I came here a few times and always walked pass this place because they're either not open early in the morning hours in the food court environment. Easy to spot on corner. Self service kiosk is a huge screen and credit cards accepted. You can see the colorful images of the beverages before placing order. They call out your number or beverage type when ready, so make sure you're nearby. You can also order over the counter which is usually faster. Cashiers are good people. This was a relatively simple experience but a really pleasant one! I'm a huge fan of coffee milk teas but not a lot of boba spots serve it, so imagine my excitement when I see coffee milk tea on the menu. Of course I had to get it! I've been coming to the food court this boba place is located in for a while and I must say the shops are constantly changing but I'm glad to see this drink place has stayed strong. They have a fairly wide choice of drinks including teas, milk teas, and smoothies. Recently my bf and I ordered a chocolate banana and a banana smoothie. The worker actually asked us if we preferred the smoothie texture more milky or thick. I kind of loved that she asked that, since I actually do prefer a thicker consistency for a milkshake and do get disappointed when it's more liquid. Honey Tea is located in the food court area of the shopping center. One of several boba places in this shopping center, it certainly has some competition just outside of its doors. Since it's in the food court, it's a smaller shop, and fighting for seating here sometimes during peak hours is a pain since there's only so many seats in there with everything else in that food court. Their menu is pretty decent. It's a self-order place too, so you just order at the kiosk. Today I got the standard milk tea with boba. It was actually better than I thought it would be. The milk tea flavor and balances were good. The boba itself in there was also good, nice and QQ. Price wise, it was about the same as the other spots in this shopping center. Overall, pretty good, albeit, my expectations were pretty low, and previous attempts to drink here were thwarted by just not feeling it. Whenever I try a new boba spot, I typically go with something classic. So I tried Jasmine Green Milk Tea with boba, 50% ice and sugar. Unfortunately I was very disappointed by the entire drink. I definitely tasted the fruit and honey although there's still the very slight bitter tang of the tea, and felt it was still pretty sweet at 75%. If you are looking for something refreshing and a little bit of tart this Tropical Passion is hands down the drink for you! You can tell that they use real fruit as described on their menu since I can taste and fresh pineapple juice and passion fruit after trying this drink. Be aware that there are passion fruit seeds but I don't mind the crispy bits that you get to experience. I can't wait to try more of their drinks. This unassuming store is a tiny mom and pop shop located in the Pacific Pearl food court (diagonally across the street from the Livermore Outlets), owned by the kindest and most hardworking owner. Most of the time she is brewing all of their really unique drinks herself, but sometimes she has some help from local high schoolers. Regardless, their grapefruit tea (called "Grapefruit Crisp") is hands down the best I've ever had (I drink quite a bit of grapefruit tea from a lot of places.) What makes hers different is that you can really taste the fresh grapefruit and other citrus fruit, carefully mixed together with other quality ingredients to create a high quality, refreshing tea. Because she has limited staff members, it can sometimes take some time for her to prepare your drinks as she always does so meticulously. You'll want to place your order at the digital kiosk and then wait patiently. If you do, I'm pretty sure you'll find her drinks well worth the wait. Very highly recommend to anyone who is visiting the outlet center! I happen to visit the outlets frequently, and so whenever I do I make sure to drop by this shop. Their tea is the best not only in the outlet vicinity, but in my opinion is one of the most flavorful and refreshing fruit teas anywhere in Norcal. On their menu, Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba was indicated as one of their popular drinks, so we decided to try it. We also ordered Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. I hope I was because I really hate earl gray!). Overall, I would use "decent" to describe my drinks, but probably wouldn't go out of my way to say they were special enough to make we wanna go back. This place is not very eye catching but located at a convenient corner of this Pacific Hall food court. It's perfect place to get a milk tea or any tea drink while dining at this food court. They serve delicious drinks. I've dropped by twice so far and loved their drinks. I've tried the hot taro milk tea and taro latte. Obviously I'm a taro lover but I really can't wait to try their other drinks next time. Their taro latte is so good. They put chunks of soft sweet and delicious taro into the drink. It's thick and flavorful but not overpowering. It's almost like a hot sweet taro soup. This is perfect for a cold day and needing some warming up. The taro milk tea is similar but have more tea flavor which is great on some days depending on the mood I'm in. My hubby got just a regular milk tea which is very delicious too.
