemed expensive. But after experiencing the results of his detail work, I can't wait to book my first mobile wash! He made me realize the potential and the longevity of my car, and I know now It'll be worth every penny. For the detailing, I ended up picking the Platinum pkg, given the level of filth and the state of the interior and I don't regret one penny if it!! Go check him out--you'll immediately recognize the pride Nolan takes in his work and his desire to deliver a product that will wow you! Six stars!! read more

We want to thank Mr. Nolan Dupre for the excellent work of drying and cleaning our car. The only one of many businesses in Bay Area that we called to urgently dry the car interior after rainwater got inside the car, he alone took us the same day within an hour, changing his schedule for us. The drying took not 3 days, as other businesses suggested, but a few hours. Mr. Nolan has a free shuttle for customers to return home while the car is in drying. We didn't believe our eyes when we got it back: the 7-year-old car looked like new! It was clean in every crevice. Now we recommend Mr. Nolan to all our friends and acquaintances. read more

The level of detail and care they put into it was A+.
