In absolute bliss after taking my first bite of their Pandan waffle. It actually has pandan flavor and subtle coconut flakes. I would come here just for that. Tip: it's still good if you take it home; just pop it in the toaster for a minute! Those Millie crepes however are super tiny! It's a little different but not I would go out of my way for. Offerings: milk tea, matcha series, brown sugar, crème brûlée, coffee, smoothies, slushies, fruit series, butterfly tea, tea, various toppings Drink: tiger crème brûlée (6.99) 50% sugar, less ice. -mix of Thai milk tea, crème brûlée (cream & custard), brown sugar reads the description. -thai (milk) tea was mildly present. 50% brown sugar was just right. lst place visited that allowed brown sugar to be adjusted assuming it was brown sugar that was adjusted. -creme brûlée wasn't traditional. The deconstruction of ingredients occurs before the pouring of custard, cream, Thai milk tea, brown sugar in layers. Not a carmelized sugar topping on top of the usual custard. *wasn't sure if it was to be shaken or stirred, so I did both. Velvety with a whirl of custard & cream with a zap of decadent brown sugar. 4.5 stars the best of all the TZT teas drank so far. I came here for their opening day and it was busy! I saw an advertisement on Instagram about their opening and I thought it was so cool that they had a bunch of festivities with the lion and dragon dance plus their special promo BOGO free. They also had cake from 85 degrees to celebrate! Teazentea has both a kiosk to order and a cashier, so up to you how you would like to order. Thank you to the lady exiting the boba shop that mentioned it was quicker to order with cashier, you saved me at least half an hour! With the help of the cashier, I ordered the pink dragon with boba and the taro milk tea with boba with 25% sweetness and less ice. It's always great when the boba shop can customize its sweetness and ice levels! Super refreshing and the boba was the perfect texture, chewy, sweet, and not hard. It's also a pretty sizable shop with plenty of seating, cute neon lights decor, clean restrooms, and a mix of sit down tables and chairs and bar seating. The parking lot is a little small and with the crowd, I had to park across the street. Even the street parking was taken but it is opening day so otherwise it shouldn't be an issue. You can order through the kiosk or at the front counter, but it may be a bit quicker on their kiosk. Not much customer service - the employee behind the counter seems like she did not want to be there and was not the most approachable or friendly, while another employee was sitting at one of the table and he was talking in a loud and obnoxious manner. I originally came here to study, but it was a bit hard to concentrate, due to the employee, who kept talking loudly and obnoxiously. At first, it may seem like a chill spot to study, since it was spacious inside with plenty of seating as well, but no available wifi, so that was a bummer. I ordered the green milk tea with boba, since I remember the drink being decent on my last visit. The milk tea was not the best, as it tasted a bit bitter and watered down, and it was not that cold either - the boba was a bit too chewy / soft. read more

Dalgona coffee 50% sweetness light ice - still much too sweet for me. But it has a nice flavor. Peach milk tea 75% sweetness light ice - unfortunately they forgot the syrup the first time around. So I came back to ask them to add the syrup and they did so no problem. It was ok. But not as good as regular milk tea. Until 9/24 they offered 20% off your order. The only downside is they are located in a mall with small parking lot. So time your visit accordingly. read more

After months of anticipation TeaZenTea Dublin finally opened! So of course, my family being boba drink lovers, had to go give it a try. We went on the opening weekend and took advantage of the BOGO deal. Despite of it being a full house of patrons, the staff was very quick to help everyone. The inside is open and has plenty of seating spots. Out of the extensive menu of drinks, we ordered Pink Dragon, Ube Taro, and Hokkaido Brown Sugar. The drinks had great flavors and not all that sweet even at full sweetness level. Boba also had a really nice texture. So, for the first try, I liked it a lot. I used the kiosk to order. I tried the taro milk drink today with less sugar and ice. It was ok as I think I can only do fresh taro drinks. After you start to drink fresh tea and drinks, you no longer care for powder form, that is my preference. If you are ok with powder drinks for taro, then this place is for you. I can't comment on other drinks that I haven't tried yet. But inside the store has great atmosphere and cute seating and air conditioning is great on a hot heated week in the Bay Area. Overall, I would come back to try another drink that is not powder form. I should have asked the cashier what drinks are not powdered form. read more
