A big plus is that the milk they use is already lactose-free! Thank you for that! But if you prefer dairy-free, they have oat milk as an option as well. Came back today since I was craving a drink. I usually order the taro milk tea or breeze but I switched it up and got matcha today. I ordered my mom a taro milk tea with grass jelly and both drinks with 50% sugar but my matcha taste like it had no sugar in it. First time in Feng Cha and I'm not sure I'd return. I got the citrus lord at 50% sweet, but I guess getting at 50% sweet meant zero sweetness and super bitter tea. The drink wasn't very enjoyable but my fiancé enjoyed his strawberry breeze, which he got at 100% sweet. I found his drink way too sweet but refreshing when I needed a hint of sweetness from his bitter my drink was. The service here was okay. You order on the kiosk and the bobaristas will call out your order number. We didn't have any issues with them personally but the three guys behind the counter were talking bad about customers for most of the time we were there. The best thing about this place is their location. It's conveniently located in a plaza with other stores, so it's a good place to stop by if you're thirsty or want a dessert but unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience here. read more

I stopped by Feng Cha and tried the Mega Greens drink along with their popcorn chicken. The location is very convenient with plenty of nearby parking and a spacious interior with lots of seating. We ordered on the self-order iPads and the food and drink came out pretty quickly. While the popcorn chicken had a great crunch, I personally found myself wishing it had a bit more bold flavor and spiciness. The Mango Fantasy was okay, it tasted a lot like yogurt and a very little tinge of mango. The Strawberry Overload on the other hand was very refreshing and I enjoyed the tea aspect of it. I preferred this drink to the Mango Fantasy. Overall, the service is great. They have more staff than needed, and the drinks were made so fast and efficiently! Not sure if it was a new employee or what, but the Strawberry Breeze was very watery and mostly milk. My creme brûlée boba also was like 85% milk and didn't have a strong flavor. I have gotten this drink at another feng cha location and it was incredible. I think they messed up the ratios, but I'm not one to go back and ask them to redo it. I did like how they had a pretty nice sized fruit drink menu as I prefer that over milk tea. I ordered the Summer Melon which was watermelon, lemon, and spring tea. I really liked the fresh watermelon as it made it very refreshing. The thing I didn't like about the drink was the tea itself. It definitely tasted different than other fruit teas I've had, so I'm probably just not a fan of Spring Tea. Came here on a rainy weeknight. It wasn't too busy. I ordered the Dirty Taro and added boba as a topping. The drink was good and the bobas were soft, chewy, flavorful. The only down side was that I ordered my drink with less ice, yet when I was almost done with my drink, there was probably 2" of ice cubes that got in my way of drinking the last drops of my drink and it was hard for me to get to the bobas. My straw couldn't move around in the cup very well to get the last bobas because the ice cubes were kind of big, and the ice cubes covered the bobas. I had to wait until the ice cubes melted more (which didn't melt fast on a rainy night) before being able to access the last bobas. read more

Located in the same plaza with Ranch 99 - nestled in the perfect spot with ample parking and the sun beaming right into the shop at 2pm on a Friday. They weren't busy as I was the only customer at the time. It was my first time at a Feng Cha - I know it took me a while to actually stop by one to try their drinks. Anyway, I wasn't familiar with the menu and there wasn't anyone in the front, so I tried to order with the kiosk - oddly, it didn't have the selection I wanted or I just couldn't find it. After a couple of minutes, a lady appears behind the counter and asked if I'd like to order with her instead. She was pretty nice and made my order right away. I ordered the black tea with sea salt foam 25 percent sweetness and no ice. Presentation wise was good because the drink had a dark tea color with white creamy foam on top - I've seen other foam drinks with foam that looked old and yellowish. The black tea was brewed well because it had the right amount of tea flavor - I typically prefer stronger. Mixing in the sea salt foam was just heavenly. The drink was exactly how I imagine a good milk tea to be. I wished I got on the Feng Cha bandwagon sooner. I'd love to try the other drinks, but I'm so in love with the one I tried, it'll be a hard decision next visit. read more

Best tea house we have been to in a long time. We frequent many tea shops in the bay. Their tea is really good. Not too strong or sweet.

I love this place. I've never been in, just door dash delivery. Always consistent and good snacks and drinks. I only wish they had dip options for their snacks. I've have the tiramisu and taro chocolate which are both excellent light but very flavorful desserts. When feeling a little queasy or under the weather lately I get either just a regular hot tea or the chrysanthemum ginger, honey tea. It's so comforting. My favorite though is the Mango Fantasy.
