Something about the restaurant name made me want to try this spot - I'm a yoga teacher after all :) Walked in and the interior was such a vibe: a mix of fun neon coming from the claw grab machines and the light above the indoor swing, and earth with all the plants inside and wooden furniture. We ordered on the kiosk which was convenient since no one was behind the counter. We came in so close to closing and I really thought they were closed but the staff was so friendly and accommodating when they realized we were waiting for a bit. They made the drink super fast. We got an Okinawa brown sugar smoothie at 50% sweetness with honey boba. If you're a "not too sweet" kinda person but want enough sweet to fill the cool and creamy dessert craving, this is THE drink. I wish I could've gone back one more time but our time was short. If you're local, I would recommend the boba and this place as a spot to do light work as I can recall seeing a WiFi code by the register. read more

TZT offerings have evolved: snacks, teas, slushies, matcha, brown sugar, smoothies, butterfly tea, milk, toppings, coffee, fruity...tend to be oversweet Sips: Snow White Butterfly Tea (5.5) less ice, 25%sugar -blue colour is the default tone of brewed butterfly tea, a SouthAsian product. 25% still subtly too sweet for me. I first heard of Teazen from a former coworker a few years back who frequented the Brentwood location. Unfortunately, there weren't any locations close to me in Walnut Creek, where I was living at the time. I bookmarked it on Yelp in hopes I'd be able to go one day. As I was leaving an interview in Pleasanton yesterday (5/15/2025), my car showed the temperature at 97 degrees so what better place to go than for boba! Teazen turned out to be less than 5 mins away. I had no trouble finding parking in their free (up to 3 hours) parking lot. They have an extensive menu with lots of common and unique drinks. I got the ube taro crème brûlée at 50% sweet with less ice. So good! I could taste all of the flavors without the drink being watered down. They have several couches and tables to work or hangout. I appreciate that they have WiFi and charging outlets so I could get work done and charge my phone. I came ~2:15 pm and it wasn't crowded when I left ~3:45 pm. Service is friendly and efficient. I ordered from the kiosk and I got a text that my drink was ready a few mins after ordering. Also, I heard the woman at the front (maybe the owner?) offer to remake a drink for a customer who wasn't happy with his. It's clear that this woman cares about her customers and went into the business for the right reasons. Even though I had no issues with my drink, I know that the staff would take any concerns I had seriously if I had issues with my drink. If I lived in Pleasanton, I'd be a regular. The downfall had to be the matcha latte, the milk was spoiled so it ruined the matcha for me. The color was promising but upon the first sip I found out it was spoiled. Came in at noon on a Tuesday and there was no one there. You can order in-person and they have tons of options to customize your order. The atmosphere is IG-chic and they have a claw machine. I tried an Ube Taro Creme Brulee with honey boba, which was delicious. I'd recommend only 50% sweetness, though, unless you really like sweet drinks. The only downside is that the price is a bit high if you like lots of toppings. read more

Really cute street on a cute street in Pleasanton! However the Strawberry Matcha drink was not great. The oat milk version is my favorite drink ever from Boba Guys so I was so excited to try it! However, the matcha is bitter and metallic. The strawberries didn't taste very fresh either. Both the matcha and strawberry could be improved. I'm just not fan. Super cute and cozy boba spot in Pleasanton. We do not frequent Pleasanton often so I was super happy to find out that TeaZenTea has multiple locations. I ordered the Brown Sugar Okinawa and was NOT disappointed. The tea has great flavour and the boba is done right. Perfectly chewy and sweet. It's so easy to mess up boba pearls but these guys know what they're doing. We decided to grab something sweet after we had dinner and teazentea was right down the street. Luckily when we went it was empty so I got to order and get our drinks right away. The menu is pretty straight forward with a bunch of different options to choose from. We got Vietnamese coffee and a Thai tea with boba. We tried 2 drinks today. 50% sweet cream brûlée Okinawa and green milk tea. Both were a bit too sweet so next time we will try 25%. There are two tables with sofas which is probably comfortable enough for 4-6 ppl and 3 circle wooden tables for 4 so seatings are limited but that's the norm for boba shop. Someone ordered ube waffles and the smell made the entire store filled with fresh baked waffles. You order on a kiosk. Too bad they don't have Snackpass which I was hoping they would have it so we can do online ordering easily for takeouts. We will come back to try their waffle. Quick and straightforward! I've been to other TeaZenTea locations before so I knew what to expect when visiting this newish spot in Dublin. First off, location is so great. Right in downtown Pleasanton with plenty of other shops and eateries in walking distance. There's a huge parking lot so you can also easily find parking there or on the street. The shop itself is pretty decently sized for a boba shop. There's a good amount of seating inside if you'd like to stay and hang out with some friends. It's also got some cute decorations that are very instagrammable. When I went on a weekday afternoon, it was pretty busy with people hanging out but there wasn't a line. I was able to easily order on the kiosk next to the register. After about 10 minutes, my 3 drinks were ready - I even got a text to let me know. The drinks do tend to lean on the sweet side so I recommend choosing a lower sweetness percentage than what you may usually go for. read more

I have been to multiple of their other locations in the Bay Area as well. The store interior looks modern and seems like a chill hangout spot, I love the swing chair - I wished I came earlier before closing, so I could had taken photos there. I ordered online, so my drink was ready by the time I arrived - I opted for the green milk tea with boba. I felt like my drink was a bit on the sweeter side at 50% sweetness. It has more of a creamier taste to it with a subtle bitterness from the tea, while the boba was on the chewier / softer side. read more

My siblings and my brothers gf and her siblings came here yesterday evening for our Monthly Sibling Date. It was a cute little tea spot that is IG pretty. We were able to come in and make our order through the kiosk. Very easy and the workers moved fairly quickly. I got the Tiger Crème Brûlée which was very good, but I'm not the biggest fan of the chunks that was in my drink. I also tried my brothers Pink Dragon. That was very sweet but looked very pretty. I would definitely say the flavors all looked appetizing. And if your a coffee and boba fan you should definitely come and try this place out. The flavor was ok, but they gave me so much ice. I even asked less ice which was on the receipt. Other drinks that we ordered, we also asked for less ice and every single one of them had ice to the brim. I can't imagine how much ice is in a "full" ice drink. Today I went to TeaZenTea's grand opening event! They were having a BOGO on drinks for the grand opening. I ordered the Creme Brûlée Custard & Creme drinks, left Ube Taro Boba Drink right Matcha Brown Sugar Boba as my BOGO drinks. (Boba added on is extra) I also got the Ube Waffle, very tasty with the Nutella! The line was fairly long but that is to be expected on an opening day especially with a deal. They passed out free samples of their milk tea boba everyone outside in line/walking which was very nice. I liked the taste of the milk tea sample. Part of the grand opening promo they also give you raffle tickets for every $10 spent so I got raffle tickets. They also have a points system you can register your phone number with. And they also gave everyone a coupon for 20% off of you order that you can use the next time you come in, just have to come before Dec 31! They also had a photobooth and a DJ for the event. I thought it was great how they have a lot of seating available here for everyone. The seats were all full but I think on a normal day the seating will be perfect, a lot of boba places don't have much seating so it's wonderful to see a lot of seating. :) The drinks were good, I liked the Taro one the best, then the milk tea then the matcha. The waffle was nice too it tastes like a regular waffle with a bit of a ube/taro flavor the Nutella packet they give with it is a must! It adds a lil extra something to it. I could see pancake syrup being another nice option to add if you have that at home for the waffles. The people working there were friendly and helpful I would definitely come back! read more

Got the passion fruit tea with boba, with a $1 tip it was $8.46 which I find pricey. They just called out the teas that were ordered instead of getting a name which made it a little unclear if it were your order. Tea was okay but not great.
