I've only been here once so I can't speak on their consistency but whoever was working there that day made my strawberry surf rider perfectly. The taste and texture were spot on! That's my go-to drink at Jamba Juice and I've had it at many different locations, but it always ends up a little off - whether it's bland, too icy or overly sweet. Only minor issue with the service for me was that the staff taking my order could not hear me at all when I was saying my phone number for rewards. I had to repeat parts of my number three times until he finally took off his AirPods so he could properly hear me. This location isn't the best to sit and enjoy your drink in since they don't have seating, but that didn't bother me since I was having it to-go. read more

This location of Jamba is located in Portola Village Center. This plaza seems like it is semi-busy, but there was plenty of parking when I stopped by in the evening. I ordered online, so my order was ready by the time I arrived. Good service, one of the employees greeted me and helped me quickly. I ordered my favorite and go to drink from here - their Strawberries Wild. It has a juice blend of apples, pears, strawberries; bananas; strawberries; and fat free vanilla frozen yogurt in it. My drink tasted good for the most part, but it had this strange aftertaste to it that I am not sure what it is (never tasted this all the other times I got this drink, but it is very subtle). BEST Staff and Customer Service!!!!!! Walking in, the staff already were super welcoming and everyone that seemed to come in, they would strike up a nice conversation or at least knew them and said hi! The staff were still super fast at preparing the food and having the smoothies out on time. I think my smoothie was ready in no more than a couple minutes even though people kept coming in and online orders kept popping up. Fantastic day, thanks to the amazing staff at this Jamba! WOW! despite not having my Match Blast the staff Ali offered excellent suggestions and made the modifications I wanted. I never drink a large but he and a young lady named Mariah made it so yummy I happily sipped my drink in less than 15 minutes & It was so good I enjoyed it all! This Jamba Juice is my go-to after class, the drinks aren't bad at all, though sometimes the drinks can take days to finish. I really like the one in Dublin because they are used to a fast paced flow of customers, so your drink is out at the drop of a hat, but here? Meh. I always order the same thing at every Jamba Juice (the most unhealthiest secret menu item) FRUITY ROCKS. Tastes exactly like fruit pebbles if you've never tried it before. Tastes a little... different here? I'm not sure what they do differently here and at Dublin, but I prefer the taste and consistency of the one in Dublin. Not a bad spot though, it's close to other foods (Panda, Subway, Philly cheese steaks) and is extremely satisfying on hot days. Service isn't bad, but nothing memorable or extraordinary. My daughter loves Jamba Juice or as she calls it "JJ". Every now and then after a soccer game or practice or after martial arts training we take her here. The service is always super friendly here and they're really cool about the times we come in after martial arts and there's only 5-10 minutes until closing. My mom and I became fans of the Tropical Warrior Smoothie after getting it for free when Warriors won the championship, so we wanted it again! It's not a regular menu item currently but after talking to the nice staff, we realized that it's basically Mango-A-Go-Go but with real pineapples as opposed to pineapple sherbet. This is a huge plus because the TWS is less sugary and non-dairy. We were happy to get our TWS even though it's not on the menu. One of the staff said they're able to continue making them for us as long as we tell them what we want! Yay :) I would recommend asking them to blend it less so that there are mango chunks at the bottom. read more

I haven't had a Jamba Juice in probably 10 years when I used to go all the time in high school. I remember them being a lot better, too. Their prices aren't cheap either! The drinks aren't bad, but they've got a severe problem with customer relations (at least for me) with regard to the gift cards. I bought some 20 dollar cards at Costco, and wanted them broken down to 5 dollar cards to give to my teaching assistants, and as awards for students who did exceptional work. You'd think Jamba would want teachers giving away their gift cards, wouldn't you? And you'd think they'd want to support educators who were spending their own money to buy their students presents. But nope- they won't break them down. So now I buy Peet's- because Peet's will give you 4 five dollar cards for a 20 dollar card. No more Jamba for me, or my teaching assistants. I spend at least 200 a year on gift certificates (and I'm sure I'm not the only one) and that money is now going to Peet's. read more

Come to this Jamba Juice sometimes in the morning before school. I have a severe allergy issue with dairy, and this location always puts it into the computer when I order the Fresh Banana Oatmeal, no brown sugar (has dairy in it). Sometimes the oatmeal is made a little smaller here than other Jamba Juice locations, but they are always careful when dealing with allergen issues, which is one of the most important things to me. My strawberry surf rider tasted amazing and my brother got the white gummy bear from the secret menu -- he finished his just like that, so I'm guessing it was probably just as amazing as mine, if not more so.
