After months of anticipation TeaZenTea Dublin finally opened! So of course, my family being boba drink lovers, had to go give it a try. We went on the opening weekend and took advantage of the BOGO deal. Despite of it being a full house of patrons, the staff was very quick to help everyone. The inside is open and has plenty of seating spots. Out of the extensive menu of drinks, we ordered Pink Dragon, Ube Taro, and Hokkaido Brown Sugar. The drinks had great flavors and not all that sweet even at full sweetness level. Boba also had a really nice texture. So, for the first try, I liked it a lot. Hope they keep up the quality and I'll be trying other ones on the menu very soon! read more

This TeaZenTea location is in a small plaza - a bit hidden at first, but the bright lights makes them more noticeable. They have a simple exterior with a clean, modern, and spacious interior. You can order through the kiosk or at the front counter, but it may be a bit quicker on their kiosk. Not much customer service - the employee behind the counter seems like she did not want to be there and was not the most approachable or friendly, while another employee was sitting at one of the table and he was talking in a loud and obnoxious manner. I originally came here to study, but it was a bit hard to concentrate, due to the employee, who kept talking loudly and obnoxiously. At first, it may seem like a chill spot to study, since it was spacious inside with plenty of seating as well, but no available wifi, so that was a bummer. I ordered the green milk tea with boba, since I remember the drink being decent on my last visit. The milk tea was not the best, as it tasted a bit bitter and watered down, and it was not that cold either - the boba was a bit too chewy / soft. read more

Stopped by today for the grand opening after seeing an Instagram ad for the bogo deal. I pass by this place almost daily, and was looking forward to it finally opening! They were pretty busy, with the option to purchase through the kiosk, or with the cashier. Although they were slammed, they were all working so hard to get drinks out, and I think they did a great job, as the wait was not as long as I anticipated. I used the kiosk to order. I tried the taro milk drink today with less sugar and ice. It was ok as I think I can only do fresh taro drinks. After you start to drink fresh tea and drinks, you no longer care for powder form, that is my preference. If you are ok with powder drinks for taro, then this place is for you. I can't comment on other drinks that I haven't tried yet. But inside the store has great atmosphere and cute seating and air conditioning is great on a hot heated week in the Bay Area. My friend and I got a coconut milk tea and a Vietnamese coffee here. Honestly, both were super bland. It feels like they're catering to people who don't like strong tea or coffee flavors because the drinks were so watered down. Oh, and they charge an extra $1 for no ice, like, what? Most bubble tea spots don't even do that. And even with that, the taste wasn't any better. That said, the vibe is cute, and the service is really nice, so if you're looking for a chill spot to hang out and chat, it's not a bad choice. This was my first time visiting this location and the interior was really pretty. There was plenty of seating and it would be a cute place to meet a friend for boba. It was decorated for Halloween and they had some themed drinks. I opted for the bloody matcha which was a strawberry matcha latte with strawberry drizzle. It wasn't overly sweet which I enjoyed. I also got a mango summer which had fresh fruit inside and perfect sweetness at 25% for my taste. The only issue is parking gets crowded on weekdays with the other businesses but luckily I got the last spot. I will be back to try other drinks. read more

We ordered a few drinks and enjoyed them all. My strawberry green tea was refreshing but I wish the tea was stronger. The store is clean and newly remodeled, exceptionally comfortable to hangout with friends and a really good place to just chill and relax. I came in here a week ago because I had an Appt nearby, noticed Teazentea took over the old Starbucks location. I attached both Snow White x2 + regular ice + 25% sweetness with no topping. Drinks were good and 25% sweetness was perfect. Food: I ordered 1 order of impossible curly fries which I attached a picture. Very interesting dish coming from a vegetarian however the flavors of guacamole + sour cream + orange colored sauce didn't quite go well with the curly fries. So I get why the dish was called, "Impossible curly fries" however the impossible ground meat looked skimped. I'm not a professional food critic, but this dish was all over the place and the taste was awful. Maybe, have an option for curly fries + ketchup = would sell better. I also purchased Teazentea's Veg popcorn chicken, which was somewhat okay, but for the price could have placed a little bit more. I don't have a picture, but when I received the Veg popcorn chicken in a container looked like the person scattered to make it look like I was getting a lot, but you could tell I was getting less. I was also given this orange sauce however the flavor wasn't there. Maybe need more salt + something else. I have eaten Vegan dishes that were much more flavorful. There are so many options for milk tea and boba in Dublin, but TeaZenTea has become our go-to spot since their soft opening. A guilty pleasure of mine from TeaZenTea are their indulgent creme brûlée matcha or taro drinks. I have also tried the fruit teas and milk teas and everything has been very solid. The staff is friendly and approachable. There have been times early on when I have asked to adjust the sweetness of a drink and the people working were very accommodating to make the necessary adjustments so that I leave the store satisfied. The shop is located in a small plaza with ample parking. The IG-worthy interior is spacious with plenty of tables and seating to study or just hang out. I came here 3 times and all 3 times were disappointment. STAFFs issue. Let me break it down: 1st time during the opening - Drinks took over 35 mins (understandable since it's the opening, so we gave them another chance) 2nd about a month after - After waiting 20 mins for the order, the staff said they were making our drink right now. We waited another 10 mins to realized they messed up and gave our drinks to the doordasher. Spent another 10 mins waiting for them to make our drinks. 3rd time just last week - we ordered online ahead of time. Went in to pick up and there was no other customer in there. The staff (probably a highschool kid) was standing there pretending to pack and seemed to have ABSOLUTELY no customer service skill. She didn't greet us, nor letting us know that the status of our order. Orders "to go" are supposed to be free of sales tax ( Regulation 1603 (c) 1-A) "1996". It's been optional since 1996. But some business owners are unaware of this and apply tax against their customers anyways. So that's a bit annoying to get hit with a 10%+ unneeded tax on my already pricey drinks. That aside, that atmosphere is great, couches and tables, window bar tables, very spacious, the employees are friendly, they have dual bathrooms and parking .
