I normally go to the one in Dublin which is always pleasant and nice. Not too sure about this location in Pleasanton. The bread displays are froggy. I couldn't see through from the outside. Cleanliness is not up to the Dublin location. I ordered the hot chocolate. It's extremely hot and tastes like water.

Had a snack here with several of my coworkers on a Monday just before noon time. It was nice being able to use the private room for our group (not reservable in advance and the policy 2 hours max, not sure if it's enforced). But getting internet access was ridiculous, nearly impossible, even after workers confirmed the password multiple times and we informed them that none of our laptops nor phones were able to connect. Eventually, they gave us a different password for an alternate connection that worked (typically not meant for guests), but it wasn't very good, shoddy and slow. Needless to say, we didn't stay long. Besides the cute cakes with colorful and creative designs in the display case at the front counter, the selection for pastries and beverages wasn't impressive to me. Overall, I didn't find the options to be that appealing, and a number of items were out of stock. Ended up getting a pepperoni pizzetta and chocolate chip muffin, which tasted fine eaten at room temperature, but nothing about it had me wanting to return here, especially considering the terrible or nonexistent wifi causing an inconvenience if you're hoping to get work done on site.

4 for the Matcha which I only got a few sips of before I spilled it all over the car floors board when backing up and forgetting it was sitting on my console. I was headed to LA on a long road trip with no sleep and needed it, but oh well. It tasted good for a minute lol. The pastries looks very sugary and too dry for my taste. I'm a moist less sugar type. They made the matcha without sugar and only honey and it was still sweet. I think they like sugar at this spot ;) Very clean, great service, tons of sugar options! Easy parking. Not crowded on a Sat at opening.

Loved the app. There are also coupons. Food was delicious. The caramel latte tasted good. The checkout was fast and accurate. There were often coupons via the app too. Ambiance was nice, bright, comfotable seating area.

I order a birthday cake which was a blueberry yogurt cake that was delicious! The ordering process was quick and easy; they also were able to write on the cake with decorative flower! This was the Pleasanton location.

While I was in the area, I ran across this cute bakery shop. I got the chocolate croissant. I toasted them when I got home. It made them crunchy, warm, and flaky. The service was your typical service.

Love all the pastries from Paris baguette! Always fresh and a great variety to select from. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT order any type of espresso/latte drink. No matter how many extra shots you pay for, I think water has more flavor. The older gentleman at the register is pretty grumpy and don't you dare ask for things to be bagged separately for your co-workers. Not sure if he is the owner or manager, but I try to avoid him and stick to just paying for my items. Everyone else working is top notch and friendly except for this guy.

Literally THE best Paris Baguette location I've tried this far. And I've tried quite a few on different states. Came around 10AM on a weekday, found parking right up front. Walked in. Trays are to the left. But first sanitize your hands. Then grab wax paper, place it onto your tray grab the tray and a set of tongs. Browse the pasties and pick what you want by using tongs and placing it onto your tray. I go for the ham and cheese croissant and the bacon and cheese pastry. Grab a hot or iced beverage. I wanted to try the Dubai hot chocolate but they were out of it. Shocker! So I got a matcha latte and it came out PIPING HOT, which I prefer as it allows it time to cool to my preferred temperature rather than being served like warm. Service was perfect, fresh pastries were being put out as I browsed. Ambiance was pretty chill as there was only 1 other customer there at that time. Clean establishment.

Ooh I was sleeping on this place!! Sometimes during my work from home days, I'll get some caffeine and breakfast delivered. I was getting tired of the same old breakfast options at starbucks, peet's, philz, etc. and was sooo happy to see this place has a wide selection of drinks bc of course their food selection is is much greater then the places I just listed. I saw the prosciutto, fig, and goat cheese pizzeta and was sold!! i love that combination. It's like a charcuterie board combo. It tasted exactly as i expected and I will absolutely be ordering it again. I also tried the pumpkin pie custard tart. It was very good and not too sweet. I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing, so I could enjoy the other half for dessert that evening as I originally intended. I did knock off a star because I wasn't a fan of the vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It lacked coffee flavor and tasted like watered down coffee.

I've been to the Dublin location and was surprised to see in my town. There's spacious seating and an assortment of pastries: smoked sausage bread, vegan elderberry muffins, decadent chocolate brownies, pepperoni pizzetta, a variety of cake slices, NY style cheesecake, sandwiches, and cookies. I ordered a decadent chocolate chip cookie chock full of chocolate chips. The cookie was crisp, chewy and oh so delicious.

We have been visiting this location for a couple of years every six weeks or so. I appreciate the beauty of their pastries. This blueberry chiffon tasted like a blueberry muffin. I love their raisin bread and frequently take a loaf home. The staff is lukewarm and the bathrooms are often poorly maintained which explains my stars.

If you know, you know. The pastries here are absolutely worth the detour--and honestly, wherever I see a Paris Baguette, I do pull over. That includes locations I've visited in Northern California, North Brunswick, New Jersey, Atlanta, Georgia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and even the one here in Charlotte down in Pineville. It's a bit of a drive for me, but when I'm in that area, I always make a point to stop in and pick up a couple of their delicious croissant-donut pastries and marzipan or almond croissants. That's the beauty of this bakery--it's a chain, yes, but the consistency is what keeps me coming back. I have yet to be disappointed. Of course, I had to stop at this Hilton Head location--and I didn't come empty-handed. Food connects people, and bringing pastries to your host is always a winning move. I picked up three different varieties of their famous croissant-donut style pastries (similar to the well-known cronut): * Chocolate * Tiramisu * Mango And I added two large almond croissants that were beautifully filled, flaky, and indulgent. Everything looked fresh, full, and irresistible. The setup inside is easy and efficient. It's self-serve: you grab a tray, line it with parchment, use the tongs, and select whatever catches your eye--from baguettes to cakes to coffee drinks. Checkout was quick, Apple Pay was accepted, and the whole experience felt smooth and well organized. The space was clean, friendly, and inviting, with plenty of outdoor seating. Bottom line: Whenever you see a Paris Baguette on your radar, pull over. It's dependable, delicious, and perfect for picking up pastries to share--or to treat yourself. For me, it's one of those rare places that delivers the same quality every single time, no matter the city--and that kind of consistency is something I truly appreciate as a traveler and lifelong foodie.

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!

When that happens, I have to give them kudos because at some places, the changes are so subtle they're almost meaningless. The drinks were OK, and they did the job on a a cold and rainy morning. With that being said, it may just have been the couple of choices we had for food. The ube filled baked good was not very good, but I say that as an ube fiend. I have ube a lot, including back in the motherland. It was more like taro than ube, when it came to taste. As for the quantity, there wasn't a lot of it either.
