And I spent a long time wiping down the car after each wash. The customer behind me also had the same problem. The other customer and I went into the store to discuss the issue and ask for refunds. First, the store employees made me go through the wash again to prove their machine's defectiveness. Next they kept insisting they already refunded me. When I insisted on seeing the receipt, they FINALLY submitted the refund for one of the washes. What's up with all the lies? Then they kept insisting they could only refund one wash. When I showed my receipt for the other wash, they claimed they could not refund without that person's cc. When I asked Shubham to write down on the receipt that I was entitled to a refund (so I could return later with that person and cc and not have to reargue everything), Shubham said he couldn't do it and he only worked mornings. I asked for the manager but Shubham again took a long time (several customers already went through the cash register during that time). So, I approached the manager myself, showed how dirty my hand was from their car wash and was finally able to get my refund. They asked me for my card number to search for my receipt, and I told them I paid with cash because it wasn't taking my card. Both these guys were speaking in Indian back and forth until one of them said, "Can you come back tomorrow, brother?" Come back tomorrow for $6, I thought? I'm in the United States, not in fucking India, and I shouldn't have to barter for my change. I never leave reviews, but now I need to go on every platform to blast these dumbasses.

However, the two ladies working inside were very rude and tried to scam us. The sodas had a sign indicated a special, 2 for $4.29. We rang it up and it said, $6.60ish. I asked one of the ladies about it and told her about the special, she went and grabbed the sodas. After scanning it that the special no longer applied, she spoke to the other lady and proceeded with honoring the discount (mentioning that they needed to remove it). Final cost: ~$5.44 I questioned her that it still shouldn't be that high. $4.29 + $0.44 (tax) + $0.10 (CRV fee for two bottles) = ~$4.83 I asked her and she said she was adding tax. I told her, it already rang up taxes, why was she adding more? She was adding taxes from the $6.60ish original price on TOP of the tax already applied to the $4.29. Then her tone became aggressive when we were questioning the math and we left. This was a crazy interaction and this needs to be investigated.

TBH, I did have somewhat of a hard time trying to figure out if the button I was selecting had been highlighted, but we choose after we enter our card in and remove it. Once you get the hang of which steps to do what first, it's pretty easy and fun. They have a few different areas on the top nav / menu bar for you to look at if you want such as weather, media, or traffic which I thought was super cool. There is also a function to have the background of the screen go dark so the backdrop is black and the text is white vs. the default of a white backdrop with black text. When I asked for the receipt though, one did not come out and I was too lazy to walk into the shop to inquire about it. There is also no cancel button for it... but I think I was able to have it go back to the original Home Screen before leaving. This location also has a car wash, large convenience store... its nestled on a quieter side of Dublin but its nice... not as much traffic during the time of day I was there, but still fairly busy at the pumps. Excited to come back and to also see more of these types of stations pop up.
