This was my first time to this particular bakery and my Boyfriend knows how much I love pastries! So as we walked on on this Saturday evening around 6p, I was surprised to see so many pastries left! We went in to get a snack before dinner and ACCIDENTALLY came out with a BAG OF PASTRIES! Bahahaha I loved their vegetarian Croquette, as well that giant deep fried pecan croissant! Oh and the cranberry cream scone was creamy and not too sweet with so much flavor! The Everything Croissant was sooo flavorful and the pizza was so soft with the bread and the mayo "sauce" made it creamy and delicious! I have been a Tous Les Jours fan for years, since they first opened the Dublin location. This Livermore location is bigger and more spacious. In terms of variety, I am not sure if it offers more than the Dublin one. The one thing I am sure of is that any time I am in a pinch, I can get a cake or pastries from here. I did not even know there was a new TLJ location that opened up near the LM outlets until I came home to a box of pastries on the kitchen counter. Guava pastry, Apple Turnover, Caramelized Egg Tart, Salted Butter Bread. WHAT?! It wasn't even my birthday. All my favorites as if my family didn't know me better. I cut a piece of everything and tried it all. All nicely baked. Flavors were balanced, not overly sweet. Egg tart had more of a flan texture with a pastry crust vs. a cookie crust. Family ordered matcha drinks too that they seemed to like having none left to even sip. Will definitely need to go back on my own and try other items. Went to their Grand opening today! It's a great location across the outlet! There were many staffs there. And very helpful. Food is good as usual. Loved the tiramisu latte! There's a small area to sit and enjoy your pastry and drink! Inside is a bit warm. And reception is slow around that area. We chatted with the owner and he was very friendly and kind!! There's a promotion for this weekend ! First 50 customers can get a tumbler which is worth $18!! It's a great tumbler. Also spending $20 can get you an umbrella and $30 a tote bag! read more

We visited the new Tous Les Jours across the street from the Livermore Outlets. We are familiar with this chain from their West Dublin and Santa Clara locations already, and Livermore is certainly up to par. Parking is easy and ordering is quick. We ordered the Strawberry Cloud Cake this time and it was delish. The whipped cream was very light and creamy, and the cake very moist and soft. Will certainly keep coming back! read more

My mom had been to this establishment (and similar businesses before) and shared that she's had her pastries warmed before. Another cashier overheard and said they would warm the pastries. I enjoyed getting their baked goods and sandwiches at the Vegas location. While shopping in the area, we came across the Tous Le Jours and decided to stop by. It's located at the Shops at Livermore shopping mall across from the Outlets. This location is noticeably smaller than the Vegas store. As for the selections, it does appear to have the similar selections but probably less on display. We did see the ube bread and chestnut bread that we got on the shelves in front of the dining area. The dining area was small with about six tables and they were all full. We decided to try something different and got the taro buttercream bread. The loaf was sliced half way and they put the ube buttercream in between every other slice. The purplish bread was soft and the buttercream was not overly sweet. It was delicious and I would get it again. Friendly service and they had a tray of chestnut bread samples too. Delicious baked goods. This location caters more to taking out versus dining in. 4.5 stars since it has a small dining area. read more

I stopped by to recharge after an outlet trip and was pleasantly surprised by how clean this place was. The aesthetics reminded me of Paris Baguette. It's a self-serve bakery, and since I was alone, I didn't grab many pastries, but next time I'll take more to go. I got an esquite bread (yes, you read that right... esquite on a pastry!), two warm pastries, and a fruit tart. All of that came to about $15, which wasn't bad. Every pastry I tried was really good. They also offered samples of a sponge mochi cake, and it was absolutely amazing. Still regretting not getting the tiramisu latte, so I'll definitely be back for that when I'm in the area. read more

I didn't even know it was here until I went to the outlets for some holiday shopping. Came by in the morning because I was craving yummy pastries and good coffee. I usually go to the Livermore location but this is much closer and I came in hoping the Pleasanton location is just as good. Well guess what? It was even better. The iced tiramisu latte was excellent! I got it with oatmilk it is smooth and tasty. They have a huge space and upon entering you are hit with the aroma of baked goods. I was surprised to see an oven which I had to grab a pastry dog because it was hot and I haven't tried this item. Reminds me of those ones you get at a Chinese bakery. I also got one of their chocolate croissants because they're perfect. I couldn't dine in this time since I had to work but would love to as their seating area looks nice with plush seating. Easy access to freeways too. As soon as I walked in, it was spacious with high ceilings and lots of tables and chairs inside. Countertops were very clean, modern, and organized. If you want a piece or slice of fresh cake, it's still just as good and much cheaper than a Paris Baguette bakery & cafe location. I like the variety of pastries and breads here. You can buy a hot pastry too. Beverage menu is generous. Staffs here are very friendly and welcoming. This is a very peaceful Tous Les Jours spot worth coming to. Enjoy good fresh breads and have a great meet up or chat inside during your breaks. Baguette was very fresh and soft to my tastebuds. Pizza baguette bread was not cheap, but decent for lunch. High calories. Sweet milk bread or cream buns in bulk sizes are always my favorites. Cakes are always colorful and gorgeous to look at. Tastes great, especially with wide varieties to choose from. I also ate a fresh jalapenos croissant. It was fluffy soft and light in texture. Absolutely love all the croissants here. Cute spot for photos too. Each location is different in ways. I do feel they have good breads & pastries at this specific location. Try a bit of something from each aisle. It's not too heavy at all. Light and fluffy freshness matters. I'll be back next time. Like a lot of other Asian bakeries, it is self-serve style for the breads and pastries - the employees will help you with the cakes and drinks. I have been to many of their locations on multiple occasions with others, but I never had gotten anything. I finally opted to get a few items - I tried their Blueberry Cream Cheese Bread, Cloud Bagel, and Milk Pillow Bread. The blueberry bread was not bad, but not as sweet and I am used to a similar style of blueberry bread at other Asian bakeries. The bagel was eh - very dry and has a sour aftertaste to it. Walking into the well lit, airy and welcoming space was a breath of fresh air. I loved the soft jazz music playing in the background. The new location across from the San Francisco outlets did not disappoint! The French-Asian cakes and pastries were all beautiful and artistically displayed. I could not wait to try them on future visits! This Outlet also had freshly prepared sandwiches neatly showcased in a separate refrigerated display. I love their handcrafted coffee and teas as well as their artigianal milk tea options. The service was exceptional, bringing my hot Assam milk tea to my table, then coming back to check if I needed a sleeve for the hot cup! The egg salad sandwich was fresh, on delightful bread, and carefully wrapped. Ample indoor and outdoor seating with a small 4-seater semi-private corner available.
