I needed a full glass repair for my iPad and iMark came through clutch!! Mark even did pick up and drop off which made the process simple. Was upfront an honest about expectations considering that I bent the back side of the iPad as well. But considering the damage to the screen before I was more than satisfied with the outcome. I have a cracked front and back of my daughter's iPhone and with his great service, I came to my location to pick up the iPhone and service the phone. During his repair, he would update you on the progress and take pictures of your damaged iPhone before, during, and after. I'm so glad I found Mark thru Yelp. I dropped my iPhone 6 in my coffee (don't ask how). Its the second time I dropped it in the water and had it repaired a year after the first drop. this time my phone screen was damaged. I called ahead of time to check if he can fix it. Mark gave me a heads up that it might take overnight. I was kinda bummed since I really need my phone in the morning but was desperate to get it fixed so I agreed to go to his shop. He was able to help me right away and offered to call me for an update. less than an hour later, Im back at his shop to get my phone. $110 was a deal! Mark was very helpful, polite, works fast and and did a great job. Hopefully I won't need his help anytime soon but I'd def recommend it. read more

like most I like to think I live a pretty simple life, and like other I don't think about the horrors of my phone breaking down. But the day came when it refuse to work like it should. I thought I had it figured out and a simple self fix would suffice. Boy was I wrong. Lost charge in my phone port and I felt the life power draining out of me too. Really smooth guy that man Mark. Had a crack screen, (don't toil with the devil kids) But by the grace of god, Mark was a heaven sent gift. Came forth by the almighty himself out of the sky with his mystical wings, in my time of need. His Micheal Angelo hands went to work immediately, and resurrected my phone before it reached St.Peters gates. Just as it was prophesied in Marks descriptions, my phone resurrected way way before 3 days and Easter. In your times of need you can pray, but calling mark would be a lot faster in servicing your phone. His prices was very well within my Sunday basket donations. Definitely will go to him next time my phone is lead by the devil. read more

It's Sunday and I need the home button on my iPhone repaired. I call everyone on google and Yelp and most everyone is closed or far. Mark calls me back and says he can do it and at a very fair price. I get there and he pulls up a chair for me at his work station, I'm like "I get to watch?", because most places I dealt with go to the back and you don't see anything. Mark explained everything he was doing plus more, great service, great price and I appreciate him fixing my phone on Sunday when everyone is closed. read more

The image quality was okay after this 3rd party repair but not good as before (colors dulled, weird light effects in sunlight) and I decided the camera being the most important part of the phone, it didn't make sense to not get it fully repaired (relatively new iPhone 15). Overall service was good but the part he used for the repair is a noticeable step down in quality from original. Old review: He does good work. I had broken the outer lens on my main camera. He replaced it in 20 min. Good communication over messaging and friendly service. After I went home I found that the first replacement lens was faulty, producing poor picture quality. He agreed to replace it free and the 2nd was good. I do notice slight reduction in quality in certain situations like low light or direct bright light. But much cheaper than Apple repair and it looks close enough that I am confident I can trade in for same value.

The touch sensor stopped working as well as the home button and it wouldn't charge due to the water damage. He told me that the battery was beginning to rust and that is why it was not functioning. Mark is by fair a very honest man I brought in my girlfriends phone for repair and he gave me 2 quotes aftermarket and original screen repair. It's crazy to see how much of a difference a aftermarket screen looks compared to a original, I highly recommend original screens for your repair. Better touch response and better graphics!
