I've came across this place many times on Yelp, but never knew where it was exactly until I finally walked by it the other day. It's next to Salt & Straw on the ground level. I was excited to try it, but unfortunately the food was a little disappointing. I ordered the golden toast and a passion fruit/mango smoothie (forgot the name) and they both tasted bland and I guess, too "healthy". I was expecting more flavors than this. However, the service was excellent. The young lady at the counter was super sweet and friendly. She really made my day! I will come back and try their açaí bowl next time. The staff here is super friendly, and made some suggestions on healthy meals. They convinced me to get a Blueberry Bliss for about $9.00 it was pretty tasty, but also pretty heavy on the protein flavor. It also includes blueberry, banana, almond butter, and milk. Ordered a lean green and it tasted rancid. I'm pretty sure the ingredients were old. It tasted sour like spoiled milk. Service was friendly but it doesn't seem like anyone is taking inventory of how long the ingredients have been opened and re sealed. Go to Joes Juice instead. Went to go check out the new earthbar location and absolutely loved it! Went in for a smoothie but ended up trying the bulletproof coffee (a new drink offered exclusively at this location) and it was the best coffee I've had in my life! Tasted super buttery yet is dairy free (made with coconut extracts) and very filling! This is probably my favorite earthbar location so far due to the very neat organization of the store, as well as the fast and friendly service. Everything is set up to expedite quality service. Moved from SF a while back and was used to the very high standard that Earthbar has obtained. It's the place I go to after every workout at Equinox. But I was highly disappointed at this location. I had to return my protein smoothie as the person didn't even measure up the ingredients. She only looked at the menu and took a wild guess. When I returned it I changed my order to something more basic and the only apology I got was "yeah I didn't know why it turned out that way, maybe I should add more ice next time?". No you should maybe ask your manger for the exact ingredients list so you know how much of each ingredient you're putting in my 7-8$ smoothie. Very very disappointed! Staff needs severe training from the city staff. Açaí bowl was good however. Wish this location would have the same food, salad and veggie snack options as the other locations. read more

This store is inside The Lot, inside Equinox! I had a heck of a time finding it. More aptly I would give a 4.75 since they didn't have any FULL veggie juices (in my book that's why I go to smoothie/juice spots). They only had cold pressed with veggies with apple or other fruits. However, their mission statement "At the core of everything we do is a commitment to your health and well-being, energy and vitality, love of life, and love of planet Earth" is just beautiful. They did have some amazing products including glass straws for sale, herbal adaptogen drinks, and a chaga mushroom iced coffee. Oh! They also carry Celsius which I really enjoy. He made a suggestion and made it exactly how I like my smoothies. Since that day, I make it down 2 or 3 days a week. I always look forward to seeing Ernest and having him suggest something tasty to drink. The Earth Bar also has specials on items, buy 2 get one free. Who doesn't like something free. I've tried Earthbar in different locations, but when I heard they were opening one in San Ramon me and my bestie decided to check it out. We went in there and we can honestly say this place will definitely be our go-to-place to get a smoothie after a workout! We use the gym alot, so it's convenient having the Equinox gym right upstairs! The staff who took care of our orders were super friendly and gave us excellent customer service! We tried out the Acai Bowl and the Flax Master smoothie and we loved it! We will definitely be changing our location to this Earthbar! I love that we will be having Earthbar right downstairs when we need our pre or post workout drinks whenever we work out! read more
