We go here on Sunday nights sometimes- it near Safeway on the side of the shopping center . Easy parking , a quick in and out. The same kids work there and they are always helpful. Busy- but helpful. A steady flow of people in and out . The yogurt is easy to fill your cup and there's lots to choose from. Mix and match or just one flavor. Like every other Yogurtland. It's overall clean. There are no samples cups btw. You go here and your cup is weighted for how much yogurt and toppings you get. I had a deal on my account and it was easy to apply. I'm only knocking one star off because one of the machines was down and I was looking forward to that flavor. Oh and also I think they actually have expanded a bit and serve a vanilla and chocolate soft serve ice cream. So there's more than yogurt available. read more

Pretty standard business with the self-serve froyo setup. This small spot had about half a dozen metal tables/seats inside and a couple outside. They had a decent selection of flavors to dedicate, mix, or blend to your content. The toppings were well clean and organized, nothing seemed stale. Me and my daughter had the Mango Froyo with fresh fruit toppings. None of the froyo flavors seemed too adventurous, but maybe we came in on an off-day. It doesn't look like they offer any smaller cups than 16oz for children, but hey, just fill it up less, right? The service seemed non-existent outside of turning the tablet around to charge. If we're craving ice cream in the area we may come back, but nothing really stands out here. read more

Went here specifically for the Alphonso Mango flavor. Bought it and tried a spoon in the car. It tasted exactly like peach frozen yogurt. Went back into the store and explained it to the employee. There was a sign in the store for the peach flavor but apparently they "ran out weeks ago." I thought that was odd because not only was the sign still there, but it absolutely didn't taste like Alphonso Mango. The two employees weren't helpful. They simply said they don't know. I had to ask for a refund and after much attitude, the staff member agreed. Totally understand that the store may run out of flavors, etc. but the customer service in such situations really matters.. It's was pretty basic. Nothing amazing or special, I would have gotten ice cream instead for cheaper if I knew it would have been like this. The flavors are odd except the fruit flavors, you can never go wrong with fruit flavors, but cookies and cream was a no go, the new s'mores aren't anything special either unfortunately. The cookies and other dry items should be in a dry section (they are in the cold sections), the cookies I got tasted like it's got freezer bite and tasted gross 1/10. The strawberries weren't juicy 3/10. Overall experience 5/10. I would prefer spending $11 at Menchie's instead to be honest and get better quality everything. And I understand tipping, which I did tip out of courtesy, but with all these issues I would hope the cashier would keep up or change out the products every so hour, so the cookies and other dry items don't get soggy and freezer bite then ask for a tip. 1/10. read more

Follow up from my visit 1/6/2025: I received a message from the owner apologizing about my experience. She also confirmed what I initially thought, no sampling due to it being taken advantage of. It's unfortunate it got to that point. However I completely understand. I wasn't expecting a response but so glad I did. It let's me know they care. The experience I had wasn't going to keep me away from my favorite yogurt place :) I just thought moving forward if I want to try flavors I would just put a dash of each flavor in a cup and there you go. My sample cup. Thank you to the owner for welcoming us back with a $15 gift card. A jester we weren't expecting. We're looking forward to using our gift to enjoy some sample cups of new flavors. Disappointing First -- and Last -- Visit Came here with my family for Father's Day, and I honestly wish we hadn't bothered. From the start, things felt off. The sample cup dispensers on the wall? Completely empty. So, we had to ask the guy behind the counter -- who, frankly, acted like it was a huge inconvenience just to hand us one. Customer service was nonexistent. The young man working (brownish/blonde hair) seemed more interested in making us feel like a burden than welcoming us. I asked for a second sample cup for my daughter and was met with clear annoyance. God forbid we try more than one flavor at an ice cream shop. Worse yet, he didn't wear gloves and handed me the sample cup with his fingers inside it. That's not just gross -- it's unhygienic. Here's a simple fix: turn the stack over and let customers grab their own. It's not rocket science. If your product is just average (and let's be honest, it is), you better make up for it with good service. This kid failed miserably at that. We spent $30 and walked away annoyed. We won't be back -- not because of the ice cream, but because of the attitude. Do better. read more

I came to Yogurtland today on my birthday after receiving a $5 birthday reward via email. I thought it'd be a nice treat to stop in for some frozen yogurt. I carefully selected my yogurt and toppings only filled the cup about halfway and went to the register ready to redeem my reward. That's where things went downhill. I showed the email to the team member at the counter, and she told me that they only accept the reward if it's scanned from the Yogurtland app, not from the email. I wasn't logged into my account at the time, but I went ahead and logged in, only for the scan to still not work. She told me I'd need to call customer service. Frankly, that's not acceptable. It shouldn't fall on the customer, especially on their birthday, to troubleshoot a reward the business sent. This is a system issue on Yogurtland's end, not mine. The team member didn't communicate clearly or make any effort to offer a solution. I had to be the one to ask if a supervisor could help, and only then did she say she could "text her." That wasn't something she thought to do herself, which is disappointing. As someone who manages a business, I train my staff to lead with communication and problem-solving. If something isn't working, you find a way to make it right, especially when the product is already served. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I left feeling really dissatisfied and unvalued as a customer. I won't be returning to this location. read more

before the other day, i hadn't had yogurtland in YEARS. i passed by the shop and had the urge to fill my cup with yogurt and candy! there was a small line in the store and a couple seasonal flavors! pricing is about 40 cents per ounce (which, don't be fooled, can definitely add up if you're a fan of toppings). they also stopped giving out sample cups. my cup was about $6 to $7, and i got a decent number of toppings! fresh strawberry is my go-to, and i tried a couple of the seasonal sorbet flavors (pineapple, mango). yogurtland is solid if you're a fan of frozen yogurt, but i will say, i remember it tasting better when i was younger! read more

TOO Tasty! That's right, the yogurt and ice cream here is too good! The real ice cream is especially good. They have chocolate and vanilla in the real ice cream, and a variety of fruity flavors in the yogurt. It was tempting to cram my little cup right to the brim, but I resisted. It's been several years since we came here, and I see the business has adapted well to the covid crisis. The nice owner helped us with our orders today. During the crisis, they get the yogurt for you, instead of self serve. This worked well. My only gripe is that there are no seats either inside or outside. On a hot spring day, that meant we had to go somewhere else to eat our order. We snuck some tables at Panera's. So overall, a good visit. This place is way too tempting. read more

Yogurt and toppings- very good Cleanliness- very good Staff- always very friendly $cost- affordable Sustainability- terrible I enjoy so much about this restaurant, but I can no longer give good reviews to places that don't make any effort to reduce their waste. There are no recycling or compost bins (per Dublin law), and the reason for this is most likely because neither the bowls nor spoons are compostable or recyclable. Their trash cans are full of plastic lined paper bowls and thick plastic spoons. We used our own reusable spoons when we went today, so that made me feel a little less wasteful. I really wish people would start holding these restaurants to a higher standard. Creating plastic waste everyday should no longer be the norm. I would gladly pay 10 cents more for a bowl that I could compost. Or better yet, put some real bowls and spoons out and let customers choose. The flavors change frequently and some are downright delectable. We love the variety, and self serve takes away any shame as I try to dollop a small amount of each flavor in my bowl. Pumpkin and mango are probably my two favorite so far. It's kind of pricey compared to other treat options, but the taste and texture are just exceptional. The service is typically polite as well. I wish the shop were larger because it feels a little claustrophobic, and it gets noisy when kids are around. The acoustics have me reaching for my earplugs! I try to sit outside when possible. I've always been a fan of frozen desserts but this is definitely the best by far. I'm not really tempted by the toppings because the froyo is so good on its own. I did have the popping strawberry and mango boba last time (because why should my kids have all of the fun?) It was a wonderfully tasty upgrade. 5 stars because of deliciousness! Yogurtland has been a god send during this incredibly unprecedented heatwave in the Bay Area! These past two days have been hotter than imaginable and the only thing I wanted was some ice cold frozen yogurt!! Yogurtland definitely provided. In lieu of covid, Yogurtland has been ensuring that all social-distancing protocols have been followed. Nothing is self-serve anymore and the employees fill the cups with your flavors and put your toppings. They are nothing but friendly and I haven't had any issues with how they pour anything or put on toppings. I just have never been a big fan of all their flavors so I usually just get Dutch chocolate and call it a day. I wish they had more flavors I personally like, but it's okay! I really appreciate Yogurtland being open during these difficult times and doing their best to stop the spread with their strict protocols! read more
