I was traveling out of town with my daughter as a single mother and all of a sudden saw my tire pressure was extremely low. I was scared that my tire was too low to travel back home, two hours away, so I pulled into this gas station that said oil change and asked if they could help me. Not only did they fill my tire up- he let me know that I would probably need to get the tire fixed as soon as possible when I got back home because the psi was extremely low. First time having my oil changed here and I will for sure be back. Alex and the guys took great care of me. They are all so kind and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Glad I found a new place for my oil changes. The one negative thing I have to agree with others, being I am sitting in my car watching everything being done to my car, looking at the invoice and it says windshield cleaned - completed Wipers checked. If Yelp allowed negative stars, this place would earn them. I waited over 1 hour because they didn't even have the correct filter for the vehicle ahead of me. Instead of informing customers or managing the delay professionally, they continued servicing cars in the other lane while I sat there with zero communication. No update. No transparency. No basic courtesy. That alone is poor management. What happened next was worse. When I asked about the delay, a staff member named Mike came over with an immediate attitude. There was no apology. No attempt to take ownership. His solution was to tell me to leave if I didn't like it. That's not customer service -- that's arrogance. Telling a paying customer to leave because they asked a reasonable question about a 30+ minute delay is unacceptable. It shows a complete lack of training, leadership, and professionalism. I had my 4-year-old son with me and chose to stay calm because I refuse to model bad behavior in front of my child. Unfortunately, the staff member had no such restraint. This business doesn't just have poor service -- it has a culture problem. This was my second very negative experience at Oil Changers. I left with a "clean bill of health" checklist--everything marked OK--yet my tire-pressure light came on as soon as I drove off. When I turned back, two employees said they had seen a nail in my tire but didn't bother to tell me and still checked the tires as fine. Their reaction when I asked about it was bizarre. The last time I went, they didn't even have me check my brake lights--luckily my neighbor later noticed my passenger light was out. They charge premium prices while pretending to do a thorough inspection, but clearly they don't. I will never return. read more

This is my first time coming to this location as I seen it had for the most part really good reviews. I wasn't sure where to pull up as they have no signage so I went around back and seen a few cars that were in the garage area but I did not see anyone and waited a few minutes and nobody came over to check me in so I parked and walked around the front and into the office where all the lights were off. I looked around and nobody was inside and then i seen a employee walking in. He greeted me in a grumpy annoyed voice "Can I help you" and I said yes I wanted to see about getting my oil changed and he said in his grumpy annoyed voice "Go out back and wait in your car"! I said back to him well there are no signs so how's someone to know... He did say sorry I just woke up and I said yah so did I... I proceeded out back got in my car and left. I'm wondering if I went to the same place that has all these high reviews, because this oil change was not good at all. I pulled up when they had two cars in one bay. It was 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me; no problem, I get being busy. They have me drive into another bay... and then tell me I have to wait in the car. When it's close to 90 outside and I obviously cannot run the engine. After about 25 minutes, and the occasional "sorry you have to wait", the change was done and I left. But the service was not really complete: it appears they only changed the oil. The checklist shows that they filled the washer fluid, washed the windows, checked the tire pressure, etc., but I would have seen them doing these things. Especially washing the windshield. I noticed the "Completed" notes on the invoice only after I got home. They did have me test the turn signals/brake lights, so at least that part was correct. Yelp usually doesn't steer me wrong, but this was a terrible value for my $100. I should have just gone back to Vasco Quick Lube where they actually do all the things in their service checklist, they have air conditioning, and it's less expensive. TLDR: Go elsewhere. read more

My technician Mike was super personable and very patient, communication was clearer than crystal, and he not only walked me through each step of the process, but also made sure to alert me to other essential maintenance my car needed. Service going down hill from when it was Castrol Oil Change. Last service on my work truck was a simple oil change. About a week later noticed oil puddle under the truck. Added oil to be safe and returned to Oil Changers. I was told I had a cracked oil pan and it was not the filter or drain plug. So I jack up the truck and start it, the oil is literally leaking from the oil filter seal. Changed the oil filter like I asked them to and problem was solved, except for the massive mess under my truck. They just lost a customer. read more
