We stopped by after AYCE lunch next door at Happy Lamb Hot Pot because there's always room for boba. My sister used to frequent this place when she lived nearby, and the owner still remembered her after a year of not visiting! I also overheard the owner telling a customer "I remember you usually get fresh milk with that, do you want that today?" We love thoughtful gestures :) Overwhelmed by the selection! They have 2 iPads to order from, and I felt like I kept scrolling. I wish we were hungry for snacks because they had my favorites like popcorn chicken ($10.15) and hurricane tots ($8.75). Sea salt coffee ($7.50): I got this half sweet and it was perfect! Not too salty (my usual gripe for this drink elsewhere) and not overpowered by the milk. I see why it made the top 8! A large size was an extra $1. Rose milk tea ($7.35): My sister's go-to! I normally don't like the perfumey taste of rose milk tea, but it didn't taste like that here. It was light and not too sweet. I saw you can opt for less caffeine which is cool. I will be back to try the roasted oolong milk tea ($7.15) and the food! The owner is so sweet and she was working solo when we came in (making drinks and manning the kitchen).

There were some descent size of the chicken pieces too. I enjoyed it. The two drinks I got were almond milk boba and oolong milk tea boba, both were delicious. I am craving for the popcorn chicken from this place! I will come back to get popcorn chicken again and try another drink. Service was great and the atmosphere of this store is cute.

The biggest issue was how much they charged. Base price was $7.15 which included one topping. Tax and hidden service fee brought it to a whopping $8.10. There are a lot of better options out there at this price.
$8 for syrup/powder based liquid. There's even a 3% surcharge for ordering on the kiosk. I got a 0% sweetness drink and it still tasted like artificial diabetes. Insane how highly rated this is, but I guess this area just doesn't have many options and the people here haven't tried the better brands in Bay Area to be enlightened. I couldn't even finish my drink.

Still, it's essentially a Quickly, but their tea strength is good. There are a few seats inside and at the time, just a single person running both the cash register and making the drinks. They have some cute trinkets, merchandise, and plushies for purchase at the counter, and free simple board games to play. We got two fruit teas - pineapple and mango strawberry - they were both quite sweet, and even at 30% my drink was too sweet. I thought the fruit flavors tasted more like am ambiguous sweet fruit flavor more than mango or strawberry, and the pineapple tasted more like pineapple candy. Their boba was good; it was soft and bouncy, and almost had a jelly texture. They have a snack menu that consists of mainly fried items with reasonable prices. I wouldn't mind dropping by for the occasional treat, but I'd definitely need to order at basically zero sweetness next time, if I got another fruit tea (I assume there was already a lot of sweetness from the syrups).
First time, nice place, friendly staff, well made drinks with rich and full of flavor. Clean and welcoming spot. Definitely recommend.
The shop is a bit narrow and congested coming in from the front. You will order from a tablet and see the staff rush frantically to create everyone's order. I decided to order the Honey Rice milk tea with grass jelly topping. I came in thinking I would come in and out with my drink. This expectation was subverted as I waited and saw customers walk in and grab their drink before me over and over. It turns out they were brewing a fresh batch of tea. The irony for a tea shop to run out of tea was interesting to say the least. The drink came out well and tasted refreshing.
The drinks were refreshing. Nice owner. They have a mix of drinks and snacks, I'll have to try some snacks next time! The winter melon flavor in the tea was not strong enough imo, but otherwise nice and cooling to sip on. The okinawa milk tea was pretty tasty. Good chewy boba.
Another new boba place we had to try on the way home. The place was warm and inviting, there was lots of seating. We all had our drinks, they were yummy. I had the avocado smoothie with sea salt cream. I like all the customization options, you can change the sweetness level, ice level, the type of milk used, and toppings. Service was pretty fast, we got our drinks pretty quickly.
Cute little boba shop! Owner/manager is super nice and friendly, and offers good recommendations when asked. Parking is plentiful right in front. We got a taro milk tea with lychee boba, and a lychee frosty (50% sweetness). Both were yummy delicious and the cups were so cute too! Love it, will come back!
Tasted like sugar water, similar to T4 on Bollinger on a bad day. It could have been a fluke since the other ratings are so high. There was only one relatively young person working (or visible at least) and it seemed like she hated her job. She was sitting at the table on her computer for a couple minutes before coming up to take our order, and didn't really talk at all. I think this was what they call "Gen Z stare" Terrible drinks and service, we all had to throw it away, and we hate wasting food. Multiple drinks in the trash hurts to see. Maybe I'll give it another shot in like a year or more. I got a response from Cindy, not sure if this is a joke lol, must be a copied and pasted response, or she responded to the wrong person. My kids and I have been coming here for over a decade! With so many boba places in the Trivalley area, that really says something! Even when passing through (we don't live in the area anymore), my son said to me: "Do you want to get boba? Let's go to that CUTE place in East Dublin... what is the name?" I was thinking too... it was pretty funny that then it dawned on us! Ummmm...QT!!!! (Yup, Q-Tea is appropriately named!!!) It was the typical Dublin Summer temperature of 100+ degrees, so I got my favorite Q-Tea drink: matcha red bean slushie (50% sweetness). My son tried a new flavor, which he loved: passion fruit slushie (80% sweetness, I think?) with boba. The owner was, and has always been, so friendly and sweet. I always remember her! We love coming here. I've also thrown "boba parties" for my children's birthdays before, so Q-Tea was my go-to place, even when new boba stores opened up who fried their bobas, offered snazzy weird popping flavored bobas, etc. Q-Tea makes classic boba drinks, is always consistently good, and has great customer care because it is run by the owner who is a kind lady. After attending a festival nearby, decided I needed to treat myself to some boba and found QTea through Yelp. The people inside were friendly, and my drink order was made quickly. The boba quality was good, and I really enjoyed the overall drink flavor. Although the store itself is pretty narrow, they do offer indoor seating if you opt to dine-in. And they are located in a fairly sizeable strip mall, so there is plenty of available free parking. read more

Best neighborhood boba tea bubble tea in the TriValley, Dublin, Pleasanton and Livermore. Really like their high quality fruit tea and pure tea boba, white peach tea, peach tea mango fruit tea, okinawa tea. I think their fruit tea is one of the best in the Bay area. I usually get the white peach with crystal boba or honey boba. Their boba is always cooked to perfection. The spicy popcorn chicken is a must try - delicious crunchy, choice of dark meat (better taste) or white meat (healthier). The popcorn chicken here is big, spicy and crunchy - I love the texture. Was in the area and decided to try something new that was different from my favorite boba shop, Boba Bliss. Saw the high reviews and decided to stop by. Service was friendly and there was no line when I arrived late Saturday afternoon. Got our drinks without too long of a long wait. Mango Strawberry Tea - I got 25% sweetness and it was pretty standard. Not the best I've had, but still good. Had some strawberry bits at the bottom. On the more pricey side for this drink. White peach oolong milk tea - I got 50% sweetness. I wasn't sure what went wrong here, but there was almost no tea flavor and it tasted very watery. My friends and I love popcorn chicken so as some friends were visiting I wanted to try as many chickens at the same time so I could definitively decide which was the best popcorn chicken. I had my friends time every service place, rate their service, and we discussed the flavor (I swear it was just a fun casual gathering). Cindy always has the greatest service so I wasn't surprise when my friends said the service was above a 10/10. Personally, QTea was already my go to for chicken so I was more surprised by the other places and personally realized I liked the crispiness of other places more. But my friends who have better taste buds than me mentioned how QTea was the juiciest and most authentic to the original Taiwanese popcorn chicken. read more

Super nice people running it. Cane here Chinese New Year weekend. ! Lots of different choices! My favorite is the jasmine milk tea with boba and agar half sweet. The other favorite is the passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly. We come here almost every time we eat at Mayflower. They make the drinks fast. They have snacks available too. Plenty of parking. Came here today after some errands. This place used to be I-Tea but I guess is now called QTea. The place is similar to I-Tea but I will admit that their drinks are pretty good. Passion fruit green tea is similar to I-Tea's so take that for what you will. However, the Black Tea Oreo smoothie was good. You could taste the tea but you could also taste the Oreo. Good balance and not too sweet. That said, their food was impressive. Most places have basil popcorn chicken, but at QTea, you could order it based on if you want chicken breast meat or chicken thigh meat. I personally prefer chicken thigh and it was seasoned well, fried well, and juicy. Though fair warning, sue to chicken thigh being the part fried, it is a bit more oily. Their menu has a few other snacks, one of which I'll have to try next time, but they have Japanese Egg Tofu. Service was pretty quick. Few minutes waiting for everything in the early weekend afternoon. The place doesn't have the most seating, but there are still a few tables. Noise level wise, it's alright. They apparently have anime on their TV (saw Spy x Family being played), but it wasn't like you could hear it much if at all due to the noise of the milk tea machines. The tea was good but I was very disappointed by the popcorn chicken , as it was the main reason I came here over other boba spots nearby. The chicken itself was decent quality, not dry, & a decent portion. However I thought it had way too much breading , the breading itself was bland. I asked for it to be extra extra spicy, there was a lot of chili powder on the chicken but I literally couldn't taste it. No spice whatsoever & also no salt. So just all around bland. My gf and I love popcorn chicken and we both agreed this is definitely one of the best we ever had. You can choose between thigh or breast meat, we opted for thigh and the chicken was so juicy. The meat was flavorful and it came out piping hot and crispy. Even though we choose spicy for the spice level, it had no heat at all and I ended up adding additional chili powder at the condiment station. We also got the home fries and mozzarella sticks. They make their fries fresh and they told us it would be around 10 minutes which we didn't mind. It's more of a potato wedge than fries but still tasty nonetheless. The mozzarella sticks were yummy too but unfortunately the cheese wasn't melted all the way. I also got a Thai tea, the tea itself was really good but the boba was kind of hard and bland. Friendly service and I'd definitely come back for the popcorn chicken. read more

Swing by for quick snacks around lunch and get a way from my work desk lol. I got brown sugar milk tea boba and medium spicy white meat popcorn chicken. The milk tea is normal but the popcorn chicken was really good, crunchy, juicy and just perfectly cooked. QTea is next to many famous restaurants in the same parking lot. I have tried them a few times while waiting for the table for lunch or dinner. All the drinks I tried were yummy! I have never tried any item on their snacks menu yet! I like to enjoy my drinks at their indoor or outdoor dining areas. It is comfortable and enjoyable. QTea really delivered on a last minute wedding order of 20 boba drinks with almost no hesitation. The staff here were friendly and accommodating with the large order that we had - with many drinks varying in sweetness, ice, etc. They made sure that all the drinks we ordered were correct and repeated them each time, even if it took a bit longer. I later found out that they also use a texting service so you can also text your order to them and they'll begin making it! Plus, they use a non-dairy creamer which is fantastic and lets me continue enjoying my milk teas as I always have been.
