    Doordash order canceled

speechless... They cancel my doordash order.... This place has always been bad in terms of service...

Store hours still showing old closing time
    Taylor J.

Went here around 10:20 and the place was closed. On Apple Maps and the store door, they both say 11. Checked yelp hours and they say close at 10, so I understand but I think they should update the door hours as well, because we were standing there confused and the girl just ignored us for a bit, said closed and ignored us again. I get it, I worked customer service so I know how it feels when people try to come after closing, but we were just confused. Even a little note taped over the old time would work?

People here try their best. May not be the fanciest place but it's pretty decent. I've been coming here for years. Here's an updated menu for y'all.

Yummy and delicious tea shop with lots of choices and specials to choose from! Fantastic and attentive staff. Food: Fried squid {$6.50,5/5 stars} - haven't have food from T4 in awhile and decided to choose fried squid and was absolutely delicious. It had a crunchy, light breading ( got a little kick to it) and perfectly cooked squid on the inside. Highly recommend along side popcorn chicken! Would like to see a little more squid for the price although. Drinks: potted milk tea {$4.25,5/5 stars} - creamy blend of black tea with Oreo inside. Very delicious and rich. Service: Great attentive staff, with quick service and professionalism. Nice T4 location and would recommend if you are by the alcosta shopping center!

T4 has been a lifeline during this pandemic for quick and fast boba. I've been having very strong boba cravings lately and just need a simple (and safe) fix to satiate that craving every so often. I call in and order my milk tea with boba and it's ready within 5 minutes to be picked up. The staff are efficient and doing well to keep everything sanitized and distant. I feel very safe going in for 2 seconds and grabbing my boba and going! As for the quality, the boba is always a little watered down tasting, but it's not that big of a deal. I definitely cannot thank T4 enough for being there when I need them!!!

Interior is really really bad. They needed to update like 3 years ago. Yes it's been like this for a few years. It's not pleasant to go inside it actually makes me want to go to other boba places just because of the interior alone.

What kind of crap is this!? I've ordered green beans before and this is what I get? Who can eat these cold green bean bits! I've never seen anything so disgusting...Do better yuck. Definitely never ordering from them again.

What type of milk is used in the milk tea?

A powder creamer. There is dairy in it so, if you are allergic to milk, ask for soy milk

    Do they cater at weddings?

Highly doubtful it but I'd call manager.

Soft, springy, chewy in exactly the right way, with that ideal texture that makes the whole drink hit even better :P My personal favorite is the taro with taro paste. It's rich, creamy, and full of real taro flavor. It's the one I keep coming back for. Their focus on high-quality ingredients really comes through in every sip. And I still think about when they had bilo bilo as a topping. Those little taro(or mochi?) balls were the best. I'm genuinely hoping they bring them back someday because they took an already amazing drink to another level! If you know, you know. Once Boba Bliss gets you hooked, it's over. Very friendly staff, even they are young kids. Their parents and the store manager should be proud: they are trained very well. Will come again because of the service and delicious drinks.

I think that'd be something I'd try another time. As it was the game of my childhood, I really wanted a Neopet blind box with my weekly treat of a boba. I generally always go for fruit teas, but the tea smell in this shop smelled really strong; I always assume that's the strong smell of black tea...so I felt like a milk tea this time. I ordered the AISHA: Black Milk Tea w/ Pearls, 70% sweetness. Service here was quick and super friendly despite it looking like a one man operation at the time I was there. It seemed like he was the owner as we chatted about the Neopet collaboration and how it's a very nostalgic thing. He said it's all been adults coming in to grab a blind box, no kids yet then. I am not that surprised as I was there purely for the nostalgia too. The straws there are the paper ones, used 2 to try to stab the top open and that was a fail... ended up using a reusable straw I had stashed in my car. I'd suggest stabbing the straw in store first as the straw can crumble a bit after a few attempts of poking it through the top. For the drink itself, I loved that there was a strong tea taste - would get it a little less sweet next time as the boba added a lot of sweetness to me. Boba was a bit overcooked as there wasn't much of a bite to it, but good flavor soaked in it. Final Thoughts: Collabs definitely are the way to go as it peaked my interest of Gong Cha again, been a while since I've gone and I'll definitely be back again to give other drinks a try.

I cannot get enough of it! Order here is very convenient as you can do so via the Snackpass app. They also have the QR code in front to order there and a standing ordering station that you can do so yourself. As for parking, it does get a little crowded at times, especially when people are waiting to get a spot or trying to parallel park along the median area. During the busy hours, the wait is a bit... but it's very worth it to me. The employees don't have much interaction with customers, but it seems that everything is done very efficiently behind the counter with order numbers constantly being called out and such. The shop inside is small with just a few seats to wait, mostly best to wait outside for your number to be called (or the app to notify you that your order is ready). Front is clean and cutely decorated, menu displayed clearly as well. The 2 go to drinks for me here is the Passion Fruit Green Tea and the Mango Passion Smoothie. QQ Noodles and Cubed Pearls are a must have for me as I love the chewy texture (makes me think of mochi cakes from Yi Fang too). The tea is always very smooth and yet present in the drinks. As for the Mango Passion Smoothie, there's a very strong mango flavor without it tasting artificial at all! Everything tastes made with fresh fruits and much care. My friend did order a Bubble Waffle here. Getting it fresh and having some, it was not the most memorable waffle. The flavor is as you'd expect it... but it doesn't fall a bit flat. I think I personally prefer Happy Lemon's bubble waffle. Overall though... I love the drinks here enough to honestly ignore the food. Our recent visits have been to return for the avocado smoothie, which is not a common drink offering at Boba places, and popcorn chicken. The avocado smoothie is okay and not the best, however, it will do given none of the nearby places offer this drink. But the real winner is their popcorn chicken which comes with a decently sized-portion and the batter is perfect in amount and flavor. We don't particularly like our food spicy, so we always request for them to not add additional pepper sprinkled on top. That makes it perfect for us. However, if you like your food more spicy, definitely let them know. The only way to do this is if you order directly through a cashier or you somehow get their attention before they finish your order. Otherwise, ordering through the kiosk does not allow you to input any special requests. Service is not particularly fast especially when they get bombarded by the students from the middle schools and high school in the afternoon. However, you're not going to find a cuter looking store than this in the area, so can't miss it. Ume offers the boba variety and will have the typical snacks that accompanies it. While no major food options, it's quite literally next to a sando place, and other food spots so you don't necessarily have to get a meal meal here. As mentioned before, Ume's play is definitely on the cute angle. I've been to their other locations and it's the same thing basically. This location does have a few seating inside albeit no big tables, and a few seating outside with a bigger table. The decor, from the seating pillow, to the wall design, to the cute mascots on the cups, it's all very coordinated at the very least. Price wise, it's not bad. Compared to Sharetea which is also in this shopping center, it's about comparable, though perhaps slightly cheaper, but not by much. Drink option wise, Sharetea is going to have more options of course, but Ume also has a good variety. Service here is good, just not friendly. You can just order yourself on the screen, but the people who work there really won't want to interact with you other than bringing out the order. They will at least pretend to work out half a smile when they feel like it, but otherwise they'll sort of just be doing their own thing most of the time I've been here. The drinks here are pretty decent. I've mostly gotten the milk teas when I've been here, and all in all, they've been real tasty. The combination of taste from the mixing was well done. The boba here is also quite good. Well made and certainly on par with Sharetea's boba if you need to compare, but slightly different, in a good way. All in all, Ume is a fine option for boba if you're in the area, and don't feel like Sharetea. Their drinks are priced relative to the area's offerings, and drink quality has also been good. However, one thing to note is that if you don't get the large cup, they unfortunately use the mini cups for regular size, which at the price for the upgrade, doesn't really make much sense unless you just want less, which in this case it'll work out. But just know, regular size here are small.
