My first time at this place and found out that this store has been around 10 years. I can't believe I have never been there. I got the popcorn chicken as a snack and it was so juicy and crunchy! There were some descent size of the chicken pieces too. I enjoyed it. The two drinks I got were almond milk boba and oolong milk tea boba, both were delicious. I am craving for the popcorn chicken from this place! I will come back to get popcorn chicken again and try another drink. Service was great and the atmosphere of this store is cute.

Definite positive experience after this milk tea establishment. Quality milk, tea, as well as quality, popcorn, chicken. The only downside over the years is the change of ownership. I understand it's very competitive at this area for milk tea shops. But, I keep coming back, no matter who owns the shop Quality of service: A Quality of food: A+ Price: $- $$

There is only Happy Hour on Monday and Wednesday: have not tried it yet. Service was friendly. Ambiance casual and there are seats. Drinks sometimes can be too sweet, but ordering 50% sweetness can help.

The shop is a bit narrow and congested coming in from the front. You will order from a tablet and see the staff rush frantically to create everyone's order. I decided to order the Honey Rice milk tea with grass jelly topping. I came in thinking I would come in and out with my drink. This expectation was subverted as I waited and saw customers walk in and grab their drink before me over and over. It turns out they were brewing a fresh batch of tea. The irony for a tea shop to run out of tea was interesting to say the least. The drink came out well and tasted refreshing.

Another new boba place we had to try on the way home. The place was warm and inviting, there was lots of seating. We all had our drinks, they were yummy. I had the avocado smoothie with sea salt cream. I like all the customization options, you can change the sweetness level, ice level, the type of milk used, and toppings. Service was pretty fast, we got our drinks pretty quickly.

It's one of the last remaining cheaper boba tea places in the bay area with boba included in the pricing of most drinks, so I can see why people enjoy this place. Still, it's essentially a Quickly, but their tea strength is good. There are a few seats inside and at the time, just a single person running both the cash register and making the drinks. They have some cute trinkets, merchandise, and plushies for purchase at the counter, and free simple board games to play. We got two fruit teas - pineapple and mango strawberry - they were both quite sweet, and even at 30% my drink was too sweet. I thought the fruit flavors tasted more like am ambiguous sweet fruit flavor more than mango or strawberry, and the pineapple tasted more like pineapple candy. Their boba was good; it was soft and bouncy, and almost had a jelly texture. They have a snack menu that consists of mainly fried items with reasonable prices. I wouldn't mind dropping by for the occasional treat, but I'd definitely need to order at basically zero sweetness next time, if I got another fruit tea (I assume there was already a lot of sweetness from the syrups).

The drinks were refreshing. Nice owner. They have a mix of drinks and snacks, I'll have to try some snacks next time! The winter melon flavor in the tea was not strong enough imo, but otherwise nice and cooling to sip on. The okinawa milk tea was pretty tasty. Good chewy boba.

Cute little boba shop! Owner/manager is super nice and friendly, and offers good recommendations when asked. Parking is plentiful right in front. We got a taro milk tea with lychee boba, and a lychee frosty (50% sweetness). Both were yummy delicious and the cups were so cute too! Love it, will come back!

After attending a festival nearby, decided I needed to treat myself to some boba and found QTea through Yelp. The people inside were friendly, and my drink order was made quickly. The boba quality was good, and I really enjoyed the overall drink flavor. Although the store itself is pretty narrow, they do offer indoor seating if you opt to dine-in. And they are located in a fairly sizeable strip mall, so there is plenty of available free parking.

Best neighborhood boba tea bubble tea in the TriValley, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore. Really like their high quality fruit tea and pure tea boba, white peach tea, peach tea mango fruit tea, okinawa tea. I think their fruit tea is one of the best in the Bay area. I usually get the white peach with crystal boba or honey boba. Their boba is always cooked to perfection. The spicy popcorn chicken is a must try - delicious crunchy, choice of dark meat (better taste) or white meat (healthier). The popcorn chicken here is big, spicy and crunchy - I love the texture. I feel other places don't fry it dry and crunchy. I also like the tornado potato salt and pepper. It's a full potato fried. This place is loved by the neighborhood. Lots of love and fan art. They also give out stickers and sell small Boba merch,

Was in the area and decided to try something new that was different from my favorite boba shop, Boba Bliss. Saw the high reviews and decided to stop by. Service was friendly and there was no line when I arrived late Saturday afternoon. Got our drinks without too long of a long wait. Mango Strawberry Tea - I got 25% sweetness and it was pretty standard. Not the best I've had, but still good. Had some strawberry bits at the bottom. On the more pricey side for this drink. White peach oolong milk tea - I got 50% sweetness. I wasn't sure what went wrong here, but there was almost no tea flavor and it tasted very watery. I expected much better especially for more than a $6 drink. Thankfully the boba was good. Soft and chewy.

Great service and yummy teas. I had no issues but I'm sure if I did, the little manager at the front desk would've handled it professionally and in a timely manner

My friends and I love popcorn chicken so as some friends were visiting I wanted to try as many chickens at the same time so I could definitively decide which was the best popcorn chicken. I had my friends time every service place, rate their service, and we discussed the flavor (I swear it was just a fun casual gathering). Cindy always has the greatest service so I wasn't surprise when my friends said the service was above a 10/10. Personally, QTea was already my go to for chicken so I was more surprised by the other places and personally realized I liked the crispiness of other places more. But my friends who have better taste buds than me mentioned how QTea was the juiciest and most authentic to the original Taiwanese popcorn chicken.

Our recent visits have been to return for the avocado smoothie, which is not a common drink offering at Boba places, and popcorn chicken. The avocado smoothie is okay and not the best, however, it will do given none of the nearby places offer this drink. But the real winner is their popcorn chicken which comes with a decently sized-portion and the batter is perfect in amount and flavor. We don't particularly like our food spicy, so we always request for them to not add additional pepper sprinkled on top. That makes it perfect for us. However, if you like your food more spicy, definitely let them know. The only way to do this is if you order directly through a cashier or you somehow get their attention before they finish your order. Otherwise, ordering through the kiosk does not allow you to input any special requests. I cannot get enough of it! Order here is very convenient as you can do so via the Snackpass app. They also have the QR code in front to order there and a standing ordering station that you can do so yourself. As for parking, it does get a little crowded at times, especially when people are waiting to get a spot or trying to parallel park along the median area. During the busy hours, the wait is a bit... but it's very worth it to me. The employees don't have much interaction with customers, but it seems that everything is done very efficiently behind the counter with order numbers constantly being called out and such. The shop inside is small with just a few seats to wait, mostly best to wait outside for your number to be called (or the app to notify you that your order is ready). Front is clean and cutely decorated, menu displayed clearly as well. The 2 go to drinks for me here is the Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Mango Passion Smoothie. QQ Noodles and Cubed Pearls are a must have for me as I love the chewy texture (makes me think of mochi cakes from Yi Fang too). The tea is always very smooth and yet present in the drinks. As for the Mango Passion Smoothie, there's a very strong mango flavor without it tasting artificial at all! Everything tastes made with fresh fruits and much care. My friend did order a Bubble Waffle here. Getting it fresh and having some, it was not the most memorable waffle. The flavor is as you'd expect it... but it doesn't fall a bit flat. I think I personally prefer Happy Lemon's bubble waffle. Overall though... I love the drinks here enough to honestly ignore the food.
