Popcorn chicken, fries and Boba drinks
    Mia N.

I brought my daughter and a few of her friends for some treats. The manager and staff were very kind and gracious to us, service was exceptional. Food was hot and delicious, drinks were tasty and made quick. The claw machine was a bonus and the girls had a lot of laughs.

I think out of all the T4 locations, this is my favorite one for quality and good service. It's about a 30 min drive for me, 2 cities over... but worth to me getting my favorite popcorn chicken and white peach lemonade. Parking here is fairly easy, there's always open spots. The free drink upgrade from first check in isn't redeemable (just to note per employee taking my order). Since T4 is a restaurant and my dog is not a service dog (sign or no sign), I didn't want to carry him in just so I can get my boba... demeans the jobs of trained service dogs. Normally I hate leaving my dog in the car without me there... but since I was already here and parked in sight (from within the restaurant) - I felt a few minutes wouldn't hurt with the windows cracked opened in the shade on a nice day (sat in the car a bit to make sure the baby wouldn't get hot quick). The employee taking my order helped me get everything ordered quick and even gave me a little cup of water to give to my pup, which I ended up sitting outside with him to wait for my order. Once my order was ready, the employee waved at me to let me know that I can run in (pup in a car again) to grab it. I definitely felt a irresponsible on my end, but since I drove out here...I really wanted the drink and a snack. There are rushes that come from to time, but drinks are made swiftly and with only 1 person running the front (looks to be an older man in the back) - everything is made within good time. The last visit, right after I ordered, there was a rush from the dance studio that probably just let out of class. I give them props for that. With some indoor seating, it's nice that we can sit and just chat with our snacks/drinks. The popcorn chicken here is my favorite as it's spiced very well - heavy on the pepper which is my preference. With the dipping sauce of a garlic aioli (extra $1.50), it goes perfect with the crispy hearty chicken. I don't ever see the white peach lemonade at other T4s - the only reason I'd drive out here for this specific shop. With sweet levels at 80% and 100% ice, it's the perfect refreshing balance of a drink to me. Final Thoughts: I only wish this T4 wasn't so out of the way for me, but whenever I'm in the area...it's a must to stop by here. With only 2 employees taking care of the shop (at least for my last visit), the service I give them 10 out of 10.

i think this place was t4 before. the menu is a bit same but they sell lots of foods and snacks. staffs are ok. order white peach refresher and mango breeze refresher. not sure that it is white peach and mango. feel like the tea is not right, taste a bit sour for both drinks. according to them: they are using royal tea. the toppings which are crystal and regular boba are just ok. just two stars at this time for the drink quality...

I realllly wanted to love this T4 (always been a ran of the T4 chains) , but man they missed the mark on their tea at this spot . 1. parking: easy, in a big lot 2. service: friendly 3. Tea: ordered Jasmine Green Milk Tea, they must have heard me wrong b/c I didn't get the Milk tea OR the Jasmine. Luckily I ordered lychee jelly so it helped the drink. Just really hoping it was a mistaken order b/c if that was supposed to be the Jasmine, couldn't taste it.

An overdue review for T4 Livermore's boba bar services! Okay, hear me out, boba snobs of the Bay. I know T4 isn't the hippest thing on the block anymore in terms of boba. But they made my wedding boba bar dreams come true WITHIN my budget!! Their team was so awesome with communication and was such a big hit for us. We repeatedly had people tell us that the boba bar was one of the best parts of our wedding. (The 110ºF weather may or may not have also had something to do with it...) Our boba bar came with our choice of four teas (Earl Grey milk tea, matcha milk tea, roasted oolong tea, and passion fruit royal tea) and three toppings (boba, coffee jelly, and lychee jelly). Our guests were able to choose which teas and toppings they wanted, which was the exact experience I wanted (versus buying a bunch of premade drinks and just handing them out). The T4 staff was so energetic and kept a smile on even in the sweltering weather, and we are so thankful that they were a part of our wedding day. Thanks, T4 Livermore!

My partner and I always visit this T4 location since it's one of the few places in Livermore that have good boba. I like it here because the flavors are always consistent, so I always know what to expect. Like other T4 locations, they have a great variety of drinks and snack selections on the menu all at decently affordable prices. My typical order here is the Wintermelon Tea topped with Sea Salt Cream. My most recent visit, the sea salt cream was actually wayyy saltier than what I was used to and could've been a lot lighter IMO. But, mixing it with the rest of the drink made it easier. Service is friendly and drinks come out pretty quickly. Lots of parking in the plaza that it's located in too. Note: they tend to get super busy around the time the schools around the area finish for the day so plan your visit accordingly! Also - don't forget to check in on Yelp for a free size upgrade for your drink :)

    Tofu Bowl

My coworker and I wanted Milk Tea and whenever we work the weekends together, I treat her to milk tea. Today we tried T4. I ordered via DoorDash, so I cannot attest to the wait or how they are handling Covid situations. Earl Grey MT: This is very consistent for me. At 50% sweet, it still was sweet enough for me without being overwhelming. I truly enjoy this drink. 5/5 Tofu Bowl: Now, I don't know if it's because of something before I started eating this, but after I started, my body felt really weird. There was too much pepper on the tofu and some very distinct sauce that I am not too familiar with. Unfortunately, as I kept eating, it did not get better for me. My stomach was very upset at the end of the meal. I get a bit nauseous and it was difficult for me to keep working. I don't know what it is, but I just couldn't really stomach down what I ate. I would not recommend this bowl 1/5. Overall, I come here for the drinks (and the occasional popcorn chicken). But other than that, I wouldn't try anything else.

    Horrible súper sweet taro drink

Horrible service and experience!!!! Other people around heard when I ordered a Taro drink and they made a mistake and ON TOP OF THAT they told me I was stupid and should check the register screen because it is my responsibility to check for accuracy. When I asked for an exchange of my 8 dollar drink he grumbled and threw it aggressively. He then gave me an extra sweet drink when I asked for 30 percent sweetness because I am diabetic. I will NEVER come back to this place. Be prepared to be insulted and disappointed in the horrible quality of your drink and service. I used to like this place, but now I will never come back here. I feel like I paid to be insulted. By the way , the person who treated me this badly was the "manager". After reading some other comments I realize sadly he will probably respond to my comment in a very passive aggressive manner and will not take constructive criticism to better the store. With other bubble tea shops opening they will definitely be out of business in no time.

I really liked the booth seating inside the restaurant. It was also very clean. Next to a lot of other businesses but still a lot of parking in the lot. The noodles were $15 for regular, $17 for large. I got the Pho Bo, which you get 3 meats of your choice which is what caught my attention because I usually only eat specific cuts. I opted for a large, got tripe, beef balls and tai (rare steak) and would say that the noodles to meat ratio was tremendously uneven. There were 4 half/2 whole meatballs, 5 half/2.5 whole slices of rare steak, and maybe 5 slices of tripe. The broth is served super hot, which could both good and bad, bad because the rare steak gets overcooked super fast so I'd recommend to skip the rare steak as it's gets tough when it's overcooked. The broth was just ok, not flavorful enough to want a sip with every bite and certainly not enough for me to want to drink soup after finishing everything else. My fiancé got the BBH and said it was just ok. He was not a fan and rated it a 3/5 as well. Not sure that we'd have Viet Noms again, considering there are better options out there but it was worth a try.

We started strong with the truffle tots: crispy, well-seasoned, and topped with Parmesan. The sauce? Genuinely great. No notes there. The chicken omurice was also a win! flavorful, comforting, and exactly what you'd hope for. My daughter's "bear in a blanket" dish was almost too cute to eat, and our server kindly offered complimentary mini pancakes for my toddler (which we didn't even know was a thing). They were adorable and surprisingly good, even without syrup. I also ordered the cloud matcha, which was delicious. Now... the duck Benedict. I'm saving it for last for a reason and not a good one. It was, unfortunately, a complete miss. It lacked flavor in a way that was almost impressive. Like... aggressively bland. The spinach and tomato completely overpowered the duck, and even tasting the duck on its own didn't help. It was giving absolutely nothing. Nothing. I'd honestly suggest pulling it from the menu until improvements can be made. Overall, I'd return for everything except the duck Benedict. Hard pass on that one.

Tried to come here for the happy hour and after we got there realized they don't offer it anymore…read moreso that was a bummer. It was pretty empty when we got there, but again we were kinda early for dinner. Decent sized parking area. Darker lighting with some bar seating and tables. The chirashi bowl was really good actually. Large pieces and was fresh with a good interesting variety. We ordered two other rolls and they were good too. This is a good casual quick affordable spot.

We were greeted when we arrived and told we could sit anywhere, which made the start of the visit feel easygoing. Our server was attentive throughout the meal and checked in on us regularly. We ordered several sushi rolls to share. Overall, they were okay--flavors were decent but nothing particularly stood out among the selections we tried. It satisfied the craving but didn't leave a lasting impression in terms of creativity or execution. What stood out more unfortunately was the cleanliness of the dishware and dining area. Some of the platters had dried, stuck-on bits of food, and my water cup had residue that I even tried to remove with a chopstick, but it wouldn't budge. The floors also felt sticky, which took away from the overall dining experience. I don't enjoy leaving reviews like this, but I do believe this is part of what Yelp is for--sharing honest feedback so management has the opportunity to make improvements. There's potential here with attentive service and a welcoming start, so I hope to see better attention to cleanliness on future visits.

From the very first bite, the dumplings set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience…read more Delicately wrapped yet perfectly sturdy, each dumpling is crafted with care and intention. The skin is thin and tender, never doughy, allowing the filling inside to truly shine. Bursting with flavor, the filling is juicy, well-seasoned, and balanced--savory without being overpowering. Every bite delivers a comforting warmth, the kind that reminds you why dumplings are such a timeless, beloved dish. Whether dipped lightly into sauce or enjoyed on their own, they stand confidently as a highlight of the menu. What truly elevates these dumplings is the attention to detail. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and the patience behind their preparation. They aren't rushed or mass-produced; they feel handmade, thoughtful, and authentic. The texture contrast between the soft wrapper and the flavorful filling creates a satisfying bite that keeps you reaching for "just one more." It's the kind of dish that leaves a lasting impression and sets a high standard for everything else that follows. Then come the short ribs--undeniably the star of the table. Cooked to absolute perfection, the meat is so tender it literally falls off the bone at the slightest touch. Each bite melts in your mouth, rich and deeply flavorful, the result of slow cooking done right. The seasoning penetrates every layer of the meat, creating a depth of flavor that is both bold and comforting. There's no need for a knife here; the ribs surrender effortlessly, a true testament to the skill in the kitchen. The sauce glazing the short ribs deserves its own praise. It's beautifully balanced--savory, slightly sweet, and incredibly aromatic--clinging to the meat and enhancing its natural richness without overpowering it. As the ribs rest on the plate, they practically invite you in, filling the air with an irresistible aroma that makes waiting nearly impossible. Every bite is indulgent, satisfying, and deeply memorable. Together, the dumplings and the short ribs create a dining experience that feels complete and thoughtfully curated. One offers comfort and finesse, the other delivers bold, soulful richness. This is the kind of meal that stays with you long after you've finished, the kind you find yourself recommending to friends without hesitation. If you're looking for dishes that showcase true craftsmanship, heart, and flavor, the dumplings and fall-off-the-bone short ribs are absolute must-tries.
