This place is easy to find in the mall but does seem to have long lines (depending on the time and day). I came here a couple weekends ago and had a great experience. Although the line can get long, it goes pretty quickly. The menu is easy to read and offers a wide selection of drinks and food options (view the menu from the TV screen located on the wall). They have the different topping options displayed near the front counter and the different picture displays of all the drinks. Service was great and my drink was ready in little as 3 minutes after my order. I also love that you can add ice cream to most of the milk tea drinks for an additional charge. I came here and ordered popcorn chicken, waffle fries, steak fries, and a water, which came out to almost 20 bucks! then I come back up and ask for an additional cup of ice water and he tried to charge me a dollar! This Quickly in the mall is always poppin'. Lines normally block half of the pathway. People often park near the Forever 21 due to it being one of the first parking lots off the freeway if you're taking 680 South so this entrance normally has a good amount of foot traffic. I do not suggest getting any food here. Lots of people seem to order food whenever we sit at their tables and people watch. Normally they take a while (most Quicklys do) and people really don't seem to like standing around for that long. Normally drinks are on point and come out promptly. Disappointed with this location. Took forever to get our drinks and on top of this, they have a new 2 tastes slushy series. A chocostrawberry ( or chocolate and strawberry) slushy, I ordered it only to have the cashier ask me What it was. Oh, Quickly's. The fast food of boba places. Every now and then you got to try the bad in order to appreciate the good. Ordered the almond milk tea. Inverted it a couple of times to mix it.The boba tasted like it hadn't been cooked all the way. The almond milk tea was super sweet, but I think the best part was when I reached the bottom, I ended up slurping up a slurry of sugar crystals and almond powder that shorted out my taste buds. Thankfully, Dublin has come a long way (remember when it was just Quickly's and Tapioca Express?) and there are plenty of other boba places to check out in the area. But when we came today this service was very poor employees acted like they didn't understand basic English they didn't have any bags if you had your things to go in with we got was a hot bowl. I used to love Quickly, but ever since other boba places in the area started opening up, slipped down to the bottom of my list. I've become somewhat of a boba snob, and learned to appreciate when boba shops use fresh ingredients vs powders. I really only come here when I'm really craving for a milk tea or snack food, and don't want to drive anywhere, since I work right across the street. I came here for lunch today to try out the breaded fried tofu (called the "snowball"). It was pretty good, I just wish it was seasoned a little more or if it came with a sauce. Came here after a long debate and decided to try some never-seen-before steak fries at Quickly's! After what seemed to be 5 minutes of standing, we got our drink and our food shortly after. Don't be fooled, "steak fries" does not translate to carne Asada fries or even largely cut fries. They gave us normal sized fries with no seasoning whatsoever; it tasted like potato without salt. We confronted them about our so called "steak fries" to find out that they didn't even know what steak fries were. This place almost killed me. I ordered some pop corn chicken and they gave me chicken steak. I was in the hospital for 3 days and I had severe diarrhea with blood in it and I was throwing up blood. My stomach was in extreme pain. I shitted about 50 times. This lasted for a whole week long. I had to provide my doctor a stool sample and my doctor called me 3 days later to tell me I had Campylobacter. The meat they served me was contaminated. I was placed on 6 different medications. I saw this new option of Flirty milk: another way of saying fruit milk. Being very easy of syrups being used at places like this, I asked what fresh fruit was available. She said watermelon and avocado, so I asked if I could have fresh fruit be made into a flirty milk. She said sure, and it turned out amazing! Will definitely come back for more next time. A small Quickly branch open at level F between a Thai restaurant and Surf City Squeeze. They have a limited drink menu, and small snack menu. What is great is they offer ranch, sweet chili, ketchup and Sriracha as your dipping sauce options. At most other locations, they only offer ketchup and Sriracha sauce.
