85 degree C (185 degree F) is the founder's belief of the optimal temperature to serve coffee. They are known for adding sea salt whip cream to their coffee. Quality/Quantity - Okay, partly our fault for stopping by so late; at 6pm. Very low stock, low options. So low we did not buy anything today. But if you plan to stay open until 8pm and 9pm, I suggest giving your customers options?!?! Atmosphere - Decent size location. Plenty of mall parking. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm or 9pm. See Yelp or website. Service - N/A. Price - N/A today, as there were not enough options. At least none that we enjoy. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2004, and 2008 in the US. This is a Taiwanese company that has approximately 77+ locations in the U.S. and over 1000 locations worldwide. 2022 - First franchise store, Hawaii. 2023 - Second franchise store, Utah.

I was hoping that the Machicatto Cake would be stronger coffee favor. Line was long yet moved quickly. Ambiance was casual yet nice. Service was quick despite the line was very long. Would come again.

Came here early in the morning to grab some pastries before heading over to the outlets for retail therapy. It's the usual 85 bakery with the same good pastry selection - we grabbed what we wanted and headed back out. Since it was early, there wasn't a line and we were in and out in about 10 mins. It was very quiet in the AM. Maybe it's because of the time of day that we come (we've been to this location a few times before), but the selection of pastries always seem less than other locations. Maybe we're too early and they haven't had a chance to fill all the trays? I settled for a ham/cheese croissant and egg mochi tarts and was happy enough with that.

One of my favorite to-go to Asian bakeries around. They always have some great selections for breads, pastries and cakes. I also love their sea salt ice coffee. This particular location is so conveniently located among other Asian restaurants and 99 Ranch Market Asian supermarket. There are lots of ample parking spaces to find as well. Service is fast and efficient in general.

Came back on a Thursday around 2pm. Lots of ppl and lots of toasts as well. So we got the white chocolate thick toast also some mochi egg tarts and cream buns as well as a sea salt coffee which is free from the app as welcome gift! Tasted the white chocolate toast. It was kinda hard and not much white chocolate like the one I had in LA!! A bit disappointed

Selection was a little sparse for 245pm on a Sunday. Saw employees bringing new plates out to restock but many of their items were running low or sold out. Line moved pretty quickly. Store is clean and presentable. Huge shopping area with lots of restaurants and dessert shops.

Been here numerous times and I can't believe I've never written a Yelp review! Well here it is and my first review of 2025! Located off Fallon Rd/El Charro exit off 580 at the Livermore/Pleasanton border. This has been open for years and they have always been polite and treated us fairly. No complaints! Thanks 85 degrees Bakery! 5 stars for us!

They always offer great service, and I really love their bread and bun selection! But this time we tried their Ube Cream Cake, which is an ube sponge cake, layered with brûlée filling and ube paste, and decorated with whipped cream, white chocolate, and fresh fruit. I really enjoyed the ube paste on the inside. However, I felt like the sponge cake could be lighter, and their brûlée filling didn't seem to be incorporated nicely with the rest of the cake. Also, if they used buttercream instead of whipped cream on the outside, I think that would be much better. But, overall, it was still pretty good. about $41 as of March 2025.

I've been to this place so many times before so this review is a little overdue. I was craving a tasty treat after doing some shopping so here I am. I came in and got a mango custard bun, coconut milk bun, and a Thai tea.the mango custard and coconut bun was solid. The Thai tea was also tasty. It's perfect for those who have a sweet tooth. The service here was decent, nothing too crazy. The restaurant looks like your typical bakery with some tables where you can sit and enjoy your pastries. When you come in, you grab a tray and tongs to pick out which desserts you want. All in all, great dessert spot. Try it out if you like. :)

85°C is one of my favorite bakery cafes! I've never been to this location before but had to check it out since I was in the area. My sister and I got the sundried ravioli, the cinnamon churro, spinach and kale danish, potato croquette, and the coffee butter. It was kind of busy when we went in but once we got in line, we didn't have to wait too long for our turn. Our cashier was friendly and efficient without making us feel rushed. The ambiance was just okay, nothing special but I liked how clean and spacious this location is. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back!

After having lunch, I wanted some coffee, so I came here for their sea salt coffee. By far, this is my favorite iced coffee drink from anywhere. It's an iced espresso topped with a delicious cream cheese foam and sea salt. With my coffee, I also got some sweets. The matcha buns are also one of my favorite. The buns are super soft with a delicious cream filling.

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

Also had picked up a slice of their tiramisu which was okay. There was just something different to the taste/quality. St least there wasn't a piece of plastic in it like last time.
