    Matcha Latte
    Jennifer T.

Service this morning was 10/10 the guy who took my order was so nice and helpful when I ordered. The egg coffee was delicious so dang good, thank you for the recommendation! 70% sweet was perfect for me and the coffee was nice and strong! The downfall had to be the matcha latte, the milk was spoiled so it ruined the matcha for me. The color was promising but upon the first sip I found out it was spoiled. I don't live in the area so by the time I tasted it was too late to ask for a new one. It's cute and cozy inside and has a nice parking lot to the side of the building.

Came in at noon on a Tuesday and there was no one there. You can order in-person and they have tons of options to customize your order. The atmosphere is IG-chic and they have a claw machine. I tried an Ube Taro Creme Brulee with honey boba, which was delicious. I'd recommend only 50% sweetness, though, unless you really like sweet drinks. The only downside is that the price is a bit high if you like lots of toppings.

I generally enjoy TeaZenTea, but this location took 30 minutes to make my order and it doesn't even taste like coconut :/ I'm disappointed. Also this was totally a me issue, but I know they have a crème brûlée series that uses a puff crème, but ordering creme brûlée in a milk tea is actual candy pieces so beware if you don't like crunchy texture in your drink. Ambiance was fantastic I like the couches and music. Employees were busy so I ordered on a kiosk, but I saw them working hard.

Beautiful downtown Pleasanton location. Clean aesthetic. Friendly service. Ordered: Strawberry Summer Green Tea with Mango Popping Balls. I came to downtown Pleasanton and was in the mood for bubble tea. I'm usually a fan of the classic boba but they didn't have that yet. At least they make it fresh. The popping bubbles were pretty good though. Recommend.

Super cute and cozy boba spot in Pleasanton. We do not frequent Pleasanton often so I was super happy to find out that TeaZenTea has multiple locations. I ordered the Brown Sugar Okinawa and was NOT disappointed. The tea has great flavour and the boba is done right. Perfectly chewy and sweet. It's so easy to mess up boba pearls but these guys know what they're doing. I wish this spot was closer to where I lived, but I can tell you that if I lived in Pleasanton, this would be my go-to spot for my weekly boba runs.

Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea with boba

We decided to grab something sweet after we had dinner and teazentea was right down the street. Luckily when we went it was empty so I got to order and get our drinks right away. The menu is pretty straight forward with a bunch of different options to choose from. We got Vietnamese coffee and a Thai tea with boba. Both were really good-- a little on the sweeter side but not bad at all! The location is super cute inside. It's bright and the staff was pretty friendly as well. I would go again.

We tried 2 drinks today. 50% sweet cream brûlée Okinawa and green milk tea. Both were a bit too sweet so next time we will try 25%. There are two tables with sofas which is probably comfortable enough for 4-6 ppl and 3 circle wooden tables for 4 so seatings are limited but that's the norm for boba shop. Someone ordered ube waffles and the smell made the entire store filled with fresh baked waffles. You order on a kiosk. Too bad they don't have Snackpass which I was hoping they would have it so we can do online ordering easily for takeouts. We will come back to try their waffle. I do wish that they have snack food on the menu like some other boba place around.

I love and brake for boba tea! TeaZenTea is relatively new to this location in Pleasanton on Main Street and sits on the old Dean's Cafe property. I love that I can walk here from my apartment in downtown Pleasanton. My drink of choice today was a Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and it was delicious . Service was great. I was greeted with a smile from the associate and was asked what sweet level I preferred (30%, 50%, 75%). I went with 50% and that was perfect.

Filthy exterior and broken seating indoors. Tea lid wasn't properly sealed and ended up wearing half my drink.

This has happened 3-4 time in the last 6 months. Random zero operation days that they'll just be closed during advertised hours of operation. Staff used to be much friendlier; most recently we get the inattentive worker with AirPods in that barely acknowledge us. Our latest visit we came around lunchtime with plans to enjoy a refreshing smoothie at Delucci Park. The smoothie was very watered down and almost tasteless... I walked back from the park to see if they would remake it and the door was locked with nobody inside. Something has definitely changed about this place in the last year or so, and unfortunately, not for the better.

The cute bunny definitely was a factor in my giving this place a try as well as the food, I can't pass up a good spot for Vietnamese sandwiches or spring rolls! During a Friday afternoon, there wasn't much of a rush. The owner's husband was helping out as it seemed it was only her running around the back making everything, reasonable for there to be a little of a wait. She was definitely a bit stressed, so I'm glad that a staff member showed up after a bit to help her out (seems they were new too as they didn't seem too familiar with where items were). They advertised Mango Coconut sago so I had to give that a try. As much as I wanted a Vietnamese sandwich, the spring roll was calling me from the menu - so I ordered a shrimp one. After a bit of a wait, I got my drink and food. Solid service, I hope things will run smoother for them later. Mango Coconut sago: It was more watery that I expected, more coconut than mango. The sago was clumpy and flavorless, actually left a weird aftertaste in my mouth. I'd say this is more a coconut drink with mango flavor added? Can skip the sago next time. Spring rolls: The peanut sauce was delicious, good balance with the hoisin. Rolls were wrapped beautifully and tightly. I did eat my roll about 10mins later since I wanted to get home first. The rice paper stuck to the paper container and some came up with my roll, had to rip that part out. Maybe parchment paper lining the container would help or saran wrapping the spring rolls so they won't stick to the container or each other. Final Thoughts: Maybe I'd try a fruit drink or tea next time, but no more mango coconut sago for me. I do want to give the sandwiches a try though!
