I wanna start off by saying this is an amazing place to come and get your car serviced. My man Jimmy has an extensive knowledge and he is very accurate with the time that it will take to fix your vehicle and the quality. We all know that our cars is our main source when it comes to our income, our jobs in our life it is amazing to have a shop that can tell you that your car is gonna be done in amount of days and you show up and it is done. I showed up to Jimmy shop when my car was letting off a weird fume that I couldn't explain. I took it to multiple shops and they cannot figure out the issue even try changing our air filters and other things. After explaining the fumes to Jimmy over the phone and then showing up and letting him experience it for himself, he fixed it in no time that is just one of many jobs that he has done for me in a very quick manner. As I've mentioned in my previous review, I've never trusted dealerships nor brought my car to one until recently... my one experience left me very jaded and it wasn't even the issue of cost. I am not against others working on my cars, ONLY if I trust them. Granted yes, there's never a perfect situation and things happen- but with Jimmy and his crew, communication is key and these guys are great. Parking is never an issue here as they're around the side from the lot and the waiting room is comfortable to relax at. Also, I hate phone calls, but it was very convenient to connect via their Instagram page. With my 2017 Accord, it's a daily driver that I've always maintained myself - but when it comes to bleeding brakes, it's hard to do it on your own. Thomas did my brakes and it went from feeling off to feeling like new again (there definitely was some air in the lines). He gave everything a good check afterwards and I was fine leaving my brake pads as is because there was still enough left for me. For how picky I am with my cars, Jimmy and the guys kept everything to my preference. Another time when I was by for an oil change (it's convenient that there's a Trader Joe's around the corner... can do my grocery shopping while my car was being taken care of); I notice that there was a few scratch from who knows what... (probably from when I was at work). This car was just freshly paint corrected with a new ceramic coat about 2 weeks before then, was honestly very frustrating to me. Jimmy tried a scratch remover- sadly it was too deep. This wasn't something he needed to care about, but he gave me a few suggestions for other places that can take care of it for me. He also as a tint guy that you can make appointments with to get things done. Jimmy and the guys are very communicative and up front about everything, cost and what's being done. During the summer time, there looks to be a mobile detailer that works with them for a washes - that'll be convenient for me in the future since with ceramic coated cars... I have to wash everything by hand. Final Thoughts: There's never the perfect mechanic, but I do appreciate that there's a shop that's blunt with me (in a good way) and everything just laid out clearly. It's good to have a shop I can trust when I can't do a job/task myself. read more

The actual bill from Honda was more because I requested an oil change and a long list of other things to be done that were not in his $1,000-$3000 quote. The money paid Honda that I wrote in the review is for only those items considered in Jimmy's quote. I requested a lot of work from Honda to be done that was not considered in his quote and it was still less than his lowest quote. Plus the fact that he lied about a 100,000-mile maintenance. He said it didn't exist. I went in asking for it and he inflated the costs with repairs it did not need while refusing what I requested. I think Jimmy is confused about many things because I was the customer who dealt with him--Not a mother-in-law. Original review Jimmy tried to take advantage of an elderly woman who towed her Honda to his shop. I am that woman. It would not go over 20 mph. He lied about his diagnosis saying it needed a new computer and the 100,000-mile service I asked for didn't exist for 4 cylinder Hondas. He first quoted $1,100. Within a few seconds he changed it to $3,000 without a sensible reason. Then he offered to buy it. Did he inflate the cost so I would sell it cheap? There is more to this scam, but that's the just of it. I called Honda. Got it fixed for under $500. All it needed was the 100,000-mile service which he said didn't exist. I would not recommend this shop. My car was worked on incorrectly, and when I brought the issue back to his attention, he refused to fix it or take responsibility. Instead of standing behind his work, I was left dealing with the consequences and additional repairs elsewhere. Also, be aware that he strongly pushes customers to leave reviews. That alone should make you question how organic all of the positive feedback really is.
