Yummy boba and milk tea!!! My husband and I love coming here while we shopping at the mall! I love that they offered so many different type of drinks and food here. I would highly recommend the coffee milk tea and fresh avocado snow with their honey boba!!!Lobster balls are also must have!! You will never go wrong with these combination. Service was friendly, attentive and informative! read more

Great addition to the mall! The worker who helped us was very friendly. I got a bubble milk tea w/o boba. I liked it. It was just right. My bro got a thai milk tea w/ boba. It was good as well, way better than the one at the actual quickly in tracy where it always tastes watered down. They put way too much boba tho. This place is right by surf city squeeze. We were supposed to go to surf city until we saw the huge price increase on their drinks. Luckily we saw someone drinking quickly so we looked for this place on the directory and found it. read more

This place has the worst milk tea... the service was bad and they gave us the wrong drink and wont exchange it for us. Their popcorn chicken and fried calamari wasn't crunchy... worst experience ever! read more

I ordered super snow boba, the lady mixed it and when she couldn't fill the cup she just added ice..I throw it away I didn't taste any flavor just ice. read more

When I lived in Danville this was my go to boba place! The popcorn chicken is simply divine and their vanilla snow with strawberry exploding boba was always a smash! Great place I totally recommend everyone tries it. Even if you aren't a milk tea person like me, they got many great choices. read more

I was going to add two stars but you know what, not worth it. Don't go here, it's not worth it. I ordered spicy popcorn chicken only to be told they didn't have chili powder by this rude ass teenager. I get it you hate your job but at least fake a damn smile when telling me I ordered a cut up spicy chicken steak without the spiciness. Then to the girl that is walking around talking to her co workers. GURLLLLLL, please do not touch your hair around the damn food. I'm surprise y'all don't wear hair nets because fixing your damn braids around the food is soooo unsanitary. I don't expect to get anything out of this. I do hope that the managers, owners, whatever can go through their health codes especially article 5 & 6 section 113967 & 113973. read more

This place is amazing, stopped by here before a couple months ago and now just stopping again the other day on Friday 11/18 and the great service from one of the staff never changed. She's very hard worker and deserves to be recognize and given a raise. She's always got a smile on, always friendly to customers, great at suggesting drinks & snacks, the list goes on. The way she makes the drinks is right on point also fast pace where she keeps balance to get our drink made quickly like it supposed to. She deserves a raise for her hard work. Her name is SINCERE sorry if I misspelled it but yeah that's who I'm talking about. read more

LAST TIME I COME HERE. So yesterday I came in and ordered Pop corn chicken along with two teas. I got my two teas 5 minutes later and sat back down while I waited for the pop corn chicken. 10 minutes passed and then nothing. 15 minutes later and pop corn chicken was ready and as I get up to get it I realized it wasn't mine but someone who had ordered before me (fine no problem). So I'm standing by the register as I see the employees just laugh and take their sweet time put some chicken in the fryer thinking finally it's mine. 5 minutes later it's ready and I realize it's still not mine as someone else that was after me gets it. At this point I'm pissed because I've waited over 20 minutes for my damm chicken and I'm on a 30 minute lunch. Another 5 minutes pass by and the chicken is ready and as the employee calls out the chicken she tries to hand it out to another customer that was after me and says the chicken is not hers as I tell her excuse me that's mine. She holds the chicken as if I was going to snatch it from her and I tell her I've been waiting over 25 minutes for the chicken and that i had ordered it along with the two teas. Finally she hands it to me and doesn't apologize and I walk away. If you're going to wait 30 minutes for chicken I suggest you go to KFC which is 5 mins away. An apology would've been nice at the moment. read more

So, bubble tea has come to Stoneridge, yay! Except, meh. There are now quite a few places in Pleasanton that have better drinks and way, way better service. Here is the problem. The drink places inside the mall tend to be very busy. But this place just cannot handle the traffic. The line gets long, the one girl working there gets overwhelmed and things just snowball downhill from there. The last time I was there was mid afternoon on a weekday, but there she was, slammed again. Poor thing, I bet she's applying at Starbucks right now. read more

Go here if you like moldy rice in your milk boba tea. So today I ordered a milk boba tea which was good at first until i felt something in my mouth that i knew definitely wasn't boba bubbles. It was a grain of rice I found out once i took it out of my mouth but it had a mucus like casing around it and had an undertone of green. (Ew omg i almost threw up) I hadn't eaten rice in a week so I was sure it did not come from my mouth. I went to the person in charge at Quickly and asked that I either get a refund or at least give me a different drink instead if she could. She gave me a look and told me that if there were ANY MORE ABNORMAL FOODS in the boba tea then she would refund me, but if there wasn't, she would CALL SECURITY. I have only been here twice and did not give her any attitude at all and actually wanted to tip her if she did give me a refund. So she strained it and told me that there was no other foods in the drink. She then proceeded to roll her eyes when i asked if she was sure. I saw that there wasn't anything else in the drink anymore but was still disgusted by the thought that a moldy piece of rice was in my drink. With the worst and b*tchiest attitude possible she told me that there was nothing and that i should leave. I did but am pissed that i did not get a refund or at least a different drink after this disgusting encounter. Please don't go here if you don't want moldy rice in your drink and a rude manager. read more

Worst service EVER! While deciding my order with my boyfriend i was told i could "speak to her face". I let this go thinking it was just miscommunication whilst ordering. I ordered popcorn chicken, spam musubi, and milk tea no boba. My drink was up and they had made thai tea. I asked if they please remake my drink again and i was told "do you think we'll make a new drink for you after i've made your order?" I explained it was just a mere mistake and miscommunication and the women continues to roll her eyes and me and explain "no customer will come and order this drink you must take it". I tried to explain that i could not have that certain drink due to an allergy and she continued to roll her eyes at me and give me attitude!! I was completely fed up with this woman so i followed through with an refund with a half ass "sorry". Usually i love my quickly's chain in Stockton but this is by far the worse experience i've received from any food chain & i highly do NOT recommend this location. I am extremely disappointed. read more

This was our 2nd attempt with this place, thinking that our first try was no good due to it being midday midweek. This time I ordered an almond milk tea being that I'm lactose intolerant, ordered with no ice and no sweetener. It is not actually almond milk it is some sweet dairy with almond extract/syrup taste added. I couldn't drink half of a regular size with out feeling sick. I'll be sticking with T4 from now on. read more

It is not a visit to Stoneridge Shopping Center without a stop at quickly. The Thai tea is so good! I am not a big fan of boba but you can request for a drink without it so that's a plus! They also have rice bowls now, teriyaki is recommended! read more

Five cuz Erika feels bad about not being able to give 4.8 stars. Mainly she thought the taro tea could have been made slightly better. It was pretty good tho.. I think lol. Quicklys is awesome but expect inflated prices cuz it's a mall. read more

this review on behalf of my son, who ordered a piece of fried chicken and a drink. upon finding a hair in his chicken he approached the counter and was treated very rudely by the employee. they then went down the path of having to quibble over the fact that he had already drank the soda so wasnt going to be reimbursed for that, but since the two came as a package they were trying to figure out how to just refund the chicken part. it quickly got to where my son, seeing there were people waiting in line on a busy night, decided to just take the loss, but did want the story to be told. the main point was that bringing up the issue, while trying to be polite was returned with hostility and threats to call security even. they kept on with the spiel "hey, you were NEVER charged for the hair!" (jk i added that last line:-) read more

Ordered a hot beverage to go ans happily went on my way back home toward Hayward. As I was drinking the beverage I noticed it was only slightly above room temperture, as if it was only microwaved. (Which it turns out it was). I came back the next day as anyone would to get a refund for an unsatisfactory product. I asked what the refund policy was, and the male employee said twenty four hours. Alright fair enough right? I was there within twenty four hours, had my receipt and even the original unfinished beverage! I showed him everything and spoke to what I assume was the manager. He then turns around and said it was only for the "same day" could I get a refund! I pointed out his contridiction and at this point he's just trying to get me to leave and directed me to mall security (as if they were going to refund me?) I simply went to mall managment who was kind enough to speak with managment who at first only wanted to exchange my drink for another free one (which I of course turned down the first one was bad enough) I eventually got my refund after two days of back ans forth with them. And this was all over $3.75!!Crazy! Im a franchise owner myself, regardless if your business is foodservice or retail, state your policy clearly! read more

Love the fresh watermelon slush and Thai milk tea there. But the favorite part is they have sweet potato fries, must try it!

Love love love this particular QUICKLY! The wonderful owners used to have a QUICKLY in San Ramon which was my first taste of tapioca milk tea and boy did I become addicted. The owners Claire and Andy are very nice and they hired very friendly people. I was saddened that they sold their San Ramon location and am only able to visit the Stoneridge location occasionally. I tried the T4 which is where their old location used to be but I just can't find anything there that equals my favorite, PINK PRINCESS drink : ( I sure miss them being close by. read more
