Came here on a Wednesday afternoon. There were some people waiting for their orders outside. They had a promotion on the sesame drinks. It was BOGO. I didn't like how we had to order both drinks the same. But glad that they let me have one with oatmilk and one regular milk. They asked us for our sugar level but didn't asked for the ice. I visited this TP Tea once about a couple months ago. Ordering was easy as you just use the kiosk which there was two in store. I ordered the Strawberry Milk Tea with boba. There's a bar table by the window with some seats. The wait was about 10 minutes before I received my drink. Not too bad. My drink was a nice strawberry flavor with a good balance of sweetness. This TP Tea is located in a shopping center that's sort of on the outskirts of the more busier areas around Stoneridge in all directions. It's very much on a stretch of road that has quite a bit of traffic flowing through there at all times but most people who are coming here specifically for something wouldn't even give it a second thought. It is just a shopping center right before the Philz Coffee behind it down the road in this direction, so if you're at Philz, you've gone too far. Again, nestled in a somewhat quieter shopping center, albeit, filled with various eating options of its own, so certainly a few things in here that might be of interest to others. This TP Tea is similar to the other locations in which the main ordering system is directly through the kiosk that's to the right wall, while the waiting area is to the left side and perhaps outside for those who prefer outdoorsey wait. They appear to be staffed pretty well, as there were several people working the front area mixing drinks and so-on. Service here was mediocre at best. When we came in, nobody even greeted us, they just sort of stared for a second then went back to making their drinks, but I guess it's fine since all the ordering is done directly through the kiosks, and their menu are displayed on the monitors above the counter. Most of the counter space is just for drink orders, so this is just the employees main objectives most likely. When we came in they were already pretty busy too, with 4-5 people/groups ahead of us. We went out to walk around the area since the aforementioned 4-5 orders ahead of us anyways, so took a nice stroll to check out the shopping center and the next door one as well it's connected to that's slightly more different than this more eating spot center. It's a nice quiet area outside of the one BBQ joint we passed by since there was a game going on. All-in-all, the walk took about 9 minutes to go around and then back at the store. Once we got there though, it seems that our drinks still weren't quite ready, but everybody else ahead were gone so they did at least get through the queue before us. Waited about another minute before our drinks were finally ready. They didn't really say anything when we went to get the drinks, just stared at us, we looked at the receipt ourselves and took the drinks and left. Just a very odd service experience. However, the drinks we got were just fine and as good as any of the other TP Teas I've been to here, though, nice to know this one is here in our part of the East Bay since they're mostly in the South Bay and then certain parts of South SF teetering on Milbrae areas. Overall, a straight forward experience at this TP Tea, albeit, perhaps a bit slower, and service, well, who am I kidding, what service? Came here for a quick drink, parking was a bit tight given there are so many shops within a complex. We found a spot after a few minutes. We entered and saw the kiosks in front. Very much a self service shop while employees there are focused on making drinks. Also not too much seating inside so lots of folks were grab and go. They had advertised an osmanthus tea with ube foam which we were excited about but we found out they were out of ube foam! We ended up going with a taro matcha latte with oat milk ($1 additional). We tried this boba place today. It is located beside a breakfast place called The Press. There are not enough parking in the area during busy time unfortunately. I tried their Mango ice tea with aiyu jelly. 30% sweetness. The sweetness level is very good. But the drink was just ok to me. There are not enough mango taste in my opinion. We also tried 3 of their egg waffles. Original, original chocolate and chocolate chocolate. Unfortunately I really don't think their recipe for the waffles were the best. I somehow can taste bean in their batter. Maybe it's just me. But the chocolate chocolate was floppy and not crispy at all. TP tea has been popping up all over the bay and I'm here for it! I was hoping to try the peach drink series but they were sold out :( it's seasonal and I think it's only during the summer. A few weeks ago I saw an ad at the store for one of their new offers and it was called Sesame Iron Goddess Cube Pearl Milk Tea, and I decided to try it. It was delicious! I typically ask for "no ice" because subjectively I always feel like the ice dilutes the flavor of my drinks a little bit, but this new drink didn't come with any "no ice" option unfortunately, so I had to go with "less ice". The milk tea still carried the delicious Iron Goddess tea flavor very well but at the same time conveyed a strong black sesame nuttiness; I really enjoyed it. To make it even more special, the topping was unique -- it was like regular boba but shaped into cubes. I would get this drink again. Delicious! Just beware that it was super difficult to spot their special menu because they didn't put it on their regular static screen, rather they put it on their rotating screen, so if you're not looking at the right time you probably won't see it. But apparently there were also other new-arrival items such as black sesame fresh milk and black sesame cloud frost. I haven't tried them yet but they sure sound yummy. read more

It's been a while since I've fell in love with a boba spot. There are many boba spots I frequent with drinks that I love, but after my cousin got TP Tea as a housewarming treat... I cannot get enough of it! Order here is very convenient as you can do so via the Snackpass app. They also have the QR code in front to order there and a standing ordering station that you can do so yourself. As for parking, it does get a little crowded at times, especially when people are waiting to get a spot or trying to parallel park along the median area. During the busy hours, the wait is a bit... but it's very worth it to me. The employees don't have much interaction with customers, but it seems that everything is done very efficiently behind the counter with order numbers constantly being called out and such. The shop inside is small with just a few seats to wait, mostly best to wait outside for your number to be called (or the app to notify you that your order is ready). Front is clean and cutely decorated, menu displayed clearly as well. The 2 go to drinks for me here is the Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Mango Passion Smoothie. QQ Noodles and Cubed Pearls are a must have for me as I love the chewy texture (makes me think of mochi cakes from Yi Fang too). The tea is always very smooth and yet present in the drinks. As for the Mango Passion Smoothie, there's a very strong mango flavor without it tasting artificial at all! Everything tastes made with fresh fruits and much care. My friend did order a Bubble Waffle here. Getting it fresh and having some, it was not the most memorable waffle. The flavor is as you'd expect it... but it doesn't fall a bit flat. I think I personally prefer Happy Lemon's bubble waffle. Overall though... I love the drinks here enough to honestly ignore the food. Final Thoughts: This will definitely be my to go place in this area and I'm already craving a stop here already. read more

Whenever I am in the Pleasanton area and craving matcha or milk tea. This is the spot I usually choose. In my opinion they have good matcha here and I always order a matcha drink whenever I go here. I got one of the most popular drink which was TGU Family Milk Tea it comes with pudding, oolong tea, coffee jelly and boba. We also got a Thai Creme Brûlée Tornado and both drinks are so good.
