A beautiful, elegant stand alone building with abundant windows and handicap parking. A brick roof parking all around and the shape and entrance of the lot with respect to 7/11 would make somebody who practices feng shui very content while being in or around the premises. No traffic calming devices needed near the entrance of this building. Calm and pleasant is this establishment - as is the neighborhood. No hooligans or who-ha anywhere. Its comfortable and makes for a fine environment to get your coffee and Lotto tickets. Inside just as wonderful as the exterior. I think I only enjoyed the physical space of a given 7-11 slightly more while I was in South Lake. Nothing Bundt Cake is a neighbor. McDs kitty corner. I dont like Nothing Bundt Cake. Tried them once at a Bday party and they were underwhelming. Good looking but packed no punch. Glad I didn't pay for them. All of us could live without that company. The cashier here is ridiculously paranoid about selling lottery tickets. I went in to buy some and he refused to sell me any because I didn't have my ID. I have never been ID'd for lottery tickets before, and especially now that I'm way older than the age limit. I went to get my ID and went back to buy the lottery tickets, and the cashier even made me take my facemask off to make sure it was my ID. Come on man. No one is using fake IDs to buy lottery tickets. I could just have gone down the street to safeway and bought it at the machine without needing an ID. This is located at such a busy intersection, I've never tried to stop until last night. It's not exactly easy to get into the parking lot, either. Going inside the building, it's like most any 7-Eleven. Unlike the one in San Ramon I visited days ago, this one actually had Mountain Dew coming from the soda fountain. Yay! I'm a fan. On our way to 7-Eleven one night, I said to my husband, "Wouldn't it be messed up if they closed early? Just because 7-Eleven stores are 24/7 doesn't mean this one in Dublin has to be.." Hehe. If you live in this area you know that late-night options are miminal. So it's a nice change to have some place open in the wee hours of the night for whatever you need / crave. This store is slightly bigger than most others. It has a great selection of beverages lining the back wall. The food options are plentiful. To note, there were no hot dogs or taquitos or anything on the rollers for that matter when we stopped by. I guess it's not worth it until there's more traffic..? The store looks very well-kept and hopefully it will stay that way. read more

Its weird to think that this 7-11 use to be a Carl's Jr. This new store is slightly bigger than most 7-11's has a large selection of convenience food, snacks and beverages. There is a huge wall of coolers with just about every beverage you can think of already chilled and ready for your consumption. The place is clean and is well laid out. I'll definitely be back over the summer to get my fix of slurpees here. read more

The store is well organized and in a good location. However the customer service over the last couple of weeks has been VERY poor. I am a local and have frequented this location a lot recently. The man who handles the register speeds through every single transaction and even handles two customers on each register at once. While I appreciate his sense of urgency in getting everyone in and out, this method lacks any customer service whatsoever and does not feel right. I hope he can do better. read more

Let me start by saying that the customer service here is excellent. As soon as you put your foot inside the store you hear a prominent greeting from everyone working there. Secondly you find the store very well organized and clean. No matter what time it is, you will always find fresh coffee and food. Everyone that works here are super friendly and helpful. I went in on a very hot day when my son was playing baseball and I wanted to get cold drinks for the team. I told the owner why I was there and he helped me get all of the drinks and water into my car and gave me coupons for the boys to come get slurpees after the game. I don't necessarily expect great customer service at a 7 - eleven but I felt they really went above and beyond. Plus we like to support local businesses. This is a good 7-Eleven. The customer service is great and the associates are real nice. The only reason I gave it to stars is because the rodent that runs around. No joke, there is a huge rat in there and it's been there for ever. It runs around all over the place no lie. If you haven't seen it yet you will see it soon every now and then out of the corner are you will see it run across the floor or crawl under a counter. I asked management if they try and get rid of it to which they said they do but they are not doing a good job. Just call an exterminator. First of all, This is my favorite place for coffee and refreshments. Great customer service. Cashiers are super good. I been to this store last week and i bought store brand's cold pressed juice. So i went to cashier to pay for it and he told me that i can get it free by just downloading the 7-11 app where i can load the points thru specific purchases and get eatables for free. I just stopped by this place and bought a Blu E-Cig. I stepped out of the store and I opened the container and the E-Cig fell out of it's packaging. There was no rubber stopper and the blue sticker had been taken. Obviously, someone had opened this and used it already. I walked right back into the store and told the guy there, he said his name is Sadook, that he gave me a used product. He then tells me, "No, you guys always do that. Show me the old one." So this guy is profiling me now? I had to go back outside and dig through the garbage can to get my receipt and my old E-Cig to show him that he in fact sold me a used product. I brought back both the receipt and my old E-Cig and then he still tells me no and that I have to talk to the store manager in the morning. This is a ridiculous thing. I can't believe he wouldn't just give me another one. I even told him that I would buy another one if he stood right in front of me when I opened it. I bought a different one, but they still didn't want to refund me for the initial one that was used. So I will be coming back in the morning and getting a refund. If they don't refund me for selling me used products, I'll file a report with the Office of Attorney General for faulty business practices. I cannot believe the type of customer service I was provided, if you could even call it that. I'll be there in the morning to make sure that I get my refund, otherwise this is fraud. read more
