    Hojicha Tea Latte

Ordered the hojicha tea latte with oat milk. Needless to say I loved it. It was a nice subtle nutty tea flavor with a hint of sesame. Simple but delicious. Service was fast, the inside was clean.

Boba Bliss is one of the best boba spots I've ever been to. I got three drinks to try with my bf since we were in the area visiting. We got the Thai tea, jasmine milk tea, and mango sago. We decided to go with 100% sweet as the baseline for all the drinks. The jasmine milk tea was very good, similar to Molly tea. We also enjoyed the mango sago, I liked the mango smoothie a lot, but there was too much sago for my liking, I'll ask for less next time. The Thai tea was delicious, you can really taste the floral notes, but it was a bit too sweet. I would get half sweet on the green Thai tea. It was very busy, but there were a lot of workers so we got the drinks fast. There is a cashier and a kiosk to order from. It is a bit on the smaller side and has very limited sittings. It is loud so I wouldn't recommend this place as a study spot.

Have been coming here since a long time, and they are always consistent with all their bobas. Always have new seasonal Flavors . This time tried their green tea mango boba with lemon and it was so good refreshing on a hot day.

Wife was craving a beverage from Boba Bliss, and theres nothing i could do but follow the golden rule. Happy wife, happy life. I have been here a couple times from since we were still on the dating stage. First time im leaving a review. It's well deserved. Over the year's its stayed consistent. Service, quality, cleanliness and well worth the price. As usual, great beverages. I don't mind spending the money for it, one of the very few spots that gets them right. Will keep coming for sure, never have had a bad experience here. Keep up the good work!

Putting a star down as the customer service I've the year I think went down. With the launch of their app, I order online and much is convenient and pick up in store. When it's busy inside it's hard to know here to pick up your drink . Right side is for ordering left side is order pick up. Know when you pick up your order, some sales associate will give you straws for your drink and others will not and you got to get it yourself. Example when in today and the people in front of me picked up their drink and the sales person gave them straws. When it came to me she just handed me my drink. If the boba wasn't great, honestly this would be a 2 or 3 star review. Go to drink is the brown sugar latte. Note parking is always packed so just park in the back instead of the front.

Really easy to order ahead online. Around 2-3 tables inside and a bench seating but I'd say it's a more grab and go place. Usually go for the pistachio matcha or pistachio jasmine (both less sweet). Boba is typically always soft and chewy here. Just tried the tiramisu latte today (also less sweet) and would say that might be my new favorite! Great coffee taste and a bit of tiramisu - reminds me of Vietnamese coffee in SoCal.

So delicious! We ordered on the app and it was ready when we arrived. It smelled very floral inside and the service was very kind. Delicious flavors, not too sweet, and I can taste the mango. Would come back and try other drinks

I love Boba Bliss. Why I love Boba Bliss? It's because the quality of their drinks are very consistent. Every time I order the same drink, the chewiness of the Boba and the taste of the drink are pretty much the same. Brown sugar pearl fresh milk is my must order every time I am here. If you are a boba fans, you should definitely give this place a try. You won't regret it.

My son got the Mango Sogo drink and I got the seasonal Pistachio Matcha Bliss drink as I wanted to try. We came in around 2:45pm, the store was packed with people and line out the door. This boba place is popular, I have been to this store many times. Drinks are delicious. I would recommend ordering on the app and then come in and pickup. Otherwise you need to wait a bit. But if you have time to wait, it wouldn't matter. This place is crowded at this time probably because of Thanksgiving week too.

One of our favorite boba places in East Bay. We usually order it to go because the store has limited seating and is usually really busy. You can order through square or DoorDash for pickup if you don't want to wait. My favorites are the manga matcha latte as well as the cold brew milk tea.

Came on a Sunday around 2:30pm, and Boba Bliss was buzzing with people coming and going. Vibes were chill and clean. It's located in a somewhat small plaza, but parking wasn't too hard to find. There's indoor seating, and behind the counter, a whole team was busy crafting drinks. You can order at the counter or use their self-serve kiosk for convenience. The staff were friendly and offered great recommendations on what to try. I went with the Thai Green Milk Tea with oat milk (75% sweet, no toppings) -- super tasty! It reminded me of a regular Thai tea but with a slightly more floral flavor. I don't usually choose oat milk, but it worked perfectly in this drink. 5/5 Overall, a solid boba spot I'd definitely come back to!

Hands down my fav spot in the area!! Parking: never a problem - my go to: strawberry matcha latte or if I am in stretchy pants the creme brûlée latte is heaven . 50% sweet less ice is my go to. My newest pistachio jasmine dream omg yes get it all day - order online if you don't have time to wait because it can get pretty busy at times - they do seasonal drinks so make sure to check those out!!

I met the owner, Nikki, and the drinks are good now, must have been a fluke the last couple times I came. I don't know if the fact that I came at 11:30 AM instead of 4:00 PM makes a difference. It's back to how I remember now though, I'm very happy with it! The place is still nice and clean and the service is fast and the people are nice and friendly!

Boba Bliss Reviews in Other Languages

Ask the Community - Boba Bliss

    Is indoor sitting available?

Yes, they have indoor seating. It can be busy at times, though.

In January I visited boba bliss in Dublin but was told they weren't accepting cash and was confused on why? Does anyone know if they have Gone back to accepting cash again?

Hello yes - cash accepted again at BB, it was limited with cash transactions during pandemic

Hi do you have physical gift cards at the store?

Yes they do and small envelopes provided for each gift card. Minimum amount to purchase a gift card is $15.

Would like to suggest having an option for Soy & Almond milk for those who are allergic to milk & oatmilk? Just a suggestion.

Pre-pandemic they had an almond milk option, but it's not available now due to supply issues. Hopefully there will be the option again.

Can we go inside and order now?

Yes, however, it is easier for everyone to order and pay online. It will result in less wait time for you and presumably less stress on the staff. Just place an order like 10-15 minutes before you plan to arrive. If you prefer to order inside,… Read more

Do they offer vegan milk alternatives in their drinks? Like coconut, almond, cashew, etc?

Yes! They offer an oat milk substitute for most of their drinks (but not all).

Will the strawberry mint lemonade ever come back 😞?

Hi Andy! hopefully it will sometimes but probably wont be til next year!! we have some other refreshing ones coming out so stay tuned :D

Can you purchase by the gallon?

no, biggest serving is a cup. they do not offer bulk in gallons or leaves

What is the top drink or signature drink that I must try at Boba Bliss?

right now i recommend strawberry mint lemonade...

    How we can order online?

Through their website. Click "order online".

Have they listed calories for the drinks?

No, but generally reducing sugar or sweetness will decrease calories, and adding toppings will increase them. Toppings like agar boba and grass jelly tend to be on the lower end than honey boba. Whole milk will be higher in calories than oat milk.… Read more

Do you accept cash right now?

Yes, cash is accepted, except for the $100 bill.

Do you have apparel available for purchase?

They have sweatshirts right now for purchase in-store! You can ask the employees at the front to purchase.

Do they have metal their own metal straw?

Yes. They sale it by the cash register.

    Do they allow reusable cups?

    Yes, absolutely!!!

I think that'd be something I'd try another time. As it was the game of my childhood, I really wanted a Neopet blind box with my weekly treat of a boba. I generally always go for fruit teas, but the tea smell in this shop smelled really strong; I always assume that's the strong smell of black tea...so I felt like a milk tea this time. I ordered the AISHA: Black Milk Tea w/ Pearls, 70% sweetness. Service here was quick and super friendly despite it looking like a one man operation at the time I was there. It seemed like he was the owner as we chatted about the Neopet collaboration and how it's a very nostalgic thing. He said it's all been adults coming in to grab a blind box, no kids yet then. I am not that surprised as I was there purely for the nostalgia too. The straws there are the paper ones, used 2 to try to stab the top open and that was a fail... ended up using a reusable straw I had stashed in my car. I'd suggest stabbing the straw in store first as the straw can crumble a bit after a few attempts of poking it through the top. For the drink itself, I loved that there was a strong tea taste - would get it a little less sweet next time as the boba added a lot of sweetness to me. Boba was a bit overcooked as there wasn't much of a bite to it, but good flavor soaked in it. Final Thoughts: Collabs definitely are the way to go as it peaked my interest of Gong Cha again, been a while since I've gone and I'll definitely be back again to give other drinks a try.

I cannot get enough of it! Order here is very convenient as you can do so via the Snackpass app. They also have the QR code in front to order there and a standing ordering station that you can do so yourself. As for parking, it does get a little crowded at times, especially when people are waiting to get a spot or trying to parallel park along the median area. During the busy hours, the wait is a bit... but it's very worth it to me. The employees don't have much interaction with customers, but it seems that everything is done very efficiently behind the counter with order numbers constantly being called out and such. The shop inside is small with just a few seats to wait, mostly best to wait outside for your number to be called (or the app to notify you that your order is ready). Front is clean and cutely decorated, menu displayed clearly as well. The 2 go to drinks for me here is the Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Mango Passion Smoothie. QQ Noodles and Cubed Pearls are a must have for me as I love the chewy texture (makes me think of mochi cakes from Yi Fang too). The tea is always very smooth and yet present in the drinks. As for the Mango Passion Smoothie, there's a very strong mango flavor without it tasting artificial at all! Everything tastes made with fresh fruits and much care. My friend did order a Bubble Waffle here. Getting it fresh and having some, it was not the most memorable waffle. The flavor is as you'd expect it... but it doesn't fall a bit flat. I think I personally prefer Happy Lemon's bubble waffle. Overall though... I love the drinks here enough to honestly ignore the food. However, you're not going to find a cuter looking store than this in the area, so can't miss it. Ume offers the boba variety and will have the typical snacks that accompanies it. While no major food options, it's quite literally next to a sando place, and other food spots so you don't necessarily have to get a meal meal here. As mentioned before, Ume's play is definitely on the cute angle. I've been to their other locations and it's the same thing basically. This location does have a few seating inside albeit no big tables, and a few seating outside with a bigger table. The decor, from the seating pillow, to the wall design, to the cute mascots on the cups, it's all very coordinated at the very least. Price wise, it's not bad. Compared to Sharetea which is also in this shopping center, it's about comparable, though perhaps slightly cheaper, but not by much. Drink option wise, Sharetea is going to have more options of course, but Ume also has a good variety. Service here is good, just not friendly. You can just order yourself on the screen, but the people who work there really won't want to interact with you other than bringing out the order. They will at least pretend to work out half a smile when they feel like it, but otherwise they'll sort of just be doing their own thing most of the time I've been here. The drinks here are pretty decent. I've mostly gotten the milk teas when I've been here, and all in all, they've been real tasty. The combination of taste from the mixing was well done. The boba here is also quite good. Well made and certainly on par with Sharetea's boba if you need to compare, but slightly different, in a good way. All in all, Ume is a fine option for boba if you're in the area, and don't feel like Sharetea. Their drinks are priced relative to the area's offerings, and drink quality has also been good. However, one thing to note is that if you don't get the large cup, they unfortunately use the mini cups for regular size, which at the price for the upgrade, doesn't really make much sense unless you just want less, which in this case it'll work out. But just know, regular size here are small.
