Customer Service was good. The guy at the counter was polite and helpful. The boba... was not great. The drink itself wasn't great either. I ordered my drink half sweet (which I do at every boba place) but instead of less sweet, it just tasted like they added a bunch of ice to the smoothie or something. However for the context of a no-sitting venue at a mall This was a good option out of those available. Prices were modest, $7-8 per item. The portion sizes are huge and the flavor has that distinct white pepper taste that is pretty authentic for Taiwanese cuisine. - Snow Balls - The name is a little bit misleading as you would think this is a cold item but its actually fried tofu with teriyaki sauce on top. On first bite it almost seems like a vegetarian takoyaki, but I do have to say that the tofu is so soft and works so well with the fried (salty) and sweet sauce. Not bad at all.
