This is my first time coming to this location. I just so happen to be in the area and decided to try it. What I did notice is not one person graded anyone that walked in including myself. Now is easy as I can blame it on the fact that it was busy. I've been to busier Starbucks and at least a greeting once someone walks in the door is given. Just my observation and I actually happen to have a few minutes while my order was being prepared to sit and observe this. A lady that walked in after me stood right at the counter someone walked up to her didn't acknowledge her, and then, as my drink was ready, they called my name,. Then after that, the lady was acknowledged, and all she wanted was some ice for her water. I will say this, the accuracy of the drinks made was on point but not one person greeted anyone as they walked through the door. There was more of a customer service vibe with us patrons with each other at this location. Just my observation and it threw me off, cause I've never experienced that happening at any Starbucks locations. Just a little feedback orders were on point, but let's greet the customers. read more

Your typical Starbucks. They have everything I need. We live off there breakfast when we visit my mother in law. Everyday we pick up something different. I love their breakfast sandwiches. My favorite is the one with Gouda and Bacon on it. I tried their maple chicken sandwich and it's not my favorite to eat, but I love the smell of the maple syrup. I also love their quick breads. My favorite is the lemon loaf with that glaze on top. I also love their holiday gingerbread. My mother in law loves the oatmeal with sugar. We save her fruit packets for later, when we make oatmeal at home. My husband likes their plain bagel with plain cream cheese. He gets the bagel toasted so the cream cheese spreads smoothly since the bagel is warm. read more

Stopped coming here for a couple months but decided to give them another try while i was picking stuff up in the same plaza. Simple order - Grande oatmilk matcha latte with light ice. My friend met me back at my car with the drink. Driving away, I noticed the cup is 3/4 filled with ice, and it was the worst matcha drink I've ever had finished in three straw swigs. I'm not exaggerating. That's how little of the actual beverage there was. Also, the brunette manager working today (Fri 1/3 in the afternoon) needs to work on her customer service. Every time I've seen her, she helps nobody. No customers or the staff. Just walks around chatting randomness to her team and literally acts like customers are invisible. It was a funny coincidence, bc my friend specifically noticed this today and told me she was standing there for a few minutes just waiting for a straw and that lady was purposefully not helping or even making eye contact and just walking behind the counter in circles. This is a wonderful location to just relax & get your favorite Starbucks seasonal drink. Service is awesome, attentive & professional. On this particular visit I got a regular drip coffee with 3 pumps of peppermint syrup. Despite its simplicity it was all I needed to give me a boost of caffeine during the early afternoon. The only disturbing factor towards this visit was this "pregnant woman & her school aged daughter" asking for money not only once, but twice within an hour of me sitting down. She even asked the manager for something. I wish she would put her energies into looking for a local food bank instead of soliciting customers. This Starbucks is convenient in two ways: 1. It's near one of my workplaces. 2. It's near my bff's home where we do end up picking up some Starbucks sometimes on our way there. Now I've been here on more occasions than I want to admit (probably not more than my boba habit). But this recent trip kind of left me with a bad taste in my mouth though the drink was quite delicious. I ordered my drink on the app as I know it's generally busy here and I wanted to make sure I get my drink in a timely basis and not have to wait inside for too long as I don't want to smell like a coffee shop. Well...surprise surprise, I ended up smelling like a coffee shop. I was a tiny bit early before my "scheduled time for pick up." So I didn't mind, I just patiently waited standing on the side as I saw the workers do their thing. But upon observation, it felt like folks were moving a bit slower than usual. There wasn't a line when I came in. Only one person was ordering. There was one person at the register and one person who was making all the orders but there were like 2 other staff members as well who I'm not sure what they were supposed to do. At some point I saw my watch and it was now past the time of order. Then suddenly one of the people picked up a cup and the other person who was making all the drinks said "oh I forgot about that one..." Then I saw what was in it and I was quite sure it was my drink. Then they proceeded to dump out what was in the cup and again started going through the very slow motions of making my drink. Eventually they made my drink and I approached the counter as they placed it down and said my name and of course I said thanks as I appreciate everyone's work. It was probably the most delicious venti cup of my brown sugar oatmilk shakened espresso with sweet cold foam topping....so I can't complain too much, but it was almost 5-7 minutes over the time that was specified on the app. Also during the time I was there, the line started to grow 5 people deep and yet no one was attending to them which finally after a couple minutes someone came to the register though again there were a couple folks right behind it that could've said something like, please wait we'll be right with you or something? I guess I'm not privy to what standards of service Starbucks has or if everyone has a designated role and what that means. Now the place was pretty busy in terms of people sitting inside and there seemed to be a steady stream of drinks being made, but it just left me in a pretty poopy state considering my drink was left on the side being unattended and "forgotten" as other drinks came and went. I guess I could've asked for my drink, but I figured I'd just wait. Maybe it's just my fault for not telling them I was here but they did see me just standing there too...we're all at fault. I'm sure we'll still come to this place and just gamble on if we'll pick up right away or do another waiting game. read more

Happened to be the spot where I'd be meeting a good old friend for a couple of hours. I was driving from South bay and he started from Tracy and we kind of agreed upon to meet in this Dublin Starbucks location. Got in and it seemed to be a pretty busy spot as it took a bit to find parking even though there looked to be a big parking lot right next to it. Once parked and settled in we hopped in and placed our orders. Must say that the place is pretty pet friendly as my friend had his dog with him all this while with him. Got in our orders and were conveniently able to grab a corner table with some sunlight trickling in as well. Seemed to be busy in the beginning though eventually it became a quick order pickup for most the customers that came in. Can definitely use the place to work as there are ample spots available inside though it gets to see a lot of traffic and it might work better if you plan your visit accordingly. Overall a 5 on 5 and would definitely love to go back as time and plans permit :) read more

I also ordered a small pikes peak roast coffee that they can easily dispense but for whatever reason it took much longer to receive, it's a drip coffee for god sake nothing fancy! there was this weird guy there that was unhappy with his coffee , so he brought it back to the bar and asked for a remake of his coffee! I went back several times to see if they had dispensed the hot pikes peak cup of coffee that I ordered, and they had the audacity to serve me the cup that the weird guy sipped out of! having been in the coffee business at one point, I know it's hectic but jeez there is no quality control here! How could something as small as that be overlooked even with covid restrictions being lifted? There was also a younger male employee there that was asking if everyone was accommodated in their orders, but really didn't know what was going on, almost like a deer in the headlights! Yes I know it was busy once again, but observation is everything! Spilling the cream onto the counter from pouring it into the side cup, just felt a little too sloppy for me, and for the upscale town of Dublin! I've walked here when I had to drop my car off at the Toyota mechanic shop near Hacienda Crossings. I've sat outside on the patio in the shade and inside at a little cafe table where there was an outlet as I've brought my laptop and notebook with me. The interior is spacious in terms of walking space. I've only been when there weren't that many people (as in no lines were ever formed to order). Its a quieter traffic wise spot in my opinion and I think most customers who go here order via mobile and drop in to pick up at the counter. The baristas here were also chill. read more

Today is a lovely Sunday Morning so some of my usual iced green tea in my reusable Starbucks double walled cup (which I love) and their Classic Oatmeal. It has a been a leisurely few hours just reading my magazines and enjoying this store's outdoor seating today. The flow of customers has been steady and everyone seems in a relaxed, pleasant mood. The weather is sunny and perfect temp. I have really noticed how everyone is so nice to each other, holding doors, taking to strangers wearing our local sports team jerseys about today's games. The restrooms are gender specific, which is find as they also each have two stalls. So room for more people than single units. Seating inside and out is plentiful. Many power outlets for computers and phones. Good open space for customers as more are ordering to go. read more

Stopped here this morning to grab something as I was running some errands in the area. There was plenty of parking available and only a few customers inside. I read their capacity sign, due to Covid-19 and proceeded to walk-in. I was greeted warmly by a Barista as I walked-up to place my order. I ordered an iced mocha and a lemon loaf. Service was quick and the staff handled the mini-rush that coincided with me waiting for my order with ease. The staff were friendly and polite to everyone who entered. My drink was made properly and the lemon loaf was solid per usual and I was gone in a few minutes. I like the service better at this location compared to some of the other ones that are nearby. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. While parking could be challenging at times, the staff is super friendly here. I've visited all the other local Starbucks and this one is the most friendly, professional, and fast from my experiences. There are plenty of seats both indoors and out. The way they make their drinks is very consistent. I get the same flavor every time I order something. I'm going to start this review off on a positive note: I appreciate how friendly the staff is. They have a good attitude every visit. The reason why they are getting a 2 star review is because of the lack of consistency in their drinks. I've been ordering a brown sugar shaken espresso since they've come out and every single time I come to this location, they've made this drink incorrect. A venti size has 4 shots of espresso and this is what my coffee looked like after I even asked for a added shot. There's no possible way there are 5 shots of espresso in this drink with how light it is. To the managers at this location, give praise for your staffs customer service but please please please chat with them about consistency. It sucks that I'm gonna have to go to another location to get the drink that I ordered. read more

My friends and I stopped here for a drink recently. Finally they have their outside tables set up so we could sit awhile. The cashier who took my order seemed new and did not process my order correctly. I asked for a soy chai latte and actually got a coffee latte. The barista making drinks was happy to make me a new drink. Also, I wanted to pay with Star points and then the rest on my saved card in the app. He processed it incorrectly then said he could not undo it. This new SB is located in the Persimmon strip mall on Dublin Blvd, opposite Urban Plates. We normally frequent the SB in Diablo Plaza in San Ramon, but we spotted this new SB on the way home from Koi Palace. The day was getting hot so we were looking for a Grande Cold Brew! Its a pretty large SB - plenty of seating inside and out, plus good diversity in seats: bar stools, tables, couches, even leather stools! They use Google wifi, so like the new San Ramon location, internet should be super fast. read more
