I usually stop by Monument or O'Riellys closer to me. An employee welcomed me and asked if I needed help. He directed me to the oil. Comparing the grades of oil, I got confused and asked Miles for help. He is fairly new but very knowledgeable. He explained and educated me that there are actually two numbers to consider ie: 15w - 40. Miles also gave me some advice about changing front struts on my car and that I might be able to DIY and avoid mechanic and shop labor costs. I dont know why this store has only a 2.5 Star rating. I've read some of the other Yelper review and I agree to give 5 Stars. Customer service goes a long way with me so thank you for your help Miles.

After he paid, the employee bagged all of his items, so he thought - he did not notice not everything was in the bag until we were about to clean and fix my car when he got home. We ended up having to put everything away and clean / fix my car another day when he has a chance to go and buy another cleaner from somewhere else. I hope the employees can be more careful with their loyal customers' purchases in the future.

At ther the inspection, thing that bother me was, the technician didn't turn off the 'inspection due' light and did not even inform me. After the visit in San Leandro, I went to do coolant flush at Wheel work in Dublin instead and the experience was much nicer. The technician on Friday morning was super nice and professional from the minute of making appointment until picking up my vehicle, Will definitely go back

I went in to find 2 young guys working the counter, which I later found thier names to be Luka and Ben. Ben was the one that I interacted with the most and he took a look at my tires and assessed the issues. Now I will say that the price they quoted me seemed higher than normal, granted I have some EV tires that costed more, but it did still seem excessive. I opted to pass because I think Costco has tires for much less but he still sent me out to have Luka check all the tire pressure and made sure I was safe to drive home. I just appreciate the kind service because I've run into some young gentleman Z'rs that just never seem to care and for a guy that thinks customer service is dying, they gave me hope.
