Second time I've tried calling in 1 week and the phone number is disconnected. I mentioned it to the employee last week and she said everything is falling apart. The Internet and the phone lines work when they want to and the refrigerator even caught fire. I just ordered an acai bowl via doordash and it was complete water with no strawberries. I'm very disappointed. Do better Juice & Java.

He loves to sit on their patio and enjoy some warm milk.

Good service, the selection of food has diminished greatly since new ownership. They need to get more linch options and change up some of their juice and smoothie flavors and choices.

Revising my review from three stars to five stars. I've been back a few times since my previous review and service has improved so much. Yay! Açaí bowls and juices are still delicious. Also love the upgraded interior seating.

Cute counter set up with a great menu selection

This location is adorably cute and so convenient to the Pleasanton Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. Such a diverse selection of juices and smoothies as well as popular acai bowls. Three staff member were busily working in the central open kitchen on Saturday morning amidst the bustling Farmer's Market. We ordered the Purple Poodle Smoothie which had acai berry, blueberry, banana and agave. It was decadently thick and pure berry deliciousness in a cup! This is why so many other customers rave about their acai bowls! We also had a double cafe latte and the staff was so attentive the barista remembered to ask separately what type of milk I wanted in my coffee! Surprisingly, the smoothie rolled out quite quickly but we had a bit of a wait for the latte. All good in the end and quite happy with our drinks!

Stopped off here for a mid afternoon snack during a long drive on 680 today. The açaí bowl was small but very tasty. I watched the staff member make it. He took his time and clearly cared about the quality of his work. Kudos!

Great juices, smoothies, and food. Staff is always so accommodating. All the smoothies can be made into bowls too! Their tuna & chicken salad is made in house and the owner knows what she's doing. They're SO good. My favorite is the veggie sandwich, it takes a couple extra minutes to make since it's hot, but it's worth the wait. I love that they use fresh ingredients & a great stop if you're ever at the Pleasanton Farmers Market. Beware, the line can get long, but that's because their items are amazing!

Cute earthy vibe. There are a couple small patio-type tables and chairs, a sofa corner, fun signs to look at. The chalkboard menus showed a variety of natural drinks and a handful of healthy food options, but you have to look around because there are several boards. Since they specialize in juice drinks, the sound of the blender is cray cray LOUD in the small cafe that they must not have heard our order. We ordered 2 drinks and basically received 2 similar drinks that were of the wrong sizes. They were tasty, but it would've been nice to get what we ordered. I would return when I'm in the area. I would just double-check to make sure they got my order right before they made it!

I recently discovered one of the Bay Area's best kept secrets. 100% Kona Coffee, right here in our…read moreown backyard. I'm talking about Mokulele Farms Kona Coffee. Who are they? Quite simply, they are a husband and wife team who splits their time between the Big Island of Hawaii and Pleasanton. They own a small farm in Kona, complete with acres of coffee trees that grow from volcanic rock, producing coffee that has been certified as 100% Kona (meaning it is not blended with other types of coffee beans). After the coffee is grown, picked, roasted and packaged, they bring it to Pleasanton where they sell it at the local farmers' market and other events. That's where we become the winners. Having the chance to purchase a half-pound or one-pound bag of this amazing whole bean coffee, direct from the farmers is extremely rare on the mainland. But that's exactly what you get when you buy from Mokulele Farms. The coffee itself has a wonderful aroma that is only outdone by its smooth taste and rich flavor. Oh, and by the way. They also sell wonduful tasting, fresh macadamia nuts, that are also grown on their farm in Kona. These macadamias are full of natural flavor and are even bigger than the over-roasted, salty ones that you find in the supermarket. I also found out that Mokulele Farms sells their products online through their website. So if you can't get out to the farmers' market, you can order right from home. Don't be fulled by the other so-called Kona Coffee's out there. Mokulele Farms 100% Kona Coffee is certified as such and you will find that every drop of this amazing coffee is well-worth every cent that you pay for it.

I have been purchasing this wonderful delight from Debbie, which will respond personally via email, for the last 3 years. I'm very happy and pleased with the service but moreover, the product. I hope they don't get too big and outgrow the personalized serve and next door neighbor feel.

I came here to try their most popular menu: Himalayan Chiya (hot) w/ almond milk- less sweet, not too much spice, yet comforting to drink since I had a dry throat earlier. Our recent visits have been to return for the avocado smoothie, which is not a common drink offering at Boba places, and popcorn chicken. The avocado smoothie is okay and not the best, however, it will do given none of the nearby places offer this drink. But the real winner is their popcorn chicken which comes with a decently sized-portion and the batter is perfect in amount and flavor. We don't particularly like our food spicy, so we always request for them to not add additional pepper sprinkled on top. That makes it perfect for us. However, if you like your food more spicy, definitely let them know. The only way to do this is if you order directly through a cashier or you somehow get their attention before they finish your order. Otherwise, ordering through the kiosk does not allow you to input any special requests. Service is not particularly fast especially when they get bombarded by the students from the middle schools and high school in the afternoon. I have yet to try their milk tea, but I haven't come to want to take the chance given one of my favorites is not that far of a walk from Honi-Bear. In any case, the location is great in the heart of downtown to treat ourselves to some drinks and snacks!

Our drinks were made in what seemed like seconds. However, they were still extremely good quality and the guava puree was delicious. The matcha was excellent, and very smooth. I asked for light ice and they delivered. I did not get a chance to try my friend's drink but she said it was her new favorite tea shop, and that she would be back. I will also be back for sure, since I'm in the area relatively often. Junbi has a ton of unique drinks even for those who aren't matcha lovers, so you are bound to find a drink for your palate.
