AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Livermore, California

This store is conveniently located in the shopping center where Ulta and Crate & Barrel Outlet are across the street from the main outlets. Plenty of parking here, not a super busy or crowded mall. I had to cancel a service and was able to handle it over the phone. They now have a service where they call you back instead of you waiting on the phone. They will text you updates on the wait estimate and when they are going to call you. It was pretty accurate. My call back was about an hour and 15 min. I didn't mind that compared to waiting on the line and they did call back on time. The customer service person was friendly and professional. Local to California which I liked compared to an overseas call center. If you need to return equipment, you can take it to this store location. They will also partially credit you if you cancel service before your prepaid date. They will mail a gift card. My advice, try to do as much online and then go to the store as needed. I used AI and that was helpful to get some info first. read more

If I could give more than 5 stars to this store, I would. I want to shout out our sales associate, "Josh". When I tell you I have never had an AT&T experience that was so smooth, informative, and overall an exciting and pleasant experience. I came in with my parents to see our eligibility for upgrading our phones this year, and Josh not only helped us with that, but also examined our monthly payments and managed to save us money with various promos and ways to do so. The energy, way he spoke and carried himself, and also just how we were treated was really the best part of the entire customer experience. This location is in a great area, definitely a slower location too, so you are sure to be helped. 10000/10 goes out to Josh and the team at this location. We felt like we were taken care of and treated like family. Shoutout Josh! read more

I like this place is rarely crowded. There are usually 2 service people in there. I've gone there to purchase a phone and also upgrade. Do they help you get a better price ? Help you look into your account to explore options--- no. Best to search your self. To get some basic help its a convenient location to my house. read more

Convenient location but poor service. I definitely would not come again. Walked in on a weekday afternoon to make a change to my account to see one employee working with a customer and another customer waiting ahead of me. Not a problem, but then I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes - and the entire time the employee so much as wave a hello to me or the other party ahead. With nothing left to look at in the store at that point I even went on a walk around the plaza and came back another 30 minutes later to see the employee still with the same customer, and just in time to see the other person who was waiting ahead of me walk out in a huff. Still no greeting from the employee. I understand when stores are understaffed but waiting almost 2 hours for assistance without being greeted at all is rude and far below expectation. read more

After being told "we are in the wrong type of store to transfer a line" at the Livermore location, we decided to give this AT&T storefront a try. The female employee who helped us was very knowledgeable on how to navigate the AT&T app, website, and was able to successfully get the line transferred in less than 15 minutes, all while training another employee. The customer service alone is reason enough to return to this store. read more

MURAD IS THE BEST! We went to TWO different stores before this with very unhelpful people and Murad was the only helpful person. He wasn't just helpful but went above and beyond to help us even as it was getting late. He didn't push us into anything we didn't want. He was incredibly helpful setting up my new phone and patient. We are planning on returning this week to have him help us out with my fiancés phone. Thank you so much Murad. You should be running this company! read more

AT&T Store - Setting up iPhone - Mobile Phones Near Me - Livermore, California

This is on behalf of the AT&T Staff in this location, Yuliana, Jared, Kayron, & Devynn. I want to personally thank all of them for taking the sincere time, appreciation, and help from my visit today along with my family. They were courteous, respectful, and had the upmost best customer service. Especially for military veterans and first responders. I want to personally thank the whole staff and Yuliana, the store manager, for setting the standard and excel in professionalism and work ethic. Especially dealing with clients who make the ultimate sacrifice and serving our country and keeping our communities safe as a First Responder. I strongly encourage everyone to visit this store branch for any cellular needs. This is the place to go to. Thank you all. Hope to see you all again in the future. Be safe always and happy holidays. read more

I purchased a new iPhone 13 from AT&T 30 days ago. When I woke up this morning the screen was black and I couldn't get it to turn on. I went to the Livermore store at 3030 W. Jack London at 9AM., the door was locked. I waited until 9:15 when Talea finally opened. I explained the issue and without looking at my phone or my account she said she can't help me. I would need to go to an apple store. I explained I have a loved one in the hospital, and I need my phone now she shrugged her shoulders. I asked her to call someone, but she refused. It seems they can sell the phone, but not warranty them. I've been a long time AT&T customer but will be switching to another provider. read more

I do not recommend going to this store. My family went there to simply upgrade their phones 2 months ago. Because we were on old plans, the Rep mentioned that she can upgrade us for free and it would include a hotspot. We mentioned that we didn't need one but she insisted since it wouldn't increase our bill and actually decrease it since we were on an old plan. She seemed courteous and eager to help us but she had her own internal plans to us that we were unaware of. We received our first bill and it was a little higher but we assumed it was normal since we upgraded phones and it would even out again so we paid it. Then, We received the second bill since our visit and it was over $150 more than usual. We knew something was off so we went to an AT&T retailer closer at a different location and they were very helpful. He helped us understand that the self serving Sales Rep from this location actually added another line to our phone that we were unaware of, added a hot spot to that line and added another hotspot to the one of the lines that we upgraded. She programmed my wife's phone to have an additional digital SIM which caused her to have issues when calling me or other people. It is very obvious that the Sales Rep scammed us to get a bigger commission check. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. The branch and district manager should be ashamed that had employees take advantage and blatantly lie to their clients without even thinking of the consequences this could cause to innocent people. I will never go to this branch and I suggest no one else does! The employees here do not have your best interest in mind, just their commission checks. Judging from the other comments here, it seems like they have staffing issues. It looks like they both struggle to have people there and from my experience they struggle with having good sales reps as well. read more

Horrible service. They don't acknowledge you when you walk in to the store. Only one employee at 6pm at night. Horrible.

The low rating has nothing to do with service but the lack of staffing at this location. Why on earth would you set up shop across the street for a shopping mall so busy it literally charters busses and then only staff your store on a weekend with one person who is literally always busy with someone or something is just plain stupid. Whoever the manager is here needs to to be schooled on how to properly staff for a weekend. Literally no excuses. read more

As much as I hate to give away my little secret, this new ATT location is dope. It's brand new (across from the outlets) and the staff is fantastic. I went after a bad experience at the Las Positas location and it was such a sigh of relief to walk in and actually get my issue handled. I worked with Ali S. who is fantastic. Really knowledgeable and so friendly. The manager (I believe her name was Vanessa, sorry!!) was equally helpful and kind. They were so awesome, we even came back and added more family members to the account. Highly recommend if you have att or are gona switch to come to this location :) read more

I wish I could give this store a 0 rating, and I wish I had read the other reviews before going in. For starters, this is not an official AT&T store. It is an authorized AT&T retailer. I learned this after my horrible experience. I bought two watches for my sons. Since they did not have them in the store, I purchased them through AT&T online. I couldn't get the cellular to connect so I brought them to this store. The girls that were helping me kept asking me why I didn't buy the watches through them. One of them played around with the watches and told me that this happens when we order the watches through the phone or website. She told me I should return them and buy them through her. Then, she would set them up for me. I knew what she was doing, but at that point, I just needed to get the watches connected so I did what she told me to do. I brought the watches back to her, and she STILL could not connect them. She directed me to the the Apple store. They set up everything on their end, and I had to go to an official AT&T store to get the cellular hooked up. I was very annoyed of course, but the worst part is that she activated the first 2 watches, so I was being charged for 4 watches, while AT&T hadn't received the returns. A month later my bill is showing at over $500 for all kinds of charges. I have been on the phone with AT&T for hours over this situation, and it still not resolved. This was all due to the representative at this store wanting to get a commission. It's just unbelievable that she would do such a thing! read more

The staff here is fantastic! Super joyful and energetic, and helpful beyond what is required! My mom and I went in for the new Apple watches and had to get them ordered; our service member Alonzo made the process so quick and we were in and out in about 20 minutes, leaving with smiles on our faces. This store is quickly becoming one of the best! read more

My husband purchased a new phone at the other livermore location and had a bad experience. His phone wouldn't transfer all his data. So today he had no phone. I brought it to this store and less than 2 hours later they called and it's ready to go. Thanks for being rock stars and fixing it for us so quickly! We appreciate your kindness and going the extra mile for us! read more

I definitely won't choose any service from this retailer while I walked in and waited for 5 minutes minutes without a greeting.

Joseph and Bianca truly are the best when it comes to correcting mistakes from other stores, definitely coming back and making sure my business gets handled here, they stayed over an hour after closing to make sure our needs are handled after switching into AT&T Thanks! read more

I visited this store, met with the manager, Yuliana. She was very helpful and friendly. She help me with the set up of 3 different phones. She also introduced me to the rest of her team. They were all great. She was very knowledgeable and made the process fun. All my needs were taken care of. I traded in phones, purchased accessories, and made new friends. I was taken care of very well. I felt like I was treated like family. I became to feel like I was among friends that I have known for years. I want to recommed visiting this store for what ever your needs may be. You will leave feeling like you you are a VIP. I know I did. read more

I had the dreaded cracked screen and was also due for an upgrade. I did not have a good experience at the Las Positas store when I previously upgraded, so I decided to head to this store because it had 5 star ratings despite it being farther for me to drive. I now understand why they had 5 stars. The staff were all so polite and very helpful. I dealt with the manager, Yuliana, and associate Sindy. There was another staff member in there who was being rudely yelled at by a customer and they all maintained their composure and professionalism. I can't rave about this store enough! read more
