My boyfriend and I went in 10 mins before closing on a weeknight to satisfy one of my pregnancy cravings and the 2 girls working were so nice! I hate to be the customer who comes in at the last minute because I'm sure by closing the girls are very ready to leave. However they were still extremely friendly and didn't rush us or our order. I just can't justify spending $4-$5 on a smoothie-something I can make at home for a fraction of the cost. But...this location is close by and the employees are very friendly. So once in a while I'll treat myself. Minus one star because I vividly remember once in high school, my friend told me to try the wheat grass shot. Within 20 minutes I threw up, in the Jamba Juice bathroom too. It didn't taste all that bad. I just think it was a bad batch of grass. read more

I come here because you can't ever go wrong with Jamba Juice, but if it weren't for convenience on my way to work, I would go to the other Jamba across town by Safeway. Literally every time when I have come in here this past year, I am the one that has to greet the employees vs them greeting me as a customer. And when I say "hello" they just stare at me and say nothing until I tell them my order. It's all different employees as well. Customer service is not this location's forte. read more

I don't know how else to recognize this person, so here's the best I could come up with. I visit this Jamba irregularly, but frequently. Almost every single time, I'm rung up by a young lady, I think her name is Marina? I can't remember right now, I've been ill for two days and it's made me delirious. Anyways, she knows my order and my name, and we usually chat politely and she sends me on my way once business is done. Today, she must have noticed I wasn't feeling well (or something, I don't know, maybe it was busy and I didn't notice in my delirium?) because she recited my usual order (large PB chocolate love with two boosters), we settled up the financial bit almost wordlessly, and I spent very little energy on the interaction. My husband and I were in the mood for a refreshing Jamba the other night but when we got to the smoothie bar the girls working at the time said they were closed. We were left disappointed and confused when the store hours posted on the door clearly stated that they close at 9pm Monday through Friday. I went to this location at 8:30 PM, 30 min before closing time, I asked for a med size Orange Juice, but they didn't sell it to me because according to the girl behind the register the machine was already washed. No apologies or any other kind of explanation, just a "sorry the machine is already washed. I have been in the food industry for long time and as a manager guess satisfaction is a priority to me, and it should be to any successful business. I had to order something different, a energy bowl, which I got it in a small cup making it really hard to eat and with substitutions because they didn't have all the ingredients that comes with it. I know the employees were just trying to leave because they locked the door five minutes before 9 PM. Some customers got there before closing time and they couldn't get in but doors were already closed. read more

Very clean and cozy location with a fast staff. The girl who made my drink, Kaylee, was especially helpful. I have never had such a perfectly blended Strawberry Whirl. I just left Jamba Juice, and honestly it made my day. The employee who received me, Lucas, made sure that I was perfectly satisfied with my smoothie. I have never had a better smoothie in my life. It was perfect. Even my daughter told me i was being a little too extreme on how picky i was being on how I wanted my drink. But instead he replied "No its assured that the smoothie perfectly fit my standards, & honestly I don't think I've ever been this satisfied with a drink. read more

Great tasting smoothies with an endless list of choices.. Unfortunately they shortened the menu to feature their new breakfast items and healthy options.. But if you've been here before you should pretty much know what your choices are! I always seem to find chunks of fruit at the bottom of my cup due to uneven blending, but sometimes it's yummy to have a little piece that you can actually eat [: Oh, and I guess it doesn't hurt to mention that I used to work at this location in high school.. :P read more

i was invited by a co-worker who's visited this joint a few times now that JJ has a promotion currently: 9-11am $1 for ANY $16oz smoothie!! what a steal, that's hard to pass up since they range from like $3.50-4.50/ea! we might return tomorrow, the last day of the promo... anyway, i was really surprised we were able to walk right in and order!! wtf, no way...get outta here, do people not know of this deal!? i was expecting the masses... yahoo, score. so my co-worker orders and he forgot the promo price so she mentioned it and viola, the price changed no problem. then i order...and it was $3 even for 3-16oz smoothies, awesome. the menu had so many yummy sounding options i didn't know which to choose from! i do appreciate that they list the calories for each size for all smoothies cuz that definitely helps funnel down the options. i just can't justify drinking 300+ calories in one sitting when i know i'll be hungry again soon. alas, i landed on a Fruit & Veg smoothie: Apple & Greens smoothie which is a blend of apple-strawberry and green vegetable juices, peaches, mangos and bananas. evidently each smoothie has 3 servings of fruits/veggies, but i dunno if that applies to my 16ozer. btw i checked out the nutrition info... a 16oz drink is packed with 6g of fiber, yahoo. sure goes down easier knowing that esp since it has 40g of sugar, oh well. +5g protein, awesome. next time i think i might get a scoop of protein powder? who knows. the guy making the smoothies was super friendly...he was informing us of all their current deals and promotions...i enjoyed chatting as he blended the smoothies. since i'd mentioned i had never tried the option i landed on, he kindly offered that if i didn't like it he'd make me a different one. WOW, thank you kind sir...so rare such nice people working the chain restaurants. overall great location tucked next to a Starbucks (score!) so i will be frequenting this place now that i know it has semi-figure friendly options :) read more

I went to this location this morning at 7AM and they were closed! The sign on the door said 6AM. I tried to open the door and two employees looked at me. They didn't even come to the door saying sorry they are running a little behind. I will never come back to this location. They weren't even open at the time posted on the door. read more

This was the first and only time I had tried jamba juice. I was happy with the experience. I got some oatmeal and a strawberry smoothie, and I can't complain. I forgot to add a booster to my smoothie and when I asked the employee after he started making it he added it, free of charge. It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone who likes a good smoothie. read more

I love the Chunky Strawberry! I had the Pumpkin Smash smoothie last November and loved it. The Eggnog Jubilee smoothie sounds like it could be good too. Pretty much anything you get at Jamba Juice is good, you can't go wrong. Live a little and step out of your box, order something new! At Downtown Disney in Anaheim, I skip La Brea and head to Jamba Juice to get some delicious oatmeal. That and a cup of coffee from Peets inside Haggan Daas keeps me going until lunch. read more

Not happy. I've been getting Orange Carrot Karma for years. Love it. Today the same drink was horrible. The girl who made it really seemed disinterested in her job. Not one smile to any customer. When I took the drink to the counter and said it was undrinkable, I gave it back with only one sip taken and was not offered a re-do or a refund. I'm so unimpressed with the customer service here. I walked in and was looked up and down at (for no reason at all) and I was not greeted BUT the man who ordered right after to me was greeted and was asked how his day was going! My drink sucked. It was SO thick, it got stuck in my straw and it took me forever to drink it. I tried getting the names of the 2 girls that were rude but I couldn't because they were moving around so fast that I couldn't read their name tags. Ones name was Marie I think and the other girl was also Asian. I too, have to provide customer service to my clients, but their customer service skills are terrible. read more

I would like to express excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate honoring new drinks, of which I purchased yesterday, and they did not taste right, I called and explained the situation, I could not go back due to at work, and a distance, and I asked if I can come back tomorrow, and possibly get compensated, Katyln who took my call, told me to come back and speak to her, and she will take care of me. I did go back today, and she honored my request, and to me, that was awesome customer service. I will truly go back, and let everyone else know too. If you watch some of the workers here, it's obvious that they have no idea what they're doing. When they blend your juice, it's somehow doesn't fill up your cup so they have to add ice then blend your juice again. They don't even try to be discreet. They act like we don't have eyes. I literally watched one worker blend the juice 4 times and she kept asking the other worker what she should do. They have a freakin chart to follow and how hard is it to blend some fruits with ice? read more

Fast and Friendly staff. I like the new blenders, they're a lot less noisy. The Acai bowls are great!

I go to jamba juice every friday. The service is constantly speedy and the smoothies are always made great.
