They have special drinks that'll get you free kpop photocard of your group of choice (as long as it's in their list). I took 1 star out because the multiple times I went here, they're always out of SVT photocards..boo! They have table games, bball area, arcade games, photobooths, and open mic karaoke (mostly Saturdays, but you can let them know you wanna use it any day of the week). The main selling point of this place is their little kpop merch corner. They sell used and new albums, photocards, keychains, stickers, and more. They have both inside and outside seating so there's plenty room to chill in. They are friendly and service is always prompt Their drinks are also good. I usually get the Haegeum which consists of Mango Passionfruit Lemonade with Mango jelly. It's never sweet and have just the right amount of tang that is perfect with the mango jelly. I haven't tried any of the snacks they offer so that gives me another chance to go back here and hopefully they have SVT pc this time. read more

Average boba. I was in Dublin looking for a sweet drink and stumbled upon Boba & More. We ordered ahead for pickup. The shop is in a bit of a remote area. It is nestled within a newer apartment community. Parking is a little challenging if you're not comfortable parallel parking. The nearby roads are quite small. All the spots directly around the shop were taken so we parking a few roads over and walked. When we entered, I thought the place was abandoned. There was no music playing and nobody to be seen. There were games and activities set out everywhere. There was foosball, corn hole, a photobooth, table games, and more. It looked like it would be such a cool environment and hang out spot for young ones. It was just eerie how empty and quiet it was, especially for a weekend. Sadly, when I tried to use the photobooth, it wouldn't accept payment. When we started shouting "hello?", someone came out from the back with our drinks. The drinks were packaged nicely and in a secure carrier. The Guava Limeade with Lychee Jelly was super good. It was refreshing and had a nice tang. The Thai Milk Tea was just alright. It was a bit flavorless. To me, it tasted like a powdered Thai Tea mix that was overly watered down. I'm not sure if I misread the description, but I expected this drink to come with boba pearls (as it showed in the photo) but unfortunately, it didn't. This is a fun and cute place for kids. I found out about this place through a friend and decided to try it out for myself (and the family, of course). It's a great place to bring the kids to keep them occupied for a bit. They have a limited menu with drinks and snacks. We ordered: popcorn chicken 3/5 spam sliders 2/5 Okinawa milk tea 3/5 Kids had: vanilla ice cream with oreo toppings chocolate ice cream The drinks and food definitely need more love. The drinks were just mediocre and the food was bland. The musubi sliders were way unbalanced (too salty). I think if they step their food and drink game up, this place would be a big hit. We really liked the idea and space, and the decor is really fun, but they missed with the kitchen. I gave it a 3 because my kid really liked it. This was our first time at Boba & More. My daughter and I have both been following them on Instagram but haven't made to Dublin to visit. Today was finally the day! We ordered Oh My Bunny (Caramel Coffee + Whip Cream & Oreo Crumbs) & The P1ece Drink (Green Thai Tea w/ Boba) to drink and an order of Crinkle Fries to snack on. Our order was ready rather quick. Everything was yummy! My youngest didn't know what to do first! She started with the Photo Booth and then worked her way to the K-Pop stuff! So many cute stickers, keychains, stuffed animals, photo cards, albums and so much more! After that she made her way through all the games (basketball, fuse ball, golf, connect 4, hopscotch). This place always hit the spot and has so much to look at/do when waiting around for your drink to be made! Every other boba shop packs their drinks with sugars and additives, so being able to pick 0% sweetness for the milk teas (my favorite) and using dairy free creamer is a HUGE plus for me. I'm at the point where if this place is closed, I won't even get boba lol. I hope it remains busy because the thought of this place ever closing hurts my heart! Lol. My friend asked if I wanted to visit this new boba place on its grand opening. Not knowing much about it, I said yes. When we got there, I realized it was more than boba, much more. It has a lot of snacks and it's k-pop themed. With purchase on grand opening, we got a free photo card. Since I only liked BlackPink, I chose that. Got a photo card of Jisoo. There was a lot of decoration and k-pop related items for sale. I'm not really a k-pop fan (except BlackPink) so I didn't take a look. I was thinking to get just a regular milk tea, but somehow I couldn't get past MOA milk tea: honey milk tea and panda boba. I got 25% honey syrup so it wasn't too sweet and I was able to taste the honey. I also got a spam on a roll with egg. It was quite delicious, but $6.50 for a small item that I could easily make at home felt expensive. My friends said the popcorn chicken tasted different, but not bad. Just that it was a much smaller portion than other places. The spam musubi with egg was pretty good too. Overall, not too bad but they didn't have other drinks that I felt like I really wanted to try. Hopefully k-pop fans can keep this place alive. read more

We actually really like the Boba drinks here, but the only downside is they have the literal worst customer service ever, we have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and have tried it multiple times, but every time we go and stand by the counter in order to pick up our to go order, nobody will acknowledge you for like 10 or 15 minutes most of the time and will have looked right at you and still not say anything. I really hope that their customer service will get better because the drinks are good, but we will probably only try it at least one more time and then we're just gonna have to boycott it and pick a new favorite Boba spot from now on. My daughter was standing at the counter for 10 minutes and the people that I watched walk in were acknowledged before she was and we were only there for it to go order which was already ready. Please note that I came during their grand opening and they may have worked on some things since then, but not sure if I would want to go again quite yet. Food: 1/3 Popcorn Chicken: It was not good. It wasn't crispy or tasty. It kind of felt like what you would get from a chinese restaurant for orange chicken except without the orange sauce? And again, it wasn't crispy. Brown sugar milk tea: Watery and sweet. Obviously it should be sweet, but it was again, not very tasty. Don't want to get it again. Service/Atmosphere: 0.5/1 It is a nice spacious area and it brings a lot of activities to the space. I am also a huge Kpop fan so to see them selling kpop items in the space is also really cool. Again, when I went, it was their grand opening and they had kpop venders selling things so it was a little crowded. Luckily, it didn't take very long for us to get our items, but still longer than I would have expected. Value: 0.25/1 It was pricey. Considering the quantity/quality of the food/drink, it was more than I pay normally. I understand that they also offer a lot of other activities, but the increase in price because of these is pretty high for my liking. If I were just picking a drink up, I probably wouldn't come here if Im not taking advantage of the other things they are offering in the store. Boba & More is away from the busy area of Dublin where all the restaurants and shops are, they are located in a nice and quiet neighborhood right by BART. I have been here twice now, I was lucky and found street parking down the street both times. Not sure what this friendly service everyone is talking about because that sure is not what I experienced on both of my visits. Both visits, there was a wait for boba (20ish minutes), which I do not understand why because if you are running low, you should already start to prepare cooking more. The exterior is modern and nice, while the interior has like a beach theme going on with a designated K-Pop section, and games and such scattered around. With a lot of time to kill, while waiting for the boba on both visits, I was able to really look around - they have a lot of entertainment & games to play and merchandise for sale. They have both a foosball table & ping pong table, a Karaoke stage with a mic, a photo booth ($8 for 2 photo strips or $10 for 2 multi frame photos), mini arcade & table games as well as playing cards, and multiple crane games. They also have a dartboard and full-sized basketball hoop with backboard in the back corner. For the merchandise, they have their own boba shop merch, as well as K-pop merch from other businesses / individual sellers - they have a variety of bags & totes, hats, jewelry, keychains, lanyards, pins, plushies, reusable boba cups, stickers, stationary items, t-shirts, etc. for sale. Honestly, my experience and first visit on their grand opening was so horrible that I did not want to come back, but I wanted to come back for a second time after their grand opening / K-Pop events for a fair review. Anyway, on my first visit, there was not a lot of people there like I would expect there would be on a grand opening / event day, but it was still super crowded with booths / tables and people in there looking at all the merchandise, playing games, and waiting for their drinks. People were bumping into me every few minutes - just the first 10 minutes of me coming in and standing in line to order, I was already bumped by at least 5 - 6 different people (may it be customers, employees, or vendors and with no apologies). Eh service and not much of any acknowledgement when coming in or when it was time to order (at least in my case because she acknowledged other customers). I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba and it was ready in a little over 20 minutes because it was waiting for the boba - a bit awkward and uncomfortable, while waiting inside for my drink because of the crowded and small space and of course continuously getting bumped left and right. My second visit was just decent - at least I was not continuously being bumped into. A different employee was working the register, I was greeted with a friendly hi at first and I ordered a jasmine milk tea with boba - only to be told that they ran out boba, so I asked if I can wait for it or they just flat out do not have anymore for the rest of the day, which she responded it would be 20 minutes. After that, she was not as friendly and I felt like I was being stared down every time I am walking around and checking out the merch in the store, and even when I was just on my phone, while sitting at one of the tables and I would casually look up from time to time, as I was waiting for the boba / my drink. Honestly, it felt like the longest and most uncomfortable 20 minutes ever (not sure if the continuous bumping on my first visit or this was worse). Overall, I feel like the shop has a cool and good concept, but it feels like too much things going on in one small space. My jasmine milk tea tasted better on my first visit, as it was more creamy and refreshing, but the boba was decent - on the more soft side. On my second visit, my jasmine milk tea was not that creamy, as it was a bit more grainy and watered down and the boba was just bouncy and chewy. read more

The concept is cool and I can see this place being a fun spot for families and friends to come hang out. HOWEVER, you're not going to last with the current quality of the drinks. I ordered the strawberry milk tea with boba (~$7). The drink was watery, the boba was cheap tasting, there wasn't even a whiff of tea, and the strawberry flavoring felt like some sort of cheap nesquick strawberry powder. I don't think it costs that much overhead or thoughtfulness to create good quality drinks. Invest in some better tea leaves, invest in better drink syrups, invest in better boba. Maybe do some market research on what a good drink is. For the pricing, you're going to just end up failing if you can't step up the drink quality. Again, I really like the direction you're going with this establishment and I really want to see you succeed but your BOBA has to be good if you want to be called "boba & more".
