My daughter had her screen replaced by Phone Hut a few weeks ago. They initially bad mouthed the store that had replaced her screen prior which was unprofessional. When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant. read more

I've been to this location twice. The first time, my phone was repaired no issues. I recently went back to replace the screen on another phone and not all the features worked after screen was replaced. The tech was not able to complete the repair so we agreed to return the following day to resolve the pending issue or issue a refund. When I went back the next day I was told they couldn't do anything because it was Sunday and they do not gaurantee all features will work after a screen replacement. I was promised a fully functional screen from the original manufacturer. Unfortunately, they were not willing to honor the agreement and I will have to look elsewhere for repairs. read more

I went on April 2 to get my iPhone 14 Pro Max LCD repaired, and less than three weeks later the screen gives out on me. I still have my receipt and everything and I gave this place a call and they said they would replace it for free. 10 minutes later I bring my phone to get it repaired and they said that they have to replace my screen all over again and charge me $100 for me "damaging the screen" when I had a case and screen protector on the phone the entire time. I got a fair estimate just went in today to get my battery fixed/replaced. Not only did the price remain as we agreed, but they went above and beyond. DO NOT GO THERE - NOT RECOMMENDED. Took my iPhone 14 Pro for just a simple screen repair. Just a simple screen replacement. They changed the screen and the phone started heat within 5 minutes. Took it back and they said we can fix it the next day since the screen they placed was not compatible. I asked why did they replace with such a screen - they had many excuses and then placed my old screen back and said they will give refund. After they replaced with my old screen they phone kept overheating and died within minutes!!!! I called back again with many excuses!! THIS simple screen replacement is not costing me more than a $1000. A certified Apple repair said they damaged some cable which caused it to overheat and now the board is damaged!! SCAM! I took my iPhone 15 to this place for a screen replacement. The phone worked fine before, just had a cracked screen (KEEP THIS IN MIND). After the repair (which took about an hour which is pretty quick), the screen was half-popped out. The repairer claimed this was normal since "only Apple has the exact screens so the screen will be popping out slightly and explained that its the same quality. Then, he mentioned the motherboard might be broken because the phone kept turning off. After leaving, I noticed the screws near the speakers were missing, so I went back, and he quickly screwed them in, admitting he forgot. Later at home, the phone wouldn't turn on at all. I took it to Apple, and they found the phone was missing a crucial component, and the screen was poor quality. Apple ended up replacing my phone entirely. DONT COME HERE. WASTE OF $180 read more

This place is amazing and trust very honest . My I phone wasn't charging since yesterday and I went to couple of places and they told me that I need a new battery with out even do any test or inspection to the battery and they said 3 - 5 days to get the battery. Soon I walked in at phone hut in Fremont, the guy inspected the battery and showed me that it's still got 85% life . He looked at the charging port and saw lots of dirt and sand inside . He cleaned it out and boom the phone is back charging in 5 minutes . I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I went to this store to rent a phone so that I could call Consumer Cellular to get help. I had ordered an iPhone from them and in the process of moving over to that from my Android phone I ended up with neither phone working. The manager was working that day and he fixed my phone rather than renting one to me. He was very knowledgeable. I had a very pleasant talk with him afterwards.
