Cute place to hang out if they had more chairs to sit down. I truly believe they could add a little more chairs inside the store. They have enough space. They didn't have a lot of yogurt flavor selections but enough to satisfy my yogurt cravings. I do wish they have more asian flavors like sesame, matcha, taro, ube, durian, guava, or mango flavors. The toppings are a different story. It's definitely worth exploring......so much more than my eyes can handle. I'm a simple girl, so I went for a few of my favorite toppings like nuts, blueberries, and chocolate sprinkles. The Yogurt is pretty good and pricing is somewhat reasonable. That's just a few reason why I would visit again. Customer service & cleanliness is another thing I look for when dining out. Do I feel welcomed? I feel there's really not a whole lot of interaction with today's visit. There was only one guy at the register and the whole time he did not make any eye contact or said a word. It was a little odd, but It's just my observation and it could easily be adjusted and worked on to improve and attract more customers to return. Overall a pleasant experience. I would return again and hopefully next time they will have more flavors to choose from. read more

Cuppa Yo is located in a small strip mall by Kakijen. Nice small store with simple decor and several tables to sit at. Quiet atmosphere. One unisex restroom. My wife got classic flavors. Vanilla Bean and Chocolate. Both were delicious. I went with the swirl of Pineapple Dole Whip & Pomegranate Raspberry Sorbet, extra Pineapple Dole Whip and Blue Cookie Monster. First of all, the Dole Whip always reminds me of Hawaii - Oahu. So good. The Sorbet flavor was tart, sweet, and refreshing. The cookie Monster tasted like cookies and cream which is a favorite of mine. Overall, the flavors were good, but pricey ($5.82) for the amount we got. The place itself is okay for froyo if you are just coming in to grab and go. But the service felt awful. There was no one there when we walked in. When the person working there finally emerged, I asked if they provided sample cups, the man was on the phone and he didn't answer me just shook his head. You can never go wrong with good ol' frozen yogurt and this place was an absolute banger! I haven't been to a frozen yogurt place in a minute and I'm very glad that they still have self serve spots! I tried several different flavors: Pineapple dole- Honestly you can never miss with pineapple dole whip or pineapple flavored soft serve ever. Tart, yet sweet, creamy, yet not icy. Such a delight. Cookies and cream - This flavor was hittin'! Creamy, sweet, chocolatey, the hints of the cookies were all up on my taste buds and I kind of wish I had an ever flowing fountain in my house with nothing but this flavor of soft serve. The flavors of the yogurts are good. The guy working didn't greet or say anything at all until my transaction was complete lol. And my biggest thing was that they use an off brand peanut butter cup. You can tell night and day from it compared to Reese's. It's a chill spot with pinball games and a good amount of seats inside and outside to chill. Very quiet for the most part. read more

Yogurt = 10 Customer service = 0 Man working who I've seen twice now is not a people person or even knows what customer service is. Don't know why he's there at all. He creates an off putting atmosphere, making us not want to sit down inside. He's cheap on giving out spoons to our family of 4. I asked for 3 more spoons. He gave me 1. I asked for 1 more. He gave 1 more. Why can't all 4 of us have a spoon? They're just regular plastic spoons. They are clearly put behind the register so he has to hand them out individually to people instead of getting it ourselves. We're never going back there. When did frozen yogurt become so expensive? I've been wanting to try this place since it opened and was excited to try as it's walking distance from my house. I walked in, and was overpowered by the smell of chemicals. If it it wasn't so hot outside I would have rather eaten my food outside due to the chemical smell alone. They have ok flavor selection and toppings, but the price is wayyyy to much, they also don't have any signs with pricing. For two small cups that weren't can filled we paid close to $20. Sadly, I don't think it's worth the price and won't be back. read more

This used to be our go to place when it came to Frozen Yogurt and it was amazing. Unfortunately they decided to cut away the sample cups due to "price increase". When I asked about it, they pretended to not understand and gave me as the man one for a family of 4 . This is ridiculous, as we are spending over $20 I don't know why for a dessert.... And for a 6 year old to decide on the flavor is a very big challenge and commitment. Unfortunately you lost a long standing customer. We were there on day one of opening :-( read more

They offer multiple flavors from non-diary, low fat, no sugar added, etc. There are about 40+ toppings to add to your cup and it's self service. I just got plain tart with mochi and fruit pebbles toppings - Mochi was my favorite and surprised that it's different flavor based on the colors. Plain tart is a great classic and wasn't too sour. The yogurt is good. Flavors are good. Better than Menchie's and Yogurtland. Tart could stand to be a little more sour in my opinion but still good. The people are very nice. The color changing spoons are so cool! I'm sure I would have went crazy for them and tried to collect and keep every color 15-20 years ago as a child! The mochi topping is amazing. It's so soft - actually, a little too soft in the beginning. My solution was to mix it in to the yogurt so it hardened to the perfect texture. At many other places it starts out at a decent texture but then hardens way too much after a few minutes. The mochi is notably amazing. read more

It's great having another dessert shop open in the Tivoli lot! For a whole 16oz cup filled to the brim to be $6 is not bad! Otherwise they have the price of $0.81 per oz, if you wanted to get less froyo and more toppings. The owner was also very friendly and very helpful! As for the flavors, they were a little limited with 6 or 7 flavors to choose from at the moment. Unfortunately when we went the Dole Whip flavor was empty, with nothing coming out of the spout, but I would've loved to try that flavor! As for the other flavors, they tasted good! We were welcomed in by a friendly gentleman at the cash register who offered sample cups so we can try out some different flavors. FROYO: I sampled the pineapple dole whip (would rate this 10/10! tasted EXACTLY like Disneyland's!), cheesecake (would rate this a 6/10), and cake batter (10/10 sooo good!). Had a medium cup with cake batter, chocolate (super creamy! 9/10!), and original tart (7/10). TOPPINGS: There were plenty of great toppings to choose from. I did notice there were only strawberries for fresh fruit, and I would suggest more fresh fruit options (like blueberries, kiwi, raspberries, mango, etc). What stood out the most was the rainbow mochi, which was so soft & delicious! Each color had different flavors, which I really enjoyed. The cheesecake bites were yummy too. I have to give this place a default four star because they had blue FroYo that was actually delicious. Most of the time blue froyo is somewhat weird sherbet, but this one is more of a cookie monster flavor, which I absolutely love. Very creamy very delicious. Self serve in the topping bar was overall OK. I wouldn't say it was super packed or neat. They did have some Kit Kats in there however they were a little stale still in my opinion. We got three that came out to be close to $20. That is based on weight. Each of them were about 7 to 8 ounces. I like that they have a variety of more sweet creamy flavors instead of fruit. My favorites are definitely the cinnamon roll, which I have never really seen anywhere else as well as cake batter Oreo, and vanilla bean. And of course, the blue fro is my favorite. Parking is easy to find there wasn't really any seats inside maybe a couple if I remember correctly. And then two tables right outside. Service didn't really exist. The guy stood there didn't greet us when we came in and all he said was takeoff when we were wearing the cups so I would say service is probably close to a one or two star. read more

I've been back twice. The 2nd time, they ran out of toppings, particularly the rainbow mochi. It happens. The 3rd time, I found the workers unhelpful - they barely had any rainbow mochi toppings, and their Oreo cookies were stale and not even broken into smaller pieces. Additionally, the worker only handed me one spoon. I had to ask for another - he did see me walking in with my husband. A couple of young teens were hanging out, and 2 of them asked for samples. The worker told them they could only have one sample and he walked away from the register and had the teen tell him which one he wanted to try. On my first visit, the worker who helped me gave me a couple of cups to try and let me pour my samples. Being cheap isn't going to make your business successful. Too early to have crappy service. Such a shame that customer service can change in such a short timeframe. read more

YESSS I'm so happy that there is a new Frozen yogurt spot in the east bay. Stumbled across this place after getting dinner and it did not disappoint!! Most of their flavors are low/non fat which is nice because I'm trying to eat cleaner. They also had no sugar added raspberry that was delicious.
