The store hours say 10 AM but I've been here numerous times and probably the last four times I've been there between 1030 1040 and the store still wasn't open. You can call them but the phone gives busy or says they're on the line helping someone, but there's nobody in the store. I've been here twice and they've been open but it's been like around noon. read more

Over the weekend I went this location and made a few purchases. I went to Sprouts (Nextdoor) and then forgot my supplement bag in my grocery cart Someone was kind enough to bring my bag back to GNC where they called me and said they'd keep it there with my name on it. Idk, I guess I expected it to be stolen or just disappear, but everyone was super nice and happy to help. Thank you! read more

Waited 35 minutes past opening for someone. No one is even working at this store. Should be marked as closed or shutdown.

If you're reading this as the owner of the store, I ask you to please shut down this store. 12/10/2022 Saturday, I called at 3pm and a guy picked up saying he's there, I told him great I'll be in 15 mins. Arrived at 3:15pm, no one in the store. Then we went to next door eating Pho, 30 mins later, still no one shows up. In this time, there were more than 10 different families stopped by this location. If you can't run this business, just close it so not wasting people's time and gas. read more

Very good products. Very good service and knowledgable from employees. Went in Sunday 1/23: The one thing is I went in to exchange a bottle and they left the receipt behind their side of the counter. I called a few hours later and they had thrown the receipt out. Though I trust the products, I still had one bottle, of the five, I wanted to exchange and I could not since the physical receipt was thrown away. read more

Never really enjoyed shopping here. Here is what to expect: 1. A warm welcome, and a quick questionnaire of what vitamins and supplements you take. 2. A long explanation of why you need to by 100 things in the store otherwise your an idiot. I came in here a few months ago to buy a carb powder for my wife and I; it's easy to scoop into our water for long distance runs. Much easier to carry than a loaf of bread. The guy made me feel incredible dumb for not just eating my cabs regularly (which I do) and that the powder is worthless. Then he tried to sell me 100$ worth of vitamins. He also said "look at me bro.. Take advice from someone who looks like me. Don't take advice from someone who doesn't look like you want to look like". Great sales tactic. Not until recently did I have an encounter with a guy who works here (who helped me on my las visit) who isn't pushy and doesn't try to sell me a bunch of crap. I come in to buy protein powder, and that's it. He allows me to do that without feeling dumb, and I wish GNC would hire more people who care about listening to a customer (like this guy does) rather than pushing stuff down my throat (like all my other experiences). In all.. I go here because it's convenient, and I get 10% with the gold card. Other than that, vitamin shoppe is a much better experience. read more

I dropped by this place because I happened to get a parking spot right in front. I was in the area because I was due for an appointment at European Wax Center (which is FABULOUS by the way). I am quite happy to find the informative customer service I received. I was helped to make decisions (which is not an easy task) even plan meals to get results. After I purchased premium CLA and carnitine 1000, I looked up the amounts to double check since I wanted to make sure I would hit up the GLA. All is good. I think the one gentleman, who I forgot his name, seemed knowledgeable about fitness & nutrition and was committed. He stayed an hour off the clock to be helpful and discuss with me, answering any questions I had. read more

I've been going to GNC for three years and am a Gold member. I recently went to this store (San Ramon) to return a product that was giving me cramps. The "manager" (as he calls himself) Michael was argumentative and down right rude. He wasted my time by running my cards over and over, then in the middle of "helping" me decided to help another customer whom had just come in the door. In the end, he refused to give me a refund or offer to replace with a substitute product...in fact he told me to leave the store. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my entire life. This guy was a complete A$$troll. Do yourself a favor and go to a different GNC. read more

Really bad lately. Keep trying to stop at store and always a be back later sign. Called in tonight to make sure someone was at the shop and that they closed 8. Drive 15 minutes out to the store and got there at 7:50 and store was already close. So angry right now after calling to confirm them employee closes early. Been trying to pick up protein last two weeks but this is just a joke. read more

Love this location. I put in a request to be notified when a case of my favorite energy drinks would arrive only to be called a few days later letting me know they had them. Turns out, one of the employees drove to a different store about 20 miles away and picked up a case there for me to bring back to my home store. AMAZING customer service. read more

I wanted to return my milk thistle I had a bad reaction to it. Melissa the manager was cery rude she couldn't even get me a refund and plus my grandpa passed away and couldn't return it early because of the death if my grandparent. Rude customer service and need to retrained. read more

Be extremely careful when dealing with this store. They will tell you when you buy the product that you can return any unused portion for a full refund. The thing they forget to tell you is the return has to be done within 30 days. Most of the time it takes the product 3 to 6 weeks to work. With that in mind, it is often times impossible to try the product and return it within 30 days. The return policy has no substance. read more

I just came in to GNC to get some protein bars and an appetite suppressant and I was so pleased with the service I received! Michael was so attentive to my needs and very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store. He gave honest feedback and was a great listener. The store was very clean, organized and well stocked, including the Combat Crunch Birthday Cake protein bars which Nutri Shop in Dublin doesn't carry. It was my first time in and I wanted to get back on track with my health, I went in not knowing what to expect and left very pleased. Everyone working was super friendly and helpful, Michael their manager was very knowledgeable about products and got me such a good deal too! I came in here a few months ago (my review is a little late..i forgot to write one until now! oops...) so anyways.. I came in here looking for a protein shake to build lean muscle... a nice girl came up and helped me. I explained to here I did not want to get big and muscly.. I just wanted to get leaner and stronger. She gave me a couple of options which were all awesome!! I ended up going with the AMP whey... cookies &cream and chocolate! I wish i remembered the girls name because was so AWESOME! read more
